深度开拓东盟市场的对策研究

东盟是天津第五大贸易伙伴,为充分发挥自贸区政策效力,深化与东盟战略合作,推动天津外经贸工作实现新发展,本文在对我市与东盟经贸合作现状全面分析的基础上,就深度开发东盟市场提出建立组织推动机制,促进外经贸企业联合开拓东盟市场。构建服务东盟市场开拓的商务网络等对策措施。     

沈阳经济区滑雪旅游产业SWOT分析

将带有地域特色的滑雪旅游产业发展问题纳入到沈阳经济区产业发展中,对沈阳经济区产业的振兴和发展具有现实意义.运用SWOT分析研究方法,沈阳经济区滑雪产业具有地缘优势、经济优势、人才优势、资源优势和市场优势,但也有产业规模小、消费人口少、制度不健全和消费标准高的劣势,以及来自国内外产业的竞争,宣传力度不够,营销意识较差,雪场建设数量增长,行业内竞争加剧等威胁.但沈阳经济区滑雪产业面临良好的发展机遇：区域经济可持续发展,生活水平不断提高,振兴东北老工业基地和社会消费观念的转变为滑雪产业带来机遇.为此,可抓住第十二届全运会机遇大力发展体育产业,实施滑雪旅游产业发展整体优化;打造生态滑雪、生态旅游,吸引消费人群;开放国际市场,建设大型滑雪场度假区.     

从“最近发展区”视角看高校社团隐性育人功能——以盐城纺织职业技术学院为例

大学生社团的育人作用大多以潜隐的形式存在,解读最近发展区理论与隐性教育观念的融通性,增强了从“最近发展区”视角看高校社团隐性育人功能的可信性和可行性。实证分析社团成员的“思想潜在发展水平”、“能力潜在发展水平”和“情感潜在发展水平”及其实现方法,明晰高校社团隐性育人功能的主要观测点,揭示社团成员“潜在发展水平”的实现策略。     

生态保护产业及其集群发展战略研究——以张家界生态保护区为例

基于生态保护区经济、社会、生态“三个效益”难以统筹,首次提出“生态保护产业”概念,并在论述其内涵、特性和业态的基础上,以张家界生态保护区为例,阐明生态保护区生态保护产业集群构建,以及推进生态保护产业发展的自然、经济、社会及人的生态化等“四化”支撑战略。     

In Search of a Future for Large-Scale Care Homes in Flanders

Housing for older people in Flanders evolves toward small-scale facilities and better quality of life. Ageing population strains the means to achieve this to the limit. The authors investigate whether and how Flemish large-scale facilities can adapt to meet contemporary and future requirements of housing for older people. By analyzing current tendencies, they depict what this housing should look like, both now and in the future. They then investigate how an existing large-scale care home could fit this picture by using design as a mode of knowledge production. They propose to redesign the site such that its actual evolution would be thoroughly redirected. Beyond the facility at issue, the study shows how Flemish large-scale facilities could develop to keep playing a role in the future. They should timely adapt their size with qualities of small-scale housing schemes, and integrate in the neighborhood.     

水压爆破技术在隧道掘进施工中的应用

水压爆破是一种节能环保新型爆破技术,在提高工效、缓解工期压力、节省成本和保护环境等方面有比较显著的效果。通过介绍水压爆破的基本原理和工艺,结合在沪昆客专贵州段5标茅坪山隧道掘进施工中的实际应用,检验了水压爆破的优越性,对水压爆破在隧道施工中的应用进行了全面的总结分析,为水压爆破的推广使用提供了借鉴。     

我国文化景观遗产保护现状的反思——以河北省为例

分析了我国文化景观的保护现状和存在问题,以河北省文化景观为个案梳理了文化景观保护类别不均衡、遗产基础研究资料严重缺失、文化景观遗产保护丧失了个性和文化景观遗产保护理念亟待提高等主要症结,并提出了河北省文化景观遗产保护的应对策略和措施：拓展文化景观保护类别与时段,注重遗产基础资料的日常积累,积极挖掘文化景观遗产特色,建立更有效的文化景观遗产保护机制.     

Managing ambiguous amphibians: feral cows,people, and place in Ukraine’s Danube Delta

This paper analyzes how a herd of feral cattle emerged in the core zone of Ukraine’s Danube Biosphere Reserve and why it still exists despite numerous challenges to the legality of its presence there. Answering these questions requires an analytical approach that begins from the premise that animals, plants, substances, documents, and technologies are active participants in making social and political worlds rather than passive objects of human intervention and manipulation. Drawing together insights from multispecies ethnography, animal geography, amphibious anthropology, and studies of nature protection in former Soviet republics, the author argues that the feral cattle exist because they are part of an amphibious multispecies assemblage in which relations among cattle, elements of the Danube Delta's wetland ecologies, legal norms, and the Reserve managers’ documentation practices have aligned to create an autonomous space for cattle to dwell with minimal human intervention.     

区域经济一体化中地方政府合作问题与对策——以关中-天水经济区为例

随着关中—天水经济区发展规划的实施,区域经济一体化进程加快,区域政府合作开始成为经济区发展中重要问题。区域政府合作在完善区域公共事务治理机制,应对区域公共事务治理失灵,提高区域综合竞争力等方面具有重要作用。通过调查发现,关中—天水经济区发展中,区域政府合作意识逐步增强,合作方式渐趋多样,合作成效逐渐显现。但是存在着行政区域分割、利益协调困难;合作时间晚;合作领域相对单一;合作体系不完善、合作机制不健全;合作稳定性较差等亟待解决的问题。建议进一步提高区域政府合作意识、完善区域合作机制,拓宽区域合作领域,创新区域合作方式以实现区域合作的持续推进。     

Entertainment-education of altruistic behaviors: an empirical study of the effects of the narrative persuasion of a nature conservation film

Research on entertainment and education has shown positive results in testing the persuasive effects of entertainment programs on a variety of prosocial issues. However, as an altruism-centric, prosocial topic, nature conservation has been largely ignored and little investigated. This study empirically tested the persuasive effects of Fly Away Home (dir. Ballard, 1996), a feature film with a nature conservation theme, on attitudes and behavioral intentions toward the environment. The results of the experiment indicated that altruistic behavior could be promoted through narrative entertainment. Regarding the persuasive mechanisms of transportation and identification, that is, the involvement with narratives and characters, this study found that transportation was significantly associated with identification, which was then significantly associated with attitudes to conservation and subsequent behavioral intentions. Although this research is somewhat inconsistent with the extended elaboration likelihood model on which it is based, a possible, direct influence of narrative transportation was fully mediated by the results, which showed identification with the main character. Nevertheless, future entertainment-education research should investigate an expanded range of applications and include pro-environmental behaviors as a topic for public education.
