LFMCW雷达的距离/多普勒处理

基于线性调频连续波雷达可提取目标的距离信息和多普勒频率,分析了线性调频连续波在高频雷达中的应用,推导出差频信号的表达式和利用二维快速傅里叶变换进行距离/多普勒处理的理论。提出了将距离/多普勒处理技术与自适应数字波束形成技术相结合,对杂波和干扰进行抑制的同时提取回波目标信息的方法。经计算机仿真结果表明,其方法有效可行。     

论对跨国银行海外分支机构的母国监管

随着银行业国际化的发展,各国金融市场之间相互依赖性不断增强,跨国银行业的系统风险不断增加,仅仅依靠一国的单一监管已不足以防范金融风险并确保银行的稳健经营。跨国银行海外分支机构的不同形式备有其法律特性。根据巴塞尔协议的规定和国际金融监管实践,对跨国银行集团及其海外分支机构的法律监管应以母国的并表监管为核心,在母国监管当局和东道国监管当局之间建立持续性的信息交流与合作。     

20世纪战国文字研究的反思

战国文字的探讨始于西汉,之后各朝代都陆陆续续对其进行了研究,颇有成绩。进入20世纪后,随着出土、发掘资料的增多,学界的研究热情空前高涨,研究成果也相当丰富。但全面考察20世纪战国文字的研究,我们发现,还有一些问题没有得到很好的解决,如战国文字是否应以地域划分、如何划分的问题,战国时代各区域间文字、不同载体文字有何异同问题,文字异形问题,战国文字的形体结构有何特征等等。在学术研究愈加繁荣的21世纪,我们期望战国文字研究有更大的突破。     

A continuous approximation for evaluating reliability of complex systems under stress-strength model.

Evaluation of system reliability for complex systems based on Taylor's approximation becomes increasingly intractable. Taguchi's concept of random experimentation has been exploited by English et al (1996) for discretization of complex systems and determination of reliability values. We indicate a few demerits of discretization method and propose to retain the continuous character of the original problem by evaluating system reliability using a range approximation method. Our proposed method works better than discretization approach in all the three engineering problems considered for the purpose of demonstration.     

Asymptotic Distributions of the Generalized Range,Midrange, Extremal Quotient,and Extremal Product,with a Comparison Study

Necessary and sufficient conditions for the weak convergence of the generalized range, midrange, extremal quotient, and extremal product are obtained. The classes of possible non degenerate limit distribution functions of these simple statistics are characterized. Comparison study between these statistics with some examples for the most important distribution functions are given.     

三种数值检索方式在SADIQ中的应用研究

本文介绍了SADIQ数据库针对玻璃/搪瓷釉料/陶瓷材料组分数值范围检索的特点,采用图解方法对比分析三种数值范围检索方式,并针对实际案例研究三种数值范围检索方式在SADIQ数据库中的应用。研究表明,三种数值范围检索方式各有特点,灵活综合运用能够实现在SADIQ数据库中查准和查全数据资源,快速获得评价专利申请的新颖性和/或创造性的文献。     

Handling uncertain decisions in whole process design

In recent years, the chemical and pharmaceutical industries have observed a noticeable decline in economic activity. This has resulted in many companies focusing on innovative research and development as they consider this key to business success. In particular, a number of leading industrial organisations have adopted the principles of Whole Process Design (WPD). WPD considers the optimisation of the entire product development process, from raw materials to end product, rather than focusing on each individual unit operation. The complexity involved with the implementation of WPD requires rationalised decision-making, often with limited or uncertain information. This paper presents the outcomes of two questionnaires that examined the requirements of professionals working within the chemistry-using industries with respect to developing a decision-making support tool. From the findings a methodology is proposed, the outcome of which allows a decision-maker to visually interpret their decision results with associated levels of uncertainty. A chemical route selection case study demonstrates and validates the application of the proposed methodology.     

Power comparisons between the F-test,the studentised range test,and an optimal test of the equality of several normal means

The power assessment of tests of the equality of k normal means such as the k treatment means in a one-way fixed effects analysis of variance model is addressed. Power assessment is considered in terms of a constraint on the range of the treatment means. The power properties of the standard F-test and Studentised range test are compared with those of an optimal (minimax) test procedure, which is known to maximise power levels under this constraint. It is shown that the standard test procedures compare well with the optimal test procedure, and in particular, the Studentised range test is shown to be practically as good as optimal in this setting.
