关于图书馆信息化的哲学思考

信息化是图书馆发展过程中的一次重大转折,对图书馆的运行、管理、生存以及馆员的素养和观念产生了全方位冲击。文章对新时期图书馆工作与时俱进、择优汰劣、实现自身价值以及在动态管理中实现人的自我完善和全面发展等问题从哲学的视角进行了理性的审视。     

早期英汉词典所见之语言接触现象

研究语言接触是涉足中西文化交流的一个不可或缺的环节。发生在近代中国的中英语言接触,就书面材料来讲,字典的编纂要早于其它的形式。自１８２０至１９２０这一百年间,英汉字典（词典）版本的更新及各地新字典（词典）的出现,字典（词典）中所记词义的更换、增补、反复等现象,足以说明语言接触产生的新词及这些新词融入到汉语词汇的血液中是需要一个过程的。可以说,每一次翻译都是一次文化解说。因为这如何选择、如何定型的过程正体现了中西方思维的差异和碰撞。     

文化对话与交往理性

针对一些西方学者试图以单一西方文化取代全球文化的多样性,建立以美国文化为主导的文化“全球化”的现状,阐述了哈贝马斯所倡导的交往理性对各民族文化交往的重要启示作用,得出了在全球交往中文化对话的必要性。     

Contact person as a court-ordered solution in child visitation disputes in Sweden

Separated parents have the joint responsibility to give their children access to the other parent. If they fail to reach a visitation agreement, the District Court will decide on one for them. In Sweden one demand can be supervision by a contact person. This paper is about court‐ordered visitations including supervision by a contact person. Different public systems, with different interpretations of the best interest of the child, have to interact in these cases: the District Court makes the decision on supervised visitation and the Social Services appoint a contact person and follow the intervention up. There is a shortage of research on this use of a contact person, and an exploratory research project is carried through: Three small‐scale studies, based on group‐interviews with family law social workers, social files and individual interviews with contact persons, supplement each other and form together a Social Services perspective on the intervention. The results are presented according to five themes: Social Services and the court; the families and children concerned; contact arrangements; termination of the intervention; Social Services' perceptions of the intervention. The conclusion is that contact person is perceived as a positive solution for children in visitation disputes involving risk. However, the intervention brings up some contradictory interests important to be conscious of.     

Copula variation in Asturian Spanish and the multidimensionality of stancetaking in interaction

In this study, I analyze the relationship between stance, style and sociolinguistic variation in a situation of language contact between Asturian and Spanish in the urban areas of Asturias (Spain). Using different types of data, and a triangulation of quantitative and qualitative methods, I explore the interactional functions of Asturian ‘ye’ (‘he/she/it is’), a salient marker of Asturian identity, and how the stances indexed by this form – low epistemic commitment, lack of seriousness and social solidarity – are connected to more enduring social identities. In the analysis, I provide a possible operationalization of stances that takes into consideration the multidimensionality of the stancetaking process. I also show how examining stance can provide a tool to move beyond monolithic representations of social meaning, and dichotomous distinctions between standard and non‐standard variants.     

Study abroad learners’ metalinguistic and sociocultural reflections on short- and long-term international experiences*

English-speaking learners of L2 Spanish who were taking part in a four-week study abroad program in Spain and Japanese-speaking learners of L2 English who were individually studying in year-long abroad experiences participated in the present study. Quantitative and qualitative data from language questionnaires and contact profiles along with open-ended responses revealed details on learners’ engagement with and use of their languages while abroad. We discuss the findings and their implications for programs, educators and learners.     

On randomness, determinism and computability

This paper discusses the meaning and relationship of randomness and determinism. A fundamental development of chaotic dynamical systems is given with examples. Such systems are seen to exhibit randomness in the usual sense of unpredictability. The formal definition of randomness in terms of algorithmic incompressibility is also discussed. The role of recursion in computability and randomness is also discussed.

媒介接触行为与民俗文化变迁的相关性研究--以利川市土家族节庆民俗文化为个案

本文通过调查大众传媒对利川市土家族节庆民俗文化的影响,发现由于受众在媒介接触内容、接触目的以及对媒介的依赖性程度上的不同,使他们在对传统节庆民俗文化变迁以及接受外国节日的态度上也有一定的差异;媒介接触行为越多,对待非本土文化的态度就越趋于开放,在行为上也更容易进行模仿.
