毛泽东《经济问题与财政问题》述评

毛泽东的《经济问题与财政问题》深刻总结了陕甘宁边区大生产运动和经济工作的经验,提出了“发展经济,保障供给”和把农业放在首位的方针;强调共产党员不懂得经济就不算革命;在发展合作组织,提倡股份经济,以及生产必须实施统一领导、分散经营等方面都有精辟的论述。它是中国共产党领导边区和各根据地经济工作的基本纲领,具有十分重要的历史意义和现实意义。     

Workplace flexibility: a model of change

The inception of When Work Works – a theoretical- and research-based model of change in promoting effective and flexible workplaces – dates back to the confluence of a number of factors in the early 1990s. One decade later, this ‘perfect storm’ of factors led to the creation of When Work Works, and two decades later, to this critical assessment of the foundation for and results of this model of change. When Work Works has used partnerships with nationwide business organizations with community chapters in combination with media coverage, educational events, the creation of tools and materials and grassroots methods to communicate well-researched information to employers that show workplace flexibility is not just a favor or perk for employees but can be a powerful strategy for promoting better outcomes for both employers and employees. The program has been responsible for implementing a rigorous award and providing numerous community-based recognition and educational events on workplace effectiveness and flexibility around the country and for assisting many employers to effectively create more flexible and effective workplaces. When Work Works has been designed around eight key principles for creating change on a national level. This paper presents the context in which When Work Works evolved, a detailed discussion of the eight principles of Families and Work Institute's model of change, its results and lessons other organizations may wish to apply in their own change initiatives.     

Collaborative Frame Construction in Social Movement Campaigns: Bisphenol-A (BPA) and Scientist–Activist Mobilization

Previous research has explored the definitional features of the processes of scientific expert activism but has been less clear regarding the dynamics of this scientific activism. This paper addresses these gaps in understanding by using an exploration of the state-based efforts and mobilizations to regulate the chemical Bisphenol-A (BPA) to identify and analyze the dynamics of interactions between scientists and activists as they collaborate in pursuit of movement objectives. Drawing primarily from interview data and participant observation, I explore how scientific experts—through collaboration and work with activists—impact the processes of movement framing, and how, in turn, the collaborative dissemination of these frames may contribute to movement goals. I argue that the relationships and coordination that developed between BPA scientists and activists resulted in a collaboratively crafted set of frames that were both scientifically rigorous and highly resonant to a public audience.     

Cartoons and AIDS: Safer Sex,HIV, and AIDS in Ralf König's Comics

Ralf König is the best-selling author of comic book novels, and his stories of gay men coming to terms with contemporary society have resonated with hundreds of thousands of German readers and film-goers. König's characters, like the author himself, have great difficulty adhering to the demand that condoms be used. The article describes how König develops this theme through a variety of works from 1985 through 1999, and analyzes the intertwined relationships among the author, his characters, and the society that is both portrayed in his works and that reads his works.     

Developing the scale of presidential candidate's dialogic communication (PCDC) during the 2017 presidential campaign in South Korea

This study aims to develop and validate a measure of presidential candidates’ dialogic communication (PCDC) in political public relations. We conceptualized the construct of PCDC with two dialogic dimensions, voicing and listening, from the relational perspective. Through the scale development process, we conducted an online survey of 1,195 Korean participants during the Korean presidential campaign in February 2017. The results showed that the proposed two-dimensional PCDC scale with 12 items was statistically reliable and valid. The findings also revealed that voicing and listening were significantly associated with publics’ intention to support or oppose a candidate and their supportive or critical communication behavior regarding the candidate. Theoretical and strategic implications are further discussed.     

滥举与滥捕:江苏省禁烟禁毒运动中的保甲长与军警(1934-1937)

1933年,陈果夫主政江苏以后,江苏省政府对烟毒的查禁改放任为统制,要求保甲长和军警进行检举和查挤。不过,由于联保连坐的压力、官员自上而下的纵向压力、硬性指标和数字攀比的横向压力,不仅造成了保甲长的滥举和军警的滥捕现象,还导致了诬告和索诈的盛行。因此,禁烟禁毒运动并未达到预期的目标。     

新式社团与清末直隶社会风俗变迁

清末直隶新式社团十分活跃,各种天足会的成立推动了直隶的不缠足运动。而禁烟会的成立不仅将直隶的禁烟运动推向深入,而且将禁烟与立宪联系起来,将禁烟与收回主权相联系。直隶科教卫生等类新式社团的诞生,在开化社会风气,提高民众素质,促进地方自治建设等方面取得了一定的成绩。新式社团的兴起为民主政治的产生提供了必要的结构性支撑,对于民众现代意识的产生、社会风俗的变化,乃至直隶的基层社会结构均产生了一定的影响。     

构建和谐社会背景下的反腐败走向

构建和谐社会是我国的发展趋向。本文在综合有关研究成果阐述和谐社会的若干核心特征,并把这些核心特征作为反腐败斗争的内在动力和背景加以分析的基础上,概述了腐败对和谐社会构建的不和谐影响、构建和谐社会过程中反腐败的新趋向。     

宁夏战役战略方针的制家及被迫中止的原因

1936年红军东征受阻后 ,中共中央及中央军委战略重心由东向西转移。从 1936年 8月到 1936年 10月 ,这一战略计划经过了“制定”、“补充”、“完善”等阶段。最终因敌情突变、张国焘的不配合、渡河部队 (随后称西路军 )很难单独完成等原因而被迫中止。
