医古文翻译：基于翻译适应选择论视角

随着中医的发展逐渐走向国际化,关于中医的中外交流日益增多,而对中医的翻译却又难以达到令人满意的水平。其难点主要在于保证医学信息的正确与完整的同时,又要将中医中文化内涵准确地传达。本文试图运用翻译适应选择论这一新译论,将医古文译者在翻译过程中的适应与选择通过语言维、文化维、交际维这三大维度进行分析和说明,以期为医古文翻译的障碍找出解决办法,提高翻译质量,促进文化交流。     

论从平面到立体的转换属于著作权法上的复制

复制权是著作权中最重要的一项经济权利,对复制权进行准确的界定有着十分重要的意义。我国对于从平面到立体的转换行为,法律没有做出明确规定。由于立法上的缺位,使得司法实践中对该种转换态度不一。文章拟在分析该类行为的实质及国际通行的做法后,提出该种转换应当纳入我国法律体系之中,以适应经济发展,扩大国际交往。     

Status inconsistency in groups: How discrepancies between instrumental and expressive status result in symptoms of stress

This study examines whether a mismatch between the positions that individuals hold in different status hierarchies results in symptoms of stress. Prior research has focused on inconsistencies between socioeconomic status dimensions (e.g., education and income) and did not find a significant relation between status inconsistency and stress. In this paper, we build on research on role differentiation and propose to study the effect of inconsistencies between instrumental status and expressive status in group contexts. We hypothesize that people with an inconsistency between these status dimensions experience feelings of uncertainty and frustration in their interactions with others and this manifests in stress-related symptoms. We test this hypothesis with data collected in a medium-sized Dutch childcare organization (N = 93). Polynomial regression analysis, visualized in response surface plots, suggests that status inconsistent employees report higher levels of stress.

通过对就业维度语境下高职学生非专业素质重要影响的分析,从三个方面考察了当前就业维度的高职学生非专业素质培养现状,并对就业维度的高职学生非专业素质培养框架提出了初步构想。     

道德认知的默会维度——基于认知结构的分析

在道德认知的研究中,对认知结构、道德判断在认知过程中的作用方式存在不同见解,需要一种新的认识进路来诠释。采用默会知识论的一些观点来分析道德认知,可以发现,默会认识的结构与道德认知结构都从格式塔学派的观点发展而来,在发展方向上也都强调认识者主动的整合能力和结构的动态平衡。道德认知的结构与内容之间的关系,与默会知识论中知道怎样(knowhow)和知道那个事实(knowthat)之间的关系表述在方式上基本一致,并强调道德判断的产生须借助于道德主体的情感和价值取向在具体特定条件下完成。因此,道德认知具备人类认识的默会维度,道德认知的发展需要两个必不可少的条件:道德判断能力的发展,以及个体在道德认知结构中的身体在位。道德认知的默会维度支持一种实践性的教育方法,强调通过生活实践来促进道德认知结构的发展,从而最终促进道德的发展。     

后危机背景下大学生就业能力及其结构维度的构建研究简

文章针对后危机背景下对大学生能力素质的新要求，探讨了大学生就业能力的概念和结构，并从我国当前经济社会发展阶段与高等教育、社会文化观念、学生就业的实际情况出发，形成了大学生就业能力的五个维度，即基础能力、专业能力、个人特质、适应能力及实践创新能力。     

Parameter selection in modified histogram estimates

A multivariate modified histogram density estimate depending on a reference density g and a partition P has been proved to have good consistency properties according to several information theoretic criteria. Given an i.i.d. sample, we show how to select automatically both g and P so that the expected L ₁ error of the corresponding selected estimate is within a given constant multiple of the best possible error plus an additive term which tends to zero under mild assumptions. Our method is inspired by the combinatorial tools developed by Devroye and Lugosi [Devroye, L. and Lugosi, G., 2001, Combinatorial Methods in Density Estimation (New York, NY: Springer–Verlag)] and it includes a wide range of reference density and partition models. Results of simulations are also presented.     

Chapter 4: Research on the Integration of Employee Assistance,Work-Life and Wellness Services

SUMMARY

This article will focus on the research exploring the degree to which organizational integration of Employee Assistance, Work/Family and Wellness Programs has evolved since the early 1990s. The first study reviewed is the National Study of EAP and Work/Family Programs conducted in 1994 by Boston University's Center on Work and Family in which 100 of the top family friendly companies were inter viewed. Two major studies conducted under the guidance of the Employee Assistance Professional Association (EAPA) are then reviewed. The Phase I research conducted in 2001 was a large-scale survey of the professionals in fields of EAP and Work-life (N = 950). The Phase II research conducted in 2002 was comprised of two stages: A pilot study surveying vendors in the EAP and Work-life fields (N = 213) and a qualitative study consisting of in-depth interviews with vendors from all three professions (N = 79). The overall theme from this body of research is one of dramatically increasing movement and market demand for some form of collaboration/integration of service delivery. Finally, the chapter offers recommendations for further research regarding integration of services as well as implications for the professional fields.     

Modernity: a non-European conceptualization

In the light of insights drawn from historical sociology and Parsons' theory of differentiation/modernization, an attempt is made to conceptualize modernity in such a way as to avoid both eurocentrism and the total rejection of the concept by those who view it as an ideological means for the further advancement of western cultural imperialism.
