On the existence of linear trend free block designs

We present a class of counerexamples for a conjecture on the existence or linear trend free block designs we will also prove a considerably weakened version of this conjecture which will determine all combinations of designs parmetres for which the class of linear trend free block designs is non empty.     

高校继续教育学生党建工作研究

在论述继续教育学生特殊性的基础上,对高校继续教育学生党建工作的现状进行客观分析,并针对其表现出的入党动机功利化、网络信息庞杂的消极影响、党员发展标准的偏差及＂简单程序化＂和党员教育管理机制缺乏活力、学生党员先锋示范作用不突出等问题,从加强党员继续教育和支部建设,以及推进党建和思想政治工作电子化、网络化等方面提出了积极的建议。     

乡镇工作人员队伍建设存在的问题及解决对策

以盐城市射阳县为例，分析了乡镇工作人员中存在的各种问题，并从切实提高乡镇工作人员的自身修养和专业知识、加强日常管理、引进激励机制、改革考核机制、引进人才等方面入手，进一步改善乡镇工作人员队伍素质，提升服务水平。     

Fluidity amidst structure: multi-racial identity constructions across the life course of Malaysians and Singaporeans

ABSTRACT

Multi-racial identity construction is understood to be fluid, contextual and dynamic. Yet the dynamics of multi-racial identity construction when racial identities are ascribed and formulated as static by governments is less explored in psychological studies of race. This paper examines the dynamics of racial identity construction among multi-racial Malaysians and Singaporeans in a qualitative study of 31 semi-structured interviews. Thematic analysis was used to identify the different private racial identity constructions of participants who were officially ascribed with single racial identities at birth. Participants reflected on the overwhelming influence of the state and significant Others in limiting their ability to express their multiple racial identities when they were in school, and highlighted their capacity to be agentic in their private racial identity constructions when they were older. This paper shows that across the life course multi-racial individuals possess (1) the ability to adopt different racial identity positions at different times, (2) the ability to hold multiple racial identity constructions at the same time when encounters with Others are dialogical, (3) the reflexivity of past identity positions in the present construction of identities.

通过分析我国绿色小城镇发展现状,指出其发展过程中存在绿色小城镇认知度不够、法律法规不健全、激励机制不完善、技术研发和技术人才缺乏等突出问题,从绿色小城镇的建设发展涉及的规划、建设、运行、管理等多领域,政府机构、建设发展主体、金融机构、辖区居民等多利益主体入手,综合考虑技术、经济、管理、法规等诸多层面的协调与配合,制定切实可行的应对对策与建议。     

情境建构理论下大学英语精读课教学的文化导入--以《现代大学英语》为例

语言反映着文化,是文化的载体,而文化是语言表达的内容。语言与文化的关系决定了在外语教学过程中教师对学生文化意识的培养起着关键作用。本文以《现代大学英语》为例,以大学英语精读课文的文化导入为出发点,结合《现代大学英语》的教学实际,从建构主义的角度,就教学过程中英美文化导入的重要性、主要内容和遵循原则进行阐述,旨在增强学生文化意识,丰富文化底蕴,提高人文修养,提升英语语言的学习效果。     

中国农村社会学研究现状与前景展望——“第七届农村社会学论坛”观点综述

“第七届农村社会学论坛”于2016年5月21－22日在西北农林科技大学成功举办。这次论坛主要围绕现代乡村文化建设与公共空间重建、乡村的现代命运及其未来发展趋势、国家治理下的基层社会治理困境与逻辑、农村公共事务治理及社区发展转型、农村社会发展和社会治理等议题展开讨论交流。

大学生党员是生态文明观念的传播者,更是推进生态文明建设的先锋队和主力军.当前,在校大学生党员在生态文明方面存在一些意识淡薄与行为失范的问题.高校学生党建工作应以这些问题为导向,分析其在学校生态教育、基层党组织、生态道德修养等方面的成因,找到解决问题的对策.在此基础上,围绕生态文明建设来探索大学生党建工作的路径,如创新党支部设置方式和党建工作模式、丰富宣传教育形式、提升党员服务能力、开展实践活动、构建党员评价体系等,以提升大学生党员的生态文明意识与实践能力.
