我国高校在线课程不同发展阶段的技术性特征分析

技术的发展不仅为人类的生产生活提供了方便,而且还引发了教育形态和学习方式的革命,以在线课程的发展最为典型。我国高校在线课程发展历经5个重要的发展阶段,呈现出各自不同的技术性特征。基础性技术条件支撑与保障阶段:在线课程形态在远程教育中的蜕变;技术手段的全面融入与推广阶段:从在线课程形态到在线课程的发展;互联网技术的广泛使用与普及阶段:在线课程转向在线开放共享资源;信息技术与高等教育深度融合阶段:优质在线课程资源成为提升教育质量的手段;新型组织化的技术联姻阶段:在线开放课程平台更具多元化与包容性。     

分层教学中分层基础的确立——基于皮亚杰的认知发展阶段理论

分层教学是指将学生按照一定的分层基础分成不同的层次进行差别化教学的教学形式,通过分层教学可以更好的满足学生的个性化发展,让每个学生以自己最佳的学习状态完成学校要求的学习内容,但是以往的分层教学中的分层基础有很多的弊端,无论是班内分层还是混班分层虽然解决了部分问题,但是却带来了很多其他由于分层基础带来的学习问题。所以,通过借鉴皮亚杰的认知发展阶段理论,将其作为分层教学的分层基础依据,能够更好地适应学生身心发展条件,科学合理的将分层教学有效地运用与发展。     

大学生“四段式”科技创新能力培养模式探索与思考——以湖南农业大学东方科技学院生物类专业为例

大学生科技创新能力的培养是高校培养创新型人才的重要手段,也是提升高等学校创新能力的必然要求。通过对我国大学生科技创新现状的分析,以湖南农业大学东方科技学院生物类专业为例,提出从启蒙阶段、认知阶段、实践阶段和提升阶段四个阶段构建大学生"四段式"科技创新能力培养模式,并就大学生科技创新能力培养模式进行了思考。     

Women's participation in self‐help groups as a pathway to women's empowerment: A case of Nepal

Non‐governmental organizations (NGOs) and the government of Nepal have made some effort to reduce poverty in Nepal by creating women's affiliation groups, some of which are micro‐credit organizations. Using capabilities as defined by Amartya Sen (Development as freedom, Oxford University Press, New Delhi, 2000), which includes employment opportunities, women's ownership in productive resources such as land and/or homes, educational opportunities, and women's participation in decision‐making in the family, this study evaluated the extent to which women's ethnic group or caste affiliation affected a woman's likelihood of being empowered by participation in these groups. We analyzed a sample of 8,973 women which was taken from the 2011 Nepal Demographic and Health Survey. Previous research has demonstrated that participation in gender‐based groups is correlated with higher economic status. This study adds to the literature on women's affiliation groups by investigating the impact of structural factors, such as caste and ethnicity, on women's self‐help group participation (women's groups and credit groups).     

Adaptive designs for single‐arm phase II trials in oncology

Clinical phase II trials in oncology are conducted to determine whether the activity of a new anticancer treatment is promising enough to merit further investigation. Two‐stage designs are commonly used for this situation to allow for early termination. Designs proposed in the literature so far have the common drawback that the sample sizes for the two stages have to be specified in the protocol and have to be adhered to strictly during the course of the trial. As a consequence, designs that allow a higher extent of flexibility are desirable. In this article, we propose a new adaptive method that allows an arbitrary modification of the sample size of the second stage using the results of the interim analysis or external information while controlling the type I error rate. If the sample size is not changed during the trial, the proposed design shows very similar characteristics to the optimal two‐stage design proposed by Chang et al. (Biometrics 1987; 43:865–874). However, the new design allows the use of mid‐course information for the planning of the second stage, thus meeting practical requirements when performing clinical phase II trials in oncology. 考虑到我国未来年度的OD分布预测中的路网构成变化、区域经济布局变动、区域经济增长速度差异等一些具有时变性和特殊性因素，采用在“四阶段法”运量预测基础上改进而成的“三阶段法”进行高速铁路短期客运量预测。首先采用组合预测模型进行趋势运量预测，然后采用多元LOGIT模型进行方式分担，最后采用弹性系数诱增模型进行诱增运量预测。以京沪高铁为例，采用“三阶段法”预测了2014年和2015年京沪高铁本线及跨线单向客流量。
