从农业文明特征看中国传统建筑的设计意念

农业社会生活是中国传统社会的物质文化、制度文化和观念文化创造、发展的基础。农业文明深刻影响中国传统文化民族性格、心理及社会结构特征,进而影响着中国建筑的设计理念,从而产生并发展出源远流长而丰富深刻的建筑美学思想。从华夏民族重实际轻玄想的务实精神、师法自然、恒久变易、封闭、保守的围合心态,及家国同构的社会结构特征,论述中国传统建筑迥异于西方建筑的以人为本、因任自然、反本开新、重重包围、院院相套及门、堂分立的设计意念。     

Local Linear Estimation for Time-Dependent Coefficients in Cox's Regression Models

This article develops a local partial likelihood technique to estimate the time-dependent coefficients in Cox's regression model. The basic idea is a simple extension of the local linear fitting technique used in the scatterplot smoothing. The coefficients are estimated locally based on the partial likelihood in a window around each time point. Multiple time-dependent covariates are incorporated in the local partial likelihood procedure. The procedure is useful as a diagnostic tool and can be used in uncovering time-dependencies or departure from the proportional hazards model. The programming involved in the local partial likelihood estimation is relatively simple and it can be modified with few efforts from the existing programs for the proportional hazards model. The asymptotic properties of the resulting estimator are established and compared with those from the local constant fitting. A consistent estimator of the asymptotic variance is also proposed. The approach is illustrated by a real data set from the study of gastric cancer patients and a simulation study is also presented.

A time-varying weights tuning method of the double EWMA controller

In recent years, the exponential-weighted-moving-average (EWMA) statistic based controllers are popular in semiconductor manufacturing. However, the single EWMA controller is not sufficient for compensating for the wear-out process. Thus, a double EWMA controller was proposed to enhance the capability for controlling the drifting process. In the literatures, in the solution of the double EWMA controller, only the “trade-off” solution weights are used to tune the controller. However, it is a fixed weight tuning method, and it is known that a time-varying weight will produce a superior performance over that of a fixed one (J. Quality Technol. 29 (1997) 184). Therefore, this study aims to develop a heuristic time-varying weights tuning method for the double EWMA controller. The numerical results showed that the proposed time-varying tuning method possesses an improvement of least 10% over that of the fixed weight scheme.

使用P.Li的Sobolev不等式和Lp估计方法，研究Ricci对称的黎曼流形的量子化现象．证明了对于紧致的具有正数量曲率的Ricci对称的黎曼流形M，存在一个常数A，当M的保圆曲率张量的La/2模小于A时，M为常曲率空间．     

Bayesian consistency for regression models under a supremum distance

This paper studies the consistency of Bayesian nonparametric regression models. We concentrate on the use of the sup metric and dealing with non-stochastic, i.e. designed, covariate values. We illustrate our results on a normal mean regression function and demonstrate the usefulness of a model based on piecewise constant functions.

三维立体数据表的动态趋势聚类研究——以中国现代服务业为实例

在信息技术快速发展的今天,数据形式的多样性使得对问题和现象的研究不再局限于单纯利用截面数据或时间序列数据进行分析。文章所研究的是一种由截面数据和时间序列数据共同组成的具有立体数据结构的三维立体数据的分类问题,以定义的常数型均值以及动态非相似度为基础对其进行聚类分析。同时,以中国现代服务业的实际数据进行相应的实例验证。结果证明,该种方法能有效的从规模和趋势上对三维立体数据进行分类。     

不完备市场中再保险-投资的M-V及M-VaR最优策略

本文研究不完备市场中的保险公司再保险-投资问题.在保险公司盈余过程服从扩散过程的假设及不完备市场条件下,通过求解带约束的二次优化问题和二次优化对偶问题,分别得到均值-方差(M-V)模型和均值-在险价值(M-VaR)模型下保险公司再保险-投资问题的最优常数再调整策略及其有效前沿,对两种模型下的结论进行比较发现:两种模型下的最优常数再投资策略都表现为特定"共同基金"的倍数,但对最优倍数的选择不一定相同;两种模型下的再保险-投资有效前沿都表现为射线,但射线的起始点及斜率(风险价格)不一定相同.

围绕《中华人民共和国民法典人格权编（草案）》三审稿中 “个人信息保护”的相关内容提出修改和完善建议,内容涉及完善隐私和个人信息的定义、个人信息“处理”的内涵、个人信息保护的原则、自然人“更正权和删除权”的义务保障,以及个人信息（数据）法律关系的确认和个人信息“处理”的免责等问题。
