采用多阶段分层抽样,对厦门大学300名本科生进行有关社会焦虑的问卷调查,并以“风险社会”为研究背景,从认知的视角,考察大学生的社会焦虑现状及其影响因素,结果发现:大学生的社会焦虑主要集中在发展问题、情感问题和物质问题上,且对发展问题表现出普遍焦虑;风险认知对大学生的社会焦虑有显著影响,风险认知越强烈,社会焦虑程度越高;社会价值观念对大学生的情感焦虑和物质焦虑有显著影响,将先赋性因素作为人生发展决定性因素的大学生体验到更多的情感焦虑和物质焦虑;行为应对方式对大学生的社会焦虑有显著影响,积极行为应对方式作为一种中介因素能够缓解大学生的社会焦虑。 相似文献

该文以新疆某通讯公司的服务厅前台业务员与客服接线员为案例,以情绪智力与劳动关系氛围分别作为个人与组织层面的调节变量,运用相关分析、回归分析等统计方法,探讨了其对顾客不公平与工作满意度关系的调节作用。结果显示:被调查员工总体满意度不高,不满意的因素除顾客不公平行为的侵犯,主要还有工作量大、工作要求与监督过于严格等。为此,企业应重视顾客对员工满意度的影响;应采取措施减轻顾客不公平的危害,并通过改善劳动关系氛围缓解顾客不公平对满意度的负面影响;应通过对情绪智力的培养来提高员工应对顾客不公平的能力。 相似文献

With the growing influence of online social media, firms increasingly take an active role in interacting with consumers in social media. For many firms, their first step in online social media is management responses, where the management responds to customers' comments about the firm or its products and services. In this article, we measure the impact of management responses on customer satisfaction using data retrieved from a major online travel agency in China. Applying a panel data model that controls for regression toward the mean and heterogeneity in individual preference for hotels, we find that online management responses are highly effective among low satisfaction customers but have limited influence on other customers. Moreover, we show that the public nature of online management responses introduces a new dynamic among customers. Although online management responses increase future satisfaction of the complaining customers who receive the responses, they decrease future satisfaction of complaining customers who observe but do not receive management responses. The result is consistent with the peer‐induced fairness theory. 相似文献

This paper extends the classic expected utility theory analysis of optimal insurance contracting to the case where the insurer has a positive probability of total default and the buyer and insurer have divergent beliefs about this probability. The optimal marginal indemnity above the deductible is smaller (greater) than one if the buyer's assessment of default risk is more pessimistic (optimistic) than the insurer's. As an application of the model, we consider the market for reinsurance against catastrophic property loss and propose an expected utility theory explanation for the increasing and concave marginal indemnity schedule observed in this market. 相似文献

September 11 created a natural experiment that enables us to track the psychological effects of a large‐scale terror event over time. The archival data came from 8,070 participants of 10 ABC and CBS News polls collected from September 2001 until September 2006. Six questions investigated emotional, behavioral, and cognitive responses to the events of September 11 over a five‐year period. We found that heightened responses after September 11 dissipated and reached a plateau at various points in time over a five‐year period. We also found that emotional, cognitive, and behavioral reactions were moderated by age, sex, political affiliation, and proximity to the attack. Both emotional and behavioral responses returned to a normal state after one year, whereas cognitively‐based perceptions of risk were still diminishing as late as September 2006. These results provide insight into how individuals will perceive and respond to future similar attacks. 相似文献

Subjective risk perceptions give rise to unique policy implications as they reflect both the expectation of risk exposure and the ability to mitigate or cope with the adverse impacts. Based on data collected from semistructured interviews and iterative ranking exercises with 159 households in the Altay and Tianshan Mountains of Xinjiang, China, this study investigates and explains the risks with respect to a seriously understudied population and location. Using both geostatistical and econometric methods, we show that although fear of environmental crisis is prevalent among our respondents, recently implemented pastoral conservation, sedentarization, and development projects are more likely to be ranked as the top concerns among affected households. In order to reduce these concerns, future pastoral policy must be built on the livestock economy, and intervention priority should be given to the geographic areas identified as risk hot spots. In cases where pastoralists have to give up their pastures, the transition to other comparable livelihood strategies must be enabled by creating new opportunities and training pastoralists to acquire the needed skills. 相似文献
