Career Decision State and Assessment of RIASEC Interest Structure

The career decision state (CDS) was studied in relation to RIASEC (Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, Conventional) profiles in Self-Directed Search results among college students (86 women, 27 men). Three CDS dimensions measured by the Career State Inventory (CSI; certainty, satisfaction, and clarity) were examined as predictors of RIASEC primary and secondary constructs. Significant, albeit modest, zero-order correlations (p < .05) emerged between clarity and 3 secondary constructs (i.e., consistency, commonness, and coherence). Results of regression analyses indicated that CSI dimensions predicted 1 secondary construct (i.e., commonness).     

Challenges and Dilemmas of Civil Society movements in India

Civil Society spaces provide citizens opportunities to frame their collective identities and interests through the formation of voluntary interest groups and organisations set to specific purposes. In the west, historically these interest groups have contributed to the development of political thought that assisted to forge the economic interests of emerging bourgeoisie. This paper situated in the context of India begins with a thematic perspective and reviews the challenges that emerge as a result of the demands that emerge within the civil society space. The paper considered three broad range organizations for this review such as the Narmada Bachao Andolan (Save the river Narmada Campaign); National Alliance for People's Movement (NAPM); and the Self‐Employed Women's Association (SEWA). The authors see civil society as a conciliating place—where individual interests appear to mingle with societal requirements while providing adequate representation to the marginalized groups and expression of concerns around economic and environmental rights.     

Breadth of Vocational Interests: The Role of Career Adaptability and Future Orientation

The authors examined the relationship between career adaptability, future orientation, and vocational interests. Specifically, they tested the role of career adaptability and future orientation in promoting a broader range of vocational interests, based on the principle that experiencing more interests can be useful in giving one's best in multiple occupations and in planning a broad range of career goals. A total of 762 Italian adolescents (383 males, 379 females) participated in the study. Results highlight the mediating role of future orientation in the relationship between 4 career adaptability resources and breadth of vocational interests. These results underscore that specific interventions in career adaptability and future orientation may foster a broader range of vocational interests, providing more opportunity for adolescents to respond to the demands of the current job market.     

农村项目落地后各主体利益失衡及成因——以M县L移民村农业生产项目为例

当前项目制已经成为国家治理的一种重要手段,大量的项目资金能够在多个层面提升农村经济社会以及文化的发展。在“项目治国”的背景下,移民村生产项目扶持逐渐成为移民后期扶持的重要举措。实地调查发现,M县L移民村农业生产项目落地后,实现了名义上的合理性,但村干部借助项目扶持名义,将项目扶持的相关加工设备私有化,成为项目的最大受益者;移民只享有项目最基本的资源扶持,贫困移民群体更是被弱化甚至被忽视。究其原因：一是村干部通过权力运作与资源约束,他们既是项目的“争取者”,又是项目利益的最终“分配者”;二是移民在收入增加的情况下选择集体沉默和漠视村中事务,为村干部持续专享项目利益提供现实条件。因此,需要从完善制度设计和建立村内外监督机制、调动村民参与项目的积极性和发挥贫困群体的主观能动性两个方面予以破解优化。     

缔约过失责任的新思考

缔约过失责任是合同订立过程中的责任。从本质上讲它不同于合同责任,但又与合同责任有着密切的关系。缔约过失责任所涉及的范围以及责任承担的形式等问题,理论界历来众说纷纭,莫衷一是。为了解决理论对司法实践的指导,必须从理论上加以深入研究以求达到统一的认识。本文拟就《合同法》中规定的缔约过失责任制度作一些理论上的梳理和探讨。     

论自然保护区法律中的利益协调

建立自然保护区是保护自然环境和自然资源,维护生态平衡的重要措施。目前,我国自然保护区在＂数量＂上增长迅速,但＂质量＂提升却相对滞后,自然保护区遭到破坏的事情时有发生。其中重要的原因是在自然保护区的建立和发展过程中,环境利益和经济利益以及利益主体间利益的不协调、不平衡。本文首先从探讨自然保护区法律的利益协调功能入手,分析目前我国自然保护区立法中的利益平衡内容的缺失,再针对问题提出立法完善上的解决途径,达到平衡各方面利益、促进自然保护区的可持续的发展的目的。

毛泽东在领导中国人民建立新中国、巩固新中国和发展新中国的实践中,在处理国家内政外交中的意识形态与国家利益这一对极其密切而又复杂的关系时,根据中国具体情况,有时意识形态占主要地位,有时国家利益起主要作用,有时又是二者的重合。从总体来看,毛泽东始终将国家利益放在首位,体现出国家利益不可动摇的原则。     

论教师道德的底线

在人类道德发展史上,教师道德无论是从职业行为规范方面还是在个人道德修养上始终被认为应处于社会的最高水准,代表着社会道德修养的最高层次。教师道德在追求崇高的价值目标的同时,更要坚守教师道德的底线。教师道德的底线是教师职业活动中必须坚守的最低的道德要求。教师与学生的关系是教师道德所调节的伦理关系中最根本、核心的利益关系,相对于教师的利益,学生的利益具有道德上的优先性,学生利益的优先性就决定了教师道德的底线是,教师在任何时候都不能够损害学生的正当合法利益。
