改进的TOPSIS法在天然气开发方案优选中的应用

在简介逼近理想解排序法的基础上,采用改进的逼近理想解排序法对气田开发方案进行优选,不仅综合考虑了气田的开发效果、技术先进性和经济合理性等方面,通过引入虚拟的绝对最优方案,解决了两方案与正负理想方案同等程度接近而无法判断优劣的问题,而且保证了方案的有效性。

A Woman's Place Is in the Cab:

This article examines the situation of women train operators in the New York City Transit Authority. Many of the problems women faced when they first became train operators in the 1970s--sexual harassment and resentment, unsafe working conditions, inadequate facilities, lack of benefits important to women--remain unresolved today. The article focuses on the women who choose this job, why they do so, the problems they face, and why women stay. It also looks at the role of the workers' union in meeting the needs of its women members and suggests implications for human services workers.     

海洋不可再生资源可持续开发的系统动力学机制研究——以海洋石油资源为例

文章以海洋石油资源为例分析了海洋不可再生资源开发中内在的信息反馈结构与机制以及相互因果关系,运用系统动力学理论和方法,以近几年中海油对海洋石油的勘探开发数据为基础,建立了海洋石油开发的系统动力学模型。经检验,模型与海洋石油开发的历史拟合较好,模拟的误差在20%-30%之间,误差较小。投资是影响新增净探明石油可采储量、储采平衡率和销售收入这三个指标可持续发展的主要因素,要维持油田的持续发展,就必须增大总投资,同时保持适当的勘探开发投资比例,努力提高技术。     

Fuck the law: decolonizing nomophilitis with the discourse of love

ABSTRACT

This papyrus questions the assumption that global cultures and especially Indigenous peoples are to be civilized and modernized by being subjected to the rule of European law, Euro Reschtaat, under racist, patriarchal imperialism as a result of centuries of dehumanizing conquest, genocide, slavery, apartheid and colonization. Giannacopoulos raised similar questions about how feasible it is to expect that the love of the law, nomophilia, would be the answer to the institutionalized racism-sexism-classism that Indigenous peoples and poor refugees face under settler colonialism? This papyrus raises the additional question of whether young people around the world are crazy for giving the middle finger salute to the empire of law or whether defiant Hip Hop artists may be expressing understandable decolonization discourse against legal imperialism without criminologists and legal scholars being aware.     

Experiences of trafficked and sexually exploited boys transitioning from shelter programmes into the community: Findings from a longitudinal study

This article explores the perspectives of Cambodian boys who have experienced human trafficking and sexual exploitation on their experiences transitioning out of shelters and re‐entering the community. We used an interpretive phenomenological approach to analyse 81 interviews and narrative summaries of interviews drawn from Chab Dai's 10‐year longitudinal study with survivors in Cambodia (n = 22). Themes included: minimal involvement in planning for re/integration; conflicted feelings about life in the community; challenges completing school and securing employment; importance of community‐based services; unfulfilled expectations; violence in the community; and a desire to return to the shelter.
