新农村建设中的法文化建构

农村法文化是以农村社会生产方式为基础，以农民为主体，以农村社区为立场而构造的法律观念、意识、知识的结合。农村法文化是农村人口文化素质、价值观、人际交往、生活方式的反映，是我国社会主义新农村建设战略的重要组成部分。以文化利益、文化驱动与文化和谐作为我国农村法文化渐进的理论根基，以公共产品、成本效益分析及经济绩效等经济学理论作为我国农村法文化解析的理论视角，建构政府、社区与农民三元主体共同参与的农村法文化供给机制是我国社会主义新农村建设中农村法文化推进的必由之路。     

城市绿地系统文化特色研究——以安徽省铜陵市绿地系统规划为例

安徽省铜陵市绿地规划充分利用城市自然山水的地理条件、江南沿江的地域特色和铜陵铜文化，同时紧紧把握城市历史“文脉”，从地区特点和地域文化出发，保持与发展城市特色，将铜文化融合于绿地系统规划之中。     

全球大众文化语境下的韩剧现象

新世纪初流行于东亚的韩剧热潮，在跨国文化产业上取得了令人瞩目的成绩，凸显出众多值得并且应该进行学理探索的深层问题。将韩剧现象置于当代全球性文化传播的语境中考察，指出韩剧跨国传播的实质是一种标准意义上的大众文化传播，作为国际消费者文化的一部分，加入进媒介全球化传播的大潮中来；而大众文化是建立在全球性基础上形成的一种文化形态，从全球范围来看，大众文化具有极强的共性与普适性。韩剧从内在本质上遵循全球大众文化的一般规则，符合大众文化的全球化想象，正是它所具有的这种全球性纬度为其跨国传播提供了前提。     

Career Planning in Spain: Do Fixed-term Contracts Delay Marriage and Parenthood?

The aim of this paper is to find an empirical connection between the striking increase in the use of fixed-term contracts in Spain and the observed delay in the age at marriage and maternity. Using the eight waves of individual information from the European Household Panel for Spain, we find that for men, the decision whether to get married is strongly negatively affected by holding unstable contracts or not working, relative to when an indefinite contract is held. However, for women, results suggest that holding fixed-term contracts is not a deterrent for the decision whether to get married. With respect to the decision of whether to enter into parenthood, results indicate that for all childless women, either with no partner, holding fixed-term contracts delays entry into motherhood relative to the holding of indefinite contracts. The discouragement effect is stronger for women with no partner, though.JEL classification: D1, J1

儒家文化与可持续发展

可持续发展已成为全球人类所面临的最为紧迫的问题。儒家文化中的可持续发展思想,即强调道德理性和理想人格的修炼、加强对可持续发展的主体--人的改造,以及其中庸之道与“天人合一”、普遍和谐的思想,对于建立人类的普遍伦理,改善人类生存环境,提高人们的人文道德素质,解决社会群体之间的矛盾,实现经济、社会和环境的可持续发展具有深远意义。     

社会支配取向量表在中国的信度和效度研究

本研究尝试修订西方的社会支配取向量表.359名大学本科生参与了研究.结果表明,社会支配取向量表修订后包含14个项目,量表具有较好的内部一致性、重测信度和一定的预测效度;中国被试社会支配取向得分普遍比西方的高;中文修订量表不同于西方的单因素或者双因素结构,它包括4个因素,即"反对群体平等"、"赞同优势群体的支配性"、"赞同劣势群体的较低地位"、"赞同维持等级差异".     

元明清时期"纳儒"对话的历史轨迹

元明清时期,有着古老文化之根的纳西文化(纳)与汉文化(儒)发生了猛烈的碰撞,演绎了跌宕起伏的"纳儒"对话史."纳儒"对话的历史轨迹印证了文明对话的一般规律差异、碰撞、融合."纳儒"对话是少数民族文化与主流文化成功对话的典型个案,其中蕴涵着许多耐人寻味的道理.追寻历史上"纳儒"对话的历史轨迹,反思其中的得与失,从历史中寻求启迪,对全球化过程中多元文化间的平等对话具有积极意义.     

Changes in the Political Iconography of East Central European Capitals after 1989 (Berlin,Warsaw, Prague,Bratislava)

The fall of communism in 1989/1990 has led not only to the establishment of new political systems and ideologies, but also to significant modifications in the visual self-representation of the respective states in Eastern and East Central Europe. Statues of communist heroes were abolished and replaced by monuments and memorials reflecting the new political situation. New state buildings were erected, and the old ones remodelled and adapted to the representational needs of the new authorities. In some cases, the political changes even have had a strong impact on principles of city planning, effecting urban structures of symbolic value.

The focal points of these developments are the capital cities, being principal places of the execution of state power as well as of its self-representation. However, the conditions for the staging of the state in the capital are in each case different. They depend on one hand on the architectural shape and historic role of the city, and on the political situation and self-image of the state on the other.

The article provides a comparative analysis of the changes in the political iconography of four East Central European capitals—Berlin, Warsaw, Prague and Bratislava—since 1989, focusing on selected monuments, architectural projects for state institutions and concepts of town planning.
