家谱:补充订正史实的特殊档案

中国的家谱、宗谱,古代称之为谱牒,今也称作家谱档案。家谱档案资料对于研究历史具有重要的价值,应该重视家谱档案的修篡、保护和利用。但从目前的状况看,这方面做得还不够。通过对宁波史氏、楼氏两大家族的研究,就利用家谱档案解释这两大家族史研究中的若干问题提出一点自己的认识。     

“台湾老兵”的婚姻状况调查及原因分析——以浙江籍“台湾老兵”为个案

“台湾老兵”问题是历史留存于海峡两岸的中国社会的特殊问题，而婚姻问题又是“台湾老兵”中最突出的问题。文章以浙江籍“台湾老兵”为个案，调查了他们去台湾前后的婚姻状况，并分析了造成大多数“台湾老兵”在台湾孤单度过大半辈子、甚至一辈子的原因。     

汉英擦音对比分析

中国的英语学习者在学习语音的过程中，往往以为汉英擦音相似或相同，因而造成英语擦音发音上的误差。该文着重进行汉英擦音的对比，阐述各自发音方法和特点，指出它们的差异，并探究产生发音错误的种种原因，从而有利于在教学中有针对性地对错误发音进行纠正，改善语音．全面提高学生的英语水平。     

美是上帝的名字：神学美学的核心命题

中世纪基督教神学美学是围绕“美是上帝的名字”展开的。其中通过三位一体、创世、道成肉身、救赎和永生等基本教义的讨论，深刻揭示了美与真、善的关系，爱、与信、望的关系，认识、意志、情感的关系，以及从对事物的美的欣赏到静观上帝--美本身的心路历程，不仅充分反映了中世纪人们的审美理想，也概括了人类某些共同的审美经验。

中学教师继续教育工程已全面展开.在对中学历史教师继续教育的实践过程中,我们发现尚存在观念滞后、学员缺乏学习的动机、师资队伍不适应、经费紧张等问题.针对这些问题,应采取相应的对策更新观念、采取灵活的培训方法、加强师资队伍建设、完善评估体系、严格管理、增加投入等.     

论张岱小品文的世俗性

从审美的角度看，张岱的小品文卸去了“文以载道”的传统，以普通人的视角再现明亡之前其亲历的生活，多方面表现了大众风情，具有鲜明的世俗性：把在传统文人看来俗之又俗的生活素材诉诸笔端；牵引市民化的人物走进小品文；尤其小说化语言的运用，使得作品富于生活气息。究其成因，首先是文艺思潮世俗化的时代洪流。涌溢各处、不断浸淫；其次是当时市民阶层爱好并喜做小品文的风气甚炽，使得张岱需要考虑读者的趣味；再次是张岱家世生平的坎坷，使他处于文化边缘的写作境地，用饱含深情的笔墨展现市民形貌、礼赞世俗人生。     

刑法罪名简繁利弊辩--以中、日刑事立法比较为例

近年来,在刑事司法中时常遇到这样的问题1997年才全面修订的、有400多个罪名的刑法典对一些犯罪案件却难以适用.通过对中、日两国刑事立法的比较分析,探讨了刑法罪名简略与繁缛的利弊得失.认为罪名的简繁各有利弊,但简略利大于弊;法的特性决定罪名的高度概括性;刑法的适用需要法官的判断和推理;关键是尽快改革司法体制,大力提高法官的整体素质.     

Progress and cumulation in the human sciences after the fall

What do we mean by progress and cumulation in the social and human sciences? Recent thinking in the philosophy and history of science has led to an abandonment of some versions of logical positivism and of verificationism that had a strong deductive and theory testing orientation. What is to replace them is less clear. This paper argues that progress and cumulation can be seen as a process of evaluation and retention within an epistemic community. Scholarly disciplines differ in their social structure and in their epistemic and normative commitments. Since sociology is a fragmented discipline, progress and cumulation differ within its multiple subdisciplines, which to varying extents represent epistemic communities. Brief sketches of progress (advance) and cumulation in several subdisciplines are offered.     

Role of informal sector recycling in waste management in developing countries

Many thousands of people in developing country cities depend on recycling materials from waste for their livelihoods. With the focus of the Millennium Development Goals on poverty reduction, and of waste strategies on improving recycling rates, one of the major challenges in solid waste management in developing countries is how best to work with this informal sector to improve their livelihoods, working conditions and efficiency in recycling.The general characteristics of informal recycling are reviewed, highlighting both positive and negative aspects. Despite the health and social problems associated with informal recycling, it provides significant economic benefits that need to be retained. Experience shows that it can be highly counterproductive to establish new formal waste recycling systems without taking into account informal systems that already exist. The preferred option is to integrate the informal sector into waste management planning, building on their practices and experience, while working to improve efficiency and the living and working conditions of those involved. Issues associated with integrating informal recycling into the formal waste management sector are discussed.
