中西运动服饰文化的差异主要表现在对人和自然关系的不同理解上,对人自身意义的不同思考上,对服饰作用的不同认识上以及对体育运动开展的精神实质的不同目的上。

本文以2008年北京奥运会为背景,就秦皇岛地区体育旅游经济与文化整合展开论述,提出秦皇岛地区体育旅游的经济—文化一体化发展思路和文化与经济融合发展观点。

生命在于运动,人人皆知,但常被人们忽视。国家非常重视人们的健康,号召全民健身。文章通过运动生理学、心理学原理,阐述运动对人体的作用,论述健康之源在于运动。     

Female Athletes' Motives and Experiences During the Gay Games

This study examines female athletes' motives for participation in Gay Games IV, and their experiences during the Games. The participants (N = 132) acknowledged traditional sport motives as well as social, self-enhancement, and political motives for participation in the Gay Games. Positive aspects of these athletes' experiences at the Games included having a sense of belonging, pride, and community. Meeting, competing with, and being near other lesbian, gay, and bisexual athletes also were important motives and outcomes of participation in this event. Almost all of the athletes described positive experiences at the Games. The experiences expressed by these athletes show the affirming emotional and psychological impact of participation in an inclusive sport environment. Overall, while many of these athletes noted sport highlights in describing their experiences, the social and personal development were voiced more consistently and frequently.     

我国体育用品制造业的发展对策

体育用品制造业的能耗较小、环境污染较轻，其发展是体育产业发展的主要动力。然而，目前该产业在我国制造业中规模很小，科技经费和科技人员投入较少，科技创新投入水平较低，且在区域分布上主要集中于广东、福建、江苏、浙江、上海等省市，其发展中存在着企业规模小、市场占有率低、产品结构开发不合理、产品更新换代速度迟缓、缺乏政府性的培育手段和法律支持等问题。对此提出对策建议：培育和发展我国体育用品产业集群；实施品牌战略，提高体育用品制造业国际竞争力；引入其他资本形式，增加体育产业内部非公有制经济比重；培养体育产业经营管理人才，促进体育产业发展。     

Social Inclusion and Sport: Culturally diverse women's perspectives

Sport and recreation can help communities to build social inclusion and celebrate diversity. Yet some sport and recreation activities require conformity to social and cultural norms, risking suppressing difference and reinforcing inequality and exclusion. This paper explores these tensions by examining access and barriers to sport and recreation for a large group of Australian women: those from culturally diverse backgrounds. Qualitative data shows that while sport industry representatives justify catering primarily for a mainstream participant base, culturally diverse women identify barriers requiring strategic and targeted policy and program intervention. Implicating the spatial organisation of sport and recreation as sources of marginalisation, culturally diverse women highlight how access‐enhancing initiatives in public, commercial and community sport facilities can play key roles in promoting social inclusion.     

素质方向性与艺术影响力的关系研究

素质是人类在自然界求生存和谋发展的必备能力。每种素质都有不同的方向性。素质可归结为三种类型，即向上不变性素质、向下不变性素质和上下可变性素质。先天遗传因素和后天环境影响都可以不同程度地改变人的素质，其中艺术作为后天环境影响力最大。艺术可将自然界和人类社会中丑的事物转化为美，产生一种向上的力量，这种力量会极大地提升人的素质水平。从脑科学角度讲，艺术可以改变人的素质方向也是有其科学依据的。     

Some linear model techniques for analyzing small-circle spherical data

The author investigates least squares as a method for fitting small-circle models to a sample of unit vectors in R³. He highlights a local linear model underlying the estimation of the parameters of a circle. This model is used to construct an estimation algorithm and regression-type inference procedures for the parameters of a circle. It makes it possible to compare the fit of a small circle with that of a spherical ellipse. The limitations of the least-squares approach are emphasized: when the errors are bounded away from 0, the least-squares estimators are not consistent as the sample size goes to infinity. Two examples, concerned with the migration of elephant seals and with the classification of geological folds, are analyzed using the linear model techniques proposed in this work.     

高等院校体育舞蹈开展现状及对策研究

运用文献资料、问卷调查法和数理统计法，对黑龙江省10所高校的学生以及高校的体育教师进行调查分析，系统地分析普通高校体育教学改革中体育舞蹈的教师队伍、教学内容及学生对体育舞蹈课程的评价等方面的内容，旨在为高校体育舞蹈课程建设提供理论依据和框架。
