高新园区在推动区域城市化进程中的机制研究--以苏南开发区为例

开发区是发展经济的一种特定的组织形式。“开发区”创设的结果之一,就是极大地推进了所在区域及城市的城市化进程。本文结合苏南地区主要开发区(高新区)城市化发展过程的分析,试图对以开发区为先导带动区域城市化进程模式的理论与实践作一研究。     

风险导向审计的认识误区

“银广夏”和“安然”事件后,会计学术界对风险导向审计予以了特别关注,并对风险导向审计的相关概念、本质及程序和方法等进行了全面探讨,这种探讨有利于审计理论的创新与发展;同时多元化概念的并存也会造成审计人员的无所适从。认识上的不统一、理解上的差异不利于风险导向审计在我国审计实践中的运用、发展和创新。文章通过对相关文献的归纳,总结出风险导向审计的五大认识误区。     

开发区转型升级的"扬州模式"研究

开发区(园区)是吸引外商投资、发展新兴产业、调整产业结构的重要载体和带动力量。扬州经济技术开发区实施战略调整,调结构、促转型,集中优势资源和力量,聚焦新光源、新能源、智能电网等新兴产业,实现了产业结构的转型升级,并被批准为国家级经济技术开发区,探索出创新提升园区竞争优势的新路径。     

Work–home conflict and facilitation across four different family structures in Norway

The purpose of this study was to examine how work–home conflict and facilitation vary among people living in different family structures in Norway, here conceptualized as: two-parent families; single parents; childless couples; and singles. The study used data from a Norwegian study on occupational health (N=2414). We hypothesized that respondents living in two-parent families experience more work–home conflict and facilitation than others due to more complex role expectations. Similarly, we hypothesized that the effect of workload and autonomy on work–home conflict and facilitation would be stronger among this group. The results indicate that conflict between work and home life are more profound among those living in two-parent families and among single parents than among childless couples and singles. Work-to-home facilitation did not vary by family structure, whereas the childless couples reported more home-to-work facilitation. Furthermore, with a few exceptions the effects of workload and autonomy on work–home conflict and facilitation did not differ by family structure.     

数字化之下的非遗保护策略

随着科学技术的不断发展,数字化成为保护非物质文化遗产的一个重要手段.本文通过相关概念的梳理,分析了当前非遗数字化保护中存在的不足,并从专业人才培养、建立数字化管理系统、引入数字化标准、优化非物质文化遗产管理档案等方面提出改进策略.     

区域发展新趋势:区域形态创新

区域形态作为区域创新在空间的表现形式在20世纪80年代以后得到了充分的发展。为说明这一问题,笔者致力于构建一个基于区域形态的区域创新模式。在对区域形态明确界定的基础上,认为城市群、开发区和产业链等已成为在区域动态演变进程中区域形态的具体表现,同时借助罗默的内生技术增长模型,使区域形态因素实现了内生化。     

开发区管理委员会的主体地位研究

开发区对我国的经济发展发挥了重要作用,但是开发区的运行还存在很多尚待解决的问题,开发区管理委员会的主体地位不明是核心。剖析开发区管理委员会主体地位的现状,探讨开发区管理委员会在现行法律制度框架内的主体定位,提出从应然层面上应将开发区管理委员会定位为各级政府的派出机关,并探明开发区管理委员会行政主体地位的相关问题即职权职责定位和主体关系定位,对开发区的可持续发展至关重要。     

中国节能减排政策的演进——基于1978—2016年政策文本的研究

改革开放以来,中国节能减排政策的演进可以归结为形成、发展、修正和融合四个阶段,整体呈现出政策内容逐渐细化、政策结构逐渐系统化、政策工具逐渐多元化、政策层次和法律效力不断提升的特征。面对快速城镇化和工业化的趋势,政府需进一步利用后发优势,提升政策的整体性和协同性,发挥市场型和信息型政策工具的作用。     

Transgression and conservation: rereading Georges Bataille

In this article, I read one of Georges Bataille’s most famous ideas, that of transgression, with a renewed focus on its structural implications for the human subject. Whilst Bataille’s discussions of erotic excess, violent transgression, obscenity and the threat of death are provocative and intoxicating, his anthropological philosophy of the human constitution repeatedly contextualises transgressive tendencies alongside the enduring structures and boundaries that define humanity. My reading examines key texts to elucidate a thorough explication of Bataille’s transgression, its relationship to taboo and its defining role for humanity, to claim that there is in fact a tendency towards conservation in even the most explosive and challenging of topics through which Bataille explored humanity.     

榆林沙区针叶树套篓造林技术及其应用研究

在毛乌素沙区的生态建设中，针对干旱缺水、风蚀沙埋、土壤贫瘠、动物危害等等影响因子，以当地主要造林树种樟子松套篓栽植、混交造林为研究对象，通过标准样地对比试验等方法，对榆林沙区针叶树套篓造林的多重功效进行了多层次比较研究和探讨。研究结果表明：采用套篓造林技术可使造林保存率提高，树高、地径、冠幅生长量、树冠覆盖率、林地生产力大幅提高同时，林下的物种多样性、生物结皮也得到明显改善。
