新晃汉语中的侗语成分

湖南新晃汉语属西南官话,据初步分析,其中存在侗语成分,主要表现在词汇和语法两个方面。在汉语和侗语的接触过程中,侗语的社会功能逐步减弱,大部分侗族已经转用汉语,但是当地汉语还是从侗语中吸收了一些成分来丰富自己。这种语言现象不仅可以帮助探索汉语和少数民族语的关系,还有利于思考少数民族和当地汉族之间的关系。

在综观各国立法的基础上,归纳了特征性履行的3种立法疗式,分析了特征性履行与最密切联系原则的内在关系,并在理论上对确定特征性履行连结点的依据作出适当的分析与探究.     

基于脆性熵的群体踩踏事件演变研究

大规模群体踩踏事件的成因和演化过程成为公共危机管理的研究热点之一。文章利用脆性熵来研究系统崩溃成因及演化。根据人流去向和波动情况的比率来表征事件的同一概率、波动概率和对立概率,并根据其值来计算相应的脆性同一熵、脆性波动熵、脆性对立熵,同时利用燕尾突变级数法求出各种熵在脆性联系熵中的权重用以计算系统的脆性联系熵,表明脆性基元内子系统的熵值在外界干扰过程中不断增加,达到临界熵值而崩溃,致使发生大规模群体踩踏事件。通过利用系统脆性熵对上海外滩踩踏事件进行实例分析,可以较清晰地揭示踩踏事件的发生、演化,并能根据脆性熵值进行预防和管理危机事件。     

区间直觉模糊数环境下基于犹豫度和相关系数的多属性群决策模型研究

多属性群决策问题是当今复杂决策环境下的研究热点,而区间直觉模糊数可以从隶属度、非隶属度和犹豫度三方面描述不确定信息,具有很强的表现能力,因此学界基于区间直觉模糊数对多属性群决策问题进行了大量研究。但是现有研究一方面在处理共识达成问题时所广泛采用的"多数原则"策略会导致某些关键信息或知识被视为冲突意见而被修改或忽视;另一方面基于距离的区间直觉模糊数相似性测算方法忽略了犹豫度的影响,会造成评价信息损失。针对上述不足,提出区间直觉模糊数环境下基于犹豫度和相关系数的多属性群决策模型。首先,通过个体犹豫度和群体犹豫度的提出,保证了决策群体内部信息和知识的有效交流,使关键性决策信息或知识不会通过强制修改或删除的方式失效;其次,采用区间直觉模糊数相关系数测量相似度,避免基于距离测算而可能出现的错误结果;继而,将决策主体权重设置为区间直觉模糊数形式,通过计算不同决策者之间的相对优势值和劣势值进行主观赋值,保证了决策者权重的客观性和真实性;此外,结合TOPSIS和线性规划方法求解得到最优属性权重,保证了属性赋值的精确性,最后,通过具体的应用实例以及与当前学界主要研究成果的比较分析,进一步论证了所提模型的优势和创新性。     

习近平推进马克思主义话语体系中国化论析

习近平是当代推进马克思主义话语体系中国化的楷模和榜样。通过分析习近平引用古典名句、近现代名言、民俗谚语对马克思主义话语体系中国化的推进情况,发现推进的机理有：以中华优秀传统文化为载体,促进话语体系的转换;以亲民、“短、实、新”的文风重构中国式的马克思主义话语。而且,习近平的讲话给马克思主义话语体系中国化在方法上留下的深刻启示至少有：一定要大力传承和弘扬中华优秀传统文化;要用中国人自己的话语来表述马克思主义;表述时要亲民、“接地气”,善用群众语言,做到“短、实、新”。在伟大的中国特色社会主义新时代,学习研究习近平对马克思主义话语体系中国化的推进,具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。     

基于县级单元城际物流联系分析研究——以辽宁省为例

综合运用运输联系等相关理论,围绕城际物流联系生成、分布等问题,同时关注省内各区域之间物流联系以及与省外区域的联系,利用高速公路货车通行OD数据,通过分布熵、洛伦兹曲线、物流联系强度、物流联系紧密度、物流联系分区等指标、方法分析研究城际物流联系的方向、强弱程度及其特征,可以为城际物流网络系统建立以及交通基础设施建设发展提供理论支持和参考。以辽宁省高速公路为例进行的实证分析,对于加强辽宁省交通基础设施优化配置,实施三大区域发展战略,促进区域经济协调发展等具有重要意义。     

Effectiveness and feasibility of a 10-minute employee stress intervention: Outdoor Booster Break

There is a growing recognition that workplace environments affect employee health. Nature contact exposures in the workplace have been shown to be healthful for employees. This pilot study was designed to test the feasibility and efficacy of a daily outdoor work break (Outdoor Booster Break) compared to a daily indoor break. A census of university office staff was invited to participate (N?=?244). Phase 1 focused on feasibility—participants (n?=?119) reported that the Outdoor Booster Break was feasible (74%), practical (80%), and worthwhile (83%). During Phase II we used a single-site randomized controlled trial (RCT) to examine the effects of an Outdoor Booster Break—compared with a control indoor work break group—for 4 weeks on employee stress. Perceived stress was measured at pretest and posttest for both conditions. Mean posttest stress scores were lower for both the control group (n?=?19) and the treatment group (n?=?18). A main effects ANCOVA model controlling for baseline stress revealed posttest stress was lower for the treatment group compared to controls (p?=?.041). Taking a work break appears to have stress-reducing benefits, but the Outdoor Booster Break reduced stress significantly more than an indoor break. Implications for employers, worksite health promoters, and future research are discussed.     

Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) and the Professional Identity of the Dual Degrees Student

Abstract

Students in dual degree programs have an additional task of negotiating dual professional identities. While students do this somewhat successfully, it seems they do it without any deliberate or systematic help from either their divinity or social work curricula. This article suggests that the divinity requirement for Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) can serve as an integrating element of the curriculum and examines perceived identity blocks that may make this possible.

Does Opening Adoption Records Have an Adverse Social Impact? Some Lessons from the U.S., Great Britain,and Australia, 1953–2007

This study provides an international history of the adoption reform movement in the United States, Great Britain, and Australia from 1953 to 2007. It empirically tests how safe birth parents and adopted adults are in countries that have opened their adoption records, usually birth registration records, using contact preference forms and contact vetoes. The results of this investigation reveal that a vast gap exists between the fear by birth parents and adopted adults that their privacy will be invaded and their family disrupted and the reality that few or no offenses are committed. It follows that opening adoption records with contact preference forms or contact vetoes provides a balanced adoption disclosure system and is a viable alternative to the sealed adoption policies currently used in the vast majority of American states and Canadian provinces.
