高校图书馆联合虚拟参考咨询服务是一种全新的信息服务形式,深受广大用户的喜爱和欢迎。该文通过对江西省昌北高校图书馆联盟2011年1至6月份虚拟参考咨询的服务人员、服务形式、服务内容、服务效率及存在问题进行调查分析研究,提出提升该联盟虚拟参考咨询服务质量的积极建议及对策。     

“But we still try”: affective labor in the corporate mommy blog

This article studies three “mommy blogs,” online platforms catering to (in these cases) American mothers of various sub-demographics, through an affective labor framework. Using digital labor and Althusserian subject formation to inform my reading of the common rhetorical gestures made in these blogs, I ask how they conceive of their readership and contributors. I argue that mommy blogs should be understood as sites of digital labor because of the ways in which their publishing conditions and rhetorics establish labored expectations of the “mommy” subject. Contestations of the nature of affective labor in motherhood are reflected by anxieties around digital labor, which play out via ideological conflicts that manifest rhetorically in the blogs under discussion. This analysis is informed by affect theory, Althusser and Butler’s work on subject formation, and the existing feminist literature on digital labor and the mommy blog.     

A court file analysis of child protection cases: What do children say?

Children's participation in legal proceedings affecting them personally has been gaining importance. So far, a primary research concern has been how children experience their participation in court proceedings. However, little is known about the child's voice itself: Are children able to clearly express their wishes, and if so, what do they say in child protection cases? In this study, we extracted information about children's statements from court file data of 220 child protection cases in Germany. We found 182 children were asked about their wishes. The majority of the statements found came either from reports of the guardians ad litem or from judicial records of the child hearings. Using content analysis, three main aspects of the statements were extracted: wishes concerning main place of residence, wishes about whom to have or not contact with, and children granting decision‐making authority to someone else. Children's main focus was on their parents, but others (e.g., relatives and foster care providers) were also mentioned. Intercoder agreement was substantial. Making sure that child hearings are as informative as possible is in the child's best interest. Therefore, the categories developed herein might help professionals to ask questions more precisely relevant to the child.     

From the Digital Divide to the Connectivity Dividend Difference: A Connectivity Capital Perspective*

The access divide was once the basic form of the digital divide. The development of Internet infrastructure has narrowed the access divide and increased application coverage, but it has also touched off a connectivity dividend difference. Taking the online market as an example, we examine the sources of the dividend difference and the factors influencing it with in a connectivity framework. We found that the narrowing of the access divide has resulted in enhanced connectivity and platform development, giving people the chance to benefit from transforming the various assets in which they have previously invested into differentiated compound connectivity capital. In the course, the scale and rate of the conversion are affected by two multiplier effects and especially by online platforms. The process is ultimately expressed in the dividend difference.     

浅析我国数字图书馆的发展

随着经济与科技的迅猛发展，我国图书馆馆藏有了突破性的发展，数字图书馆使图书馆的办馆模式和性质从根本上发生了变化，由独立办馆变成了馆际合作，由藏书借阅变成了为读者服务。同时面临新的形势和瓶颈，为了适应时代发展的需要，我们只有让各个系统条件共同发挥作用，来实现数字环境下的信息资源建设。     

Curation: a theoretical treatment

Curation is a key mechanism of sociality in a digital era. With an abundance of information, sifting, sorting, selecting, hiding, and standing out become laborious tasks. While researchers have diligently documented people’s curatorial strategies, digital curation remains undertheorized in its own right. I therefore theorize digital curation by disentangling productive curation from consumptive curation, addressing how people curate content that they share, and that which they consume. I embed these agentic curatorial practices within structural bounds, both social and technological. In doing so, I offer a basic theoretical model that captures a dynamic relationship between individual curators, their social networks, and technological design.

当代人尤其是青年人面临诸多现实世界中自我难以解决的矛盾和困惑时,期许能在电子＂伊甸园＂中找回自我价值和精神皈依。然而,虚拟空间并非想象中的天堂,类似＂面具＂的交流形式遮蔽着许多本真的存在,消解了现实世界的核心价值;游离在虚拟和现实之间的自我与社会脱离;对网络的过渡依赖性导致人格的异化;方向感的迷茫和自我定位的偏差,使得价值追求从崇高滑向流俗甚至恶俗。数字化生存方式正颠覆着传统生活方式和现实生活世界的诸多价值标准,而信息崇拜的推波助澜,更使人们产生了一种莫名的幸福被剥夺的感觉。     

新媒介背景的儿童类纸质媒体发展取向

数字媒介技术的革新加剧了“图像革命”，造成了人的思考能力的滑坡．这一影响加之于儿童则更加明显。儿童作为特殊且脆弱的社会群体，极易陷入新媒介所搅动的文化漩涡中，传统阅读这一儿童基础性认知技能遭遇到严峻考验。儿童类纸质媒体应充分发挥独有优势，与儿童类数字媒体展开错位竞争。从儿童文化内容的创作生产、儿童文化产品的销售渠道、儿童文化消费的最终实现三个层面完成自身的发展与跨越。     

试论民族地区数字图书馆建设的意义

数字图书馆是信息时代的产物,是图书馆发展历史上的一次深刻革命。数字图书馆不仅代表着图书馆发展的最新方向,而且为文献信息的开发与利用提供了新的机遇。民族地区的数字图书馆建设是民族地区全面建设小康社会、适应信息社会以及进一步开发民族文化资源的迫切需要。     

清初"外藩蒙古十三旗"杂考

本文依据清崇德二年蒙古文档案澄清了清代史籍中有关"外藩蒙古十三旗"的说法,解决了清初在内蒙古设旗和朝贡方面的一个疑难问题.指出了<旧满洲档>在记载清初蒙古牛录和户数上的错误和蒙古文档案的价值,还附带讨论了察哈尔部和硕亲王额哲旗不在"外藩蒙古十三旗"内和"外藩二十七旗"及"外藩四十九旗"的问题.
