高等学校的教育制度缺失与教育行为失范

教育改革的过程实际上就是教育制度变迁的过程,在制度变迁过程中由于多种制度杂然并存、相互冲突使教育行为无所适从,从而导致教育行为失范,而教育行为失范的背后实际上隐含的是教育资源的浪费。因此,遏制由于教育制度缺失而带来的教育行为失范从某种意义上讲就是提高了教育资源的利用效率。

Relationships Between Parenting Environment and Children's Mental Health Among African American and European American Mothers and Children

This study examined the relationship between aspects of the parenting environment and children's conduct problems and anxious symptoms among socioeconomically comparable samples of African American and European American mothers and their kindergarten children. Ethnic differences in parenting may lead to differences in the relationship between parenting and child outcomes. Thus, the moderating role of ethnicity for the relationships between parenting and children's mental health was tested. African American and European American parents were similar in their parenting practices. European American children reported a higher number of anxious symptoms, however. Parenting and family interaction patterns were associated with children's anxious symptoms and conduct problems. Although many relationships were similar across ethnic groups, there were ethnic differences in the relationships between maternal parenting efficacy and anxiety and between hostile control and conduct problems. These similarities and differences are discussed in light of theory and familial, cultural, and environmental niches.

关于持有的属性,即持有是不是一种行为,如果是一种行为,在行为形态上是作为还是不作为?对此,中外刑法学者有六种观点,即:行为否定说、作为说、不作为说、择一说、修正的择一说、第三种形态说。持有是一种行为,而不是行为之外的又一种犯罪存在形式。在现有的犯罪论体系与行为概念中,将持有解释为行为是必要的和可行的。在行为形态上,持有应归属于作为的范畴。

事实性民间规范作为民间法中仅以行为作为存在载体的规范类型,具有"默会知识"的属性,这就使得它不仅与实在法相区分,而且也与可言述的其他民间规范明显不同.它在实在法不可僭越的社会生活领域拥有规范力量,一旦实在法闯入这一领域而导致"调整不能"的后果,则事实性民间规范就可能在司法过程中被动出场并展示独特的法律方法意义,此时扬弃"实在法帝国主义"并恢复事实性民间规范的本有功用,就是唯具妥当性的裁判选择.知识属性的独特性和法律方法上的独特价值,也由此构成了事实性民间规范存在合理性的强固根据.     

A Systematic Approach to Instruction in Research Ethics

This article describes a systematic approach for developing instructional programs that emphasizes defining learning needs, planning the learning environment, and evaluating learning to ensure continuous course improvement. This review outlines the nature of these interrelated components of instructional development and draws attention to issues specific to instruction in research ethics. Guiding questions summarize key, practical considerations, and the discussion suggests future steps in the pursuit of effective instruction in research ethics. Overall, the variety of approaches to instruction and mixed findings regarding its effectiveness underscore the need to apply a systematic framework to instruction in research ethics.     

Rescuing Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) Education

Responsible conduct of research (RCR) education requirements, resources, and research have proliferated over the past twenty years, but evidence and experience highlight shortcomings in many domains: goals, audience, content, teaching tools, use of the Internet for instruction, instructors, allocation of responsibility for education, education requirements, and sources of funding. Revised approaches and suggested roles and responsibilities are proposed to meet these challenges. The unifying theme for these recommendations is to shift the focus from RCR education to RCR culture building.

以产业组织理论中的＂结构-行为-绩效＂范式为分析框架,考察了中国计算机整机制造业产业组织的演进状况,指出了整机制造业产业集中度不断提高,笔记本电脑对台式机替代效应明显,农村市场将成为主战场等趋势,以及在金融危机的大环境下,中国计算机整机制造厂商所面对的困难和挑战,并在此基础上提出建议。

高等学校反腐倡廉制度建设是惩治和预防腐败体系建设的重要内容,是加强反腐倡廉建设的紧迫任务。发挥制度在反腐倡廉中的根本作用,对于加强高等学校党的执政能力建设,建设现代化大学具有重大的现实意义。而当前高等学校的反腐倡廉制度建设还存在着体系不健全、内容不完善、贯彻执行不到位等问题,高等学校加强反腐倡廉制度建设应该营造宣传制度、执行制度的良好氛围,提高党员干部的制度意识;深入调查研究,增强制度的科学性、针对性和实效性;注重现有制度的体系化建设,注意制度建设的层次性和系统性;注重制度建设与制度的贯彻执行相统一,推动制度贯彻落实机制建设和执行的监督检查。     

"文人之疵"与刘勰的人才观

“文人无行”是文学发展史中普遍存在的现象 ,它的产生与文学自身“标举兴会、发引性灵”的特性、历代文人社会地位普遍低下以及少数无行文人发迹所引起的不良社会风气等均有一定的联系 ,刘勰根据文人品格普遍缺失的历史状况和针对当时形势更加突出的现实 ,提出了自己的一套人才标准 ,即“贵器用兼文采”、“达于政事”、“文武之术 ,左右惟宜”、“藏器”“待时”“发挥事业”、“穷则独善以垂文 ,达则奉时以骋绩” ,是对儒家传统行为规范的继承和延伸 ,具有鲜明的时代特色和超常的识见 ,对后世产生了深远的影响。
