基于单片机的车削切削力测试系统设计研究

设计了以 80 31单片机为核心的车削切削力测试系统 ,介绍了系统组成、算法原理及软件的结构特点 ,实现了车削切削力的计算机辅助测试。     

吸毒检测程序的现实困境与出路探寻——以《吸毒检测程序规定》为中心的解读

《吸毒检测程序规定》的正式出台弥补了实践运转的诸多不便，是与《禁毒法》相呼应的时代产物。吸毒检测程序的设置不仅为司法实践的操作提供了相应框架，而且展现了法治理念与人权保障双项并重的内在旨趣。从该程序性设计的内容来看，检测对象的筛选、实体标准的认定、第三方的监督、程序申辩、检测费用的承担、检测对象的隐私权、责任归咎与权益救济等方面都存在不尽如人意之处。厘清现有程序设计中的诸多不足，针对性地提出行之有效的对策，是契合程序设计目的并进行实践有效运转的路径选择。     

宽带综合业务数字网中实现帧码检测的新方法

帧码检测是数字通信网中最关键的部分之一。本文提出一种在宽带综合业务数字网(Broadband-Integated Services Digital Network,简称BBDN)中实现帧码检测的新方法,与传统的滑动法相比,可节省大量高速逻辑电路。经电子CAD软件模拟,证实该方法有效。     

Detecting Deceit via Analysis of Verbal and Nonverbal Behavior

We examined the hypotheses that (1) a systematic analysis of nonverbal behavior could be useful in the detection of deceit and (2) that lie detection would be most accurate if both verbal and nonverbal indicators of deception are taken into account. Seventy-three nursing students participated in a study about telling lies and either told the truth or lied about a film they had just seen. The interviews were videotaped and audiotaped, and the nonverbal behavior (NVB) and speech content of the liars and truth tellers were analyzed, the latter with the Criteria-Based Content Analysis technique (CBCA) and the Reality Monitoring technique (RM). Results revealed several nonverbal and verbal indicators of deception. On the basis of nonverbal behavior alone, 78% of the lies and truths could be correctly classified. An even higher percentage could be correctly classified when all three detection techniques (i.e., NVB, CBCA, RM) were taken into account.     

试论对诱惑侦查的法律限制

诱惑侦查是侦缉狡诈罪犯,查明大案要案事实真相经常使用的一种特殊侦查方法。由于我国现行立法和司法对诱惑侦查没有作具体明确的规定,因而在实施过程中会产生一系列问题。如何对诱惑侦查进行必要的法律限制,关系到此方法的合理应用,同时也关系到刑事诉讼法公正的实施。     

Detecting and removing outlier(s) in electromyographic gait-related patterns

In this paper, we propose a method for outlier detection and removal in electromyographic gait-related patterns (EMG-GRPs). The goal was to detect and remove EMG-GRPs that reduce the quality of gait data while preserving natural biological variations in EMG-GRPs. The proposed procedure consists of general statistical tests and is simple to use. The Friedman test with multiple comparisons was used to find particular EMG-GRPs that are extremely different from others. Next, outlying observations were calculated for each suspected stride waveform by applying the generalized extreme studentized deviate test. To complete the analysis, we applied different outlier criteria. The results suggest that an EMG-GRP is an outlier if it differs from at least 50% of the other stride waveforms and contains at least 20% of the outlying observations. The EMG signal remains a realistic representation of muscle activity and demonstrates step-by-step variability once the outliers, as defined here, are removed.     

扩展Haar特征检测人眼的方法

人眼检测在人脸识别中起着非常重要的作用,其检测的准确性可以有效地提高人脸识别率。该文扩展了一种Haar特征,并基于该特征运用Adaboost算法对人眼进行准确检测。首先基于扩展的Haar特征运用Adaboost算法检测到眼睛和眉毛的粗轮廓,然后将粗轮廓的灰度图像制成模板,最后与眼睛和眉毛非常相似的图像样本进行匹配,从而准确检测到人眼。该方法有效地避免该由于眼睛和眉毛非常相似而引起的误判。
