顾客满意度在政府绩效评估中的运用

分析了西方资本主义国家政府绩效评估的历史及现状,结合中国国内政府绩效评估方面存在的问题,提出了采用顾客满意度评估政府绩效的方法。通过对政府管理部门绩效评估案例的分析,进一步说明了用顾客满意度评估政府绩效的特点和可行性。对于建立科学化、民主化的现代政府绩效管理来说,这种从社会公众参与的角度评价政府绩效的方法具有深远的意义。

Job satisfaction and occupational stress in UK general hospital nursing staff

This study investigated factors associated with the perceptions of stress reported by nurses in a general hospital environment in the UK. The levels and sources of stress experienced by nursing staff were examined in relation to the type of ward or department, and nursing grade. The association between reported stress and job satisfaction was also examined. By means of a self-completion questionnaire survey, data were collected from 234 nurses from 24 wards in a single general hospital. The Brayfield and Rothe job satisfaction index was used to provide data for analysis. Factor analysis, analysis of variance, and Pearson product moment correlation procedures were performed on these data. The factor analysis identified two main factors concerned with sources of stress: interpersonal relations and resource problems, and dealing with death. Although there were no differences found across wards, the analyses of variance revealed that reported stress varied over different nursing grades. It was also found that job satisfaction was correlated with nursing experience and negatively related to stress.     

初次分配公平满意度研究;基于起点公平、过程公平、结果公平的微观证据

基于3 109份问卷的调查数据，对起点公平、过程公平、结果公平与初次分配公平满意度之间的关系的实证研究表明：(1)起点公平对初次分配公平满意度有显著的影响。外在因素对个人收入的重要性、受到过歧视对初次分配公平满意度有显著的负向影响；居民对基础教育、就业、公共医疗卫生公平的认可程度越高，其初次分配公平满意度也越高。(2)过程公平对初次分配公平满意度有显著的影响。受到过不公正对待对初次分配公平满意度有显著的负向影响；居民对腐败现象可容忍程度越高、参政议政能力越强，对市场竞争环境、工资集体协商制度、公职人员廉洁满意度越高，其初次分配公平满意度也越高。(3)结果公平对初次分配公平满意度有显著的影响。居民对收入与付出相比满意度越高、绝对收入与相对收入水平越高、对物价上涨的可承受能力越高、对同工不同酬的认可程度越高，则其初次分配公平满意度也越高。研究结果还表明，居民的健康状况越好、工作经验越丰富，其初次分配公平满意度也越高。     

A longitudinal study of newcomer role adjustment in US organizations

This paper examines the socialization and adjustment experiences of newcomers to organizations from a role stress perspective. A longitudinal field study is reported which tested a three-stage socialization model using physiological and psychological distress symptoms, general satisfaction, and intention to leave the organization as indicators of newcomer adjustment. Data were collected from newcomers (the focal role) (N = 91) at three times during me study and also from their supervisors (the role senders) (N = 41). While the data confirmed the general utility of the model, it also suggested some revisions by way of new and altered pathways between some of the variables.     

A cross‐cultural test of the work‐family interface in 48 countries

This study tests a cross‐cultural model of the work‐family interface. Using multigroup structural equation modeling with IBM survey responses from 48 countries (N= 25,380), results show that the same work‐family interface model that fits the data globally also fits the data in a four‐group model composed of culturally related groups of countries, as well as a two‐group gender model. This supports a transportable rather than a culturally specific or gender‐specific work‐family interface model: notably, job flexibility related to reduced work‐family conflict, reduced family‐work conflict, and enhanced work‐family fit. Work‐family fit related to increased job satisfaction. Findings suggest that investment by multinational companies in job flexibility initiatives may represent a dual‐agenda way to benefit men, women, and businesses in diverse cultures.     

乡村旅游开发中农民权益保障满意度实证分析——基于重庆乡村旅游开发区的595份调查问卷

“坚持共享发展,增进人民福祉”是我国“十三五”时期的发展理念之一.实现好、维护好、发展好农民的根本利益是我国乡村旅游开发的根本目的和可持续发展的重要保障.研究乡村旅游开发中农民权益保障满意度是解决乡村旅游开发过程中农民权益受损问题的重要依据.本文从保障农民权益的视角,建立乡村旅游开发中农民满意度的综合评价指标体系,利用重庆市8个区县595份农民的调查问卷数据,采用模糊评价与层次分析法考察乡村旅游开发区农民权益保障的情况,并对农民权益保障满意度的影响因素进行相关分析和聚类分析.研究结果表明:农民对乡村旅游开发中权益保障的情况“不满意”,乡村旅游开发中存在利益分配不均的现象,而且不同背景农民权益保障情况有明显差异.     

Consumer possessions,consumer passions,and subjective well-being

Speculation about the linkages between consumer products, consumption-related attitudes, and subjective well-being is prominent in the social sciences. This paper examines three issues in this literature using data collected in 1989 and 1990. The first issue is whether the accumulation and anticipated accumulation of different types of consumer goods foster subjective well-being. Second is whether accumulation and anticipated accumulation explain the well-established relationship between income and subjective well-being. These issues are explored with two alternative measures that incorporate different assumptions about the relative importance of ownership and the newness of products. The third issue is whether passions for the new are positively or negatively related to subjective well-being. Although some results indicate that the heavy theoretical emphasis on the importance of consumer markets for subjective well-being and the income-subjective well-being relationship is overdrawn, others provide weak support for a market-centric perspective that emphasizes the positive consequences of accumulating different types of consumer goods. Different types of consumer goods fill different niches in individuals' lives as they age. Lastly, the passion for new experiences in the marketplace is positively related to subjective well-being.
