论"规范-德性-德行"动态伦理道德体系的实践价值

道德规范、德性和德行的实践价值,只有在三者动态作用的过程中才能得到体现,同时也会随着社会现实的变化得到修正,进而使道德主体接受、理解并且内化.这一动态的实践价值通过主体行为的践履将知、情、意的关系统一起来.如果德性与德行不能保持一致,则主体对自身利益的考量就需要得到社会伦理秩序与伦理氛围的支持.     

Leading for research excellence and integrity: A qualitative investigation of the relationship-building practices of exemplary principal investigators

We conducted semi-structured, telephone interviews with 52 federally funded researchers nominated as exemplars for their integrity and professional conduct, and their scientific achievements. The aim was to identify the practices they report utilizing to build respectful relationships in their teams. We found four practices, holding meetings, providing supervision and guidance, encouraging shared ownership, and expressing values, which were also important to performing high-quality, compliant research, were essential to fostering relationships. The most common practice described for building relationships was actively and deliberately cultivating a positive team environment. Additionally, exemplars described the need to lead by example, tailor their approach to the needs of individuals, address interpersonal conflict, and hire team members cautiously. We also identified practices the exemplars reported as important to managing the demands of their work and found that encouraging shared ownership and tailoring to individuals supported this goal. Additional strategies related to prioritization and planning, seeking advice, engaging in self-care, and managing emotional reactions. Finally, we identified priorities guiding the exemplars’ practices. Key priorities included providing outstanding mentoring, building collaborations and relationships, and engaging in discovery and innovation. Investigators require exceptional leadership skills but receive limited systematic leadership training. Addressing this gap would advance research excellence and integrity.     

论我国精神损害赔偿制度

我国民法对精神损害赔偿的规定日趋健全和完善,但仍有些问题需进一步讨论.精神损害赔偿概念的称谓目前国内主要有4种观点,但使用精神损害赔偿这一概念更为合理.精神损害赔偿责任构成要件:要有损害的事实,行为人的侵害行为必须违法,行为与损害事实之间必须存在因果关系,侵权人主观上必须有过错.精神损害赔偿的适用范围,除了有关司法解释所规定之外,还应适用于特定违约情形中的合同债权的保护.     

Relationships Between Parenting Environment and Children's Mental Health Among African American and European American Mothers and Children

This study examined the relationship between aspects of the parenting environment and children's conduct problems and anxious symptoms among socioeconomically comparable samples of African American and European American mothers and their kindergarten children. Ethnic differences in parenting may lead to differences in the relationship between parenting and child outcomes. Thus, the moderating role of ethnicity for the relationships between parenting and children's mental health was tested. African American and European American parents were similar in their parenting practices. European American children reported a higher number of anxious symptoms, however. Parenting and family interaction patterns were associated with children's anxious symptoms and conduct problems. Although many relationships were similar across ethnic groups, there were ethnic differences in the relationships between maternal parenting efficacy and anxiety and between hostile control and conduct problems. These similarities and differences are discussed in light of theory and familial, cultural, and environmental niches.

中华传统美德源远流长,内涵丰富,对中国传统文化、民族心理有着巨大的影响和作用。儒家将"德行"放在首位,当代大学生的道德品质教育的重点要放在道德行为的养成上。

从学校工作实际出发，分析阐述了当前加强和促进党风廉政建设，必须从打牢思想基础、突出对权力的制约、注重制度建设、发展民主、重视高校纪检监察队伍建设等方面强化监督，提出监督对健全教育、制度、监督并重的惩治和预防腐败体系的重要性。
