饭店业环保运营影响因素研究——以福建省为例

近几年，我国饭店业绿色化发展速度非常快，但由于国家尚未专门制定饭店业环境管理的相关法律法规，致使饭店业环保运营的效果不够理想。本文以福建省为例，在问卷调查的基础上运用SPSS统计软件进行分析，并得出结论：影响饭店业环保运营的因素主要来源于饭店效能、市场需求、企业形象和社会责任，饭店管理者仍以饭店效能作为环保运营的第一原则，法律法规及商业协会对饭店业环保运营几乎没有影响。     

Stochastic comparisons of order statistics,with applications in relibility

This paper reviews recent developments in the stochastic comparison of order statistics. The results discussed are basically: (l) Stochastic comparisons of linear combinations of order statistics from distributions F and G where G^?1 F is convex or starshaped. (2) Stochastic comparisons of individual order statistics and of vectors of order statistics from underlying heterogeneous distributions by the use of majorization and Schur function theory. (3) Stochastic comparison of random processes. Applications to reliability problems are presented illustrating the use and value of the theoretical results described

Elder Abuse in Residential Settings in Israel—Myth or Reality?

ABSTRACT

The article tries to answer the question: Is elder abuse in residential care in Israel a myth or a reality? A broad definition of abuse was used, including the ‘classical’ forms presented in the literature, and also violation of rights and any act that infringes on quality of life of residents. As no data exist which directly explored this issue, the analysis was based on: recent laws mandating the report of abuse, governmental surveillance data, court cases, media clippings, and data from quality of life studies. Findings reveal that abuse in its ‘classical’ form exists only in a limited number of small private unlicensed facilities. However, when using the broader definition, abuse is a reality in many settings, exercised mainly by nurses' aides.     

关于民办高校法人财产权的法学思考

通过回顾民办高校财产权的相关法律规定,结合现行民办高校办学实践,认为鉴于筹资渠道的不同、学校类型及其性质的多元化,我国民办学校的财产权亦应为多元化。在承认民办高校均具有公益性的基础上,应根据纯捐资举办的非营利性民办高校、投资举办的营利性民办高校与混合举办的民办高校的不同类型,区别规定民办高校财产权的进入、运作与退出的法律保护机制。     

生命关怀：高校思想政治理论课价值维度的转向

指出＂以人为本＂是高校思想政治理论课的本质要求。认为人的生命存在、素质提高和全面发展是高校思想政治理论课的出发点、目的和归宿。因此,加强大学生生命教育,给予生命关怀,实现高校思想政治教育价值维度的转向就成为现实教育思考及亟待解决的重要课题。     

《型世言》:道德说教外衣下真实的世俗生活

当前学术界对<型世言>的研究,大都将其与<三言>和<二拍>进行对照,认为<三言>和<二拍>宣扬情欲,肯定个性,是受到阳明心学的影响;而<型世言>由于内容中充满了很浓厚的道德说教,是彰扬儒家传统道德,因而受程朱理学的影响较大.其实,<型世言>不仅受到程朱理学的影响,也受到王阳明心学的影响.虽然有很浓厚的道德说教,但其在披着道德说教的外衣下,反映了真实的世俗生活.     

An Empirical Examination of Sexual Relations Between Adolescents and Adults

SUMMARY

The American view that adolescent-adult sexual relations are by definition “child sexual abuse” has spread throughout the Western world and reshaped public policy. This paper, originally presented as a talk, examines the scientific validity of this view. A historical perspective traces the conflation of the adolescent experience with rape, incest, and that of the young, prepubescent child. Biological and cognitive perspectives support the view that adolescents have more in common with adults than children. Sweeping claims that adolescents react as children are said to is critically tested by examining two types of relations-those between heterosexual teenage boys and women and those between gay or bisexual teenage boys and men. Non-clinical empirical data show overwhelmingly that such relations are characterized mostly by positive reactions based on consent if not initiative on the part of the minor, with perceived benefit rather than harm as a correlate. It is concluded that the American view is false, and that public policy that heightens official reaction to such relations, such as that currently proposed by the European Union, are either misinformed or disingenuous in alleging to protect when the motive is to control adolescents.     

Mothers and work–life balance: exploring the contradictions and complexities involved in work–family negotiation

This article presents data from a project exploring women's experiences of work and care. It focuses primarily on work–life balance as a problematic concept. Social and economic transformations across advanced post-industrial economies have resulted in concerns about how individuals manage their lives across the two spheres of work and family and achieve a work–life balance. Governments across the European Union have introduced various measures to address how families effectively combine care with paid work. Research within this area has tended to focus on work–life balance as an objective concept, which implies a static and fixed state fulfilled by particular criteria and measured quantitatively. Qualitative research on women's experiences reveals work–life balance as a fluctuating and intangible process. This article highlights the subjective and variable nature of work–life balance and questions taken-for-granted assumptions, exploring problems of definition and the differential coping strategies which women employ when negotiating the boundaries between work and family.
