高职院校“双师结构”教学团队的类型及建设重点研究

建设高职院校“双师结构”教学团队对于深化职业教育的综合改革具有重要的意义。结合我国职业教育的性质与特点,“双师结构”教学团队的类型可分为以下三类：校内专业教师与校外兼职教师结合的“双师结构”教学团队;基础课教师与专业课教师结合的“双师结构”教学团队;专业课教师与思政教师结合的“双师结构”教学团队。教学团队的建设要注重科学性与规律性,不同的发展阶段,要把握不同的建设重点。“双师结构”教学团队的建设过程可分为“孵化期、形成期、成熟期、稳定期”四个阶段,对不同阶段的建设重点进行了研究,为我国高职院校教学团队的建设提供参考与借鉴。     

A Proportional Hazards Regression Model for the Subdistribution with Covariates‐adjusted Censoring Weight for Competing Risks Data

With competing risks data, one often needs to assess the treatment and covariate effects on the cumulative incidence function. Fine and Gray proposed a proportional hazards regression model for the subdistribution of a competing risk with the assumption that the censoring distribution and the covariates are independent. Covariate‐dependent censoring sometimes occurs in medical studies. In this paper, we study the proportional hazards regression model for the subdistribution of a competing risk with proper adjustments for covariate‐dependent censoring. We consider a covariate‐adjusted weight function by fitting the Cox model for the censoring distribution and using the predictive probability for each individual. Our simulation study shows that the covariate‐adjusted weight estimator is basically unbiased when the censoring time depends on the covariates, and the covariate‐adjusted weight approach works well for the variance estimator as well. We illustrate our methods with bone marrow transplant data from the Center for International Blood and Marrow Transplant Research. Here, cancer relapse and death in complete remission are two competing risks.     

信访制度下村干部的多重身份和生成逻辑

村干部因直接接触上访群体和落实信访政策而成为信访研究热点。多数研究文献对村干部的定位是上访事件筛选者,忽视了村干部在信访制度中的多重身份。在转型时期的信访制度下,村干部不仅是沟通“国家—社会”的双向代理人:既协助国家维持基层稳定又嵌入乡村社会关系网络中;而且可能成为上访制造者:或因侵害村民合法利益使自己成为信访事由,或因治理需求和私利驱动参与村民上访。这些都表现出信访场域中村干部的身份的复杂性,其生成与“国家—社会”的结构夹缝、信访制度的刚性和资源下乡的拐点密不可分,分析这三重逻辑有助于全面理解基层官员与制度运作之间的互动和乡村治理权力再生产的过程。     

特征AHP在高校教师教学质量评定中的应用

本文针对高校教师教学质量的评定提出了一种特征层次分析法。首先通过分析教学质量的影响因素,建立三层层次分析模型。在其基础上引入特征法,选取特征群并确定特征群中个体的权重,利用反算法根据组合权重及方案层权重,求取准则层评定指标权重,避免了不同质指标间对比的不确定性,摒除了专家直接给出评定指标对比矩阵的主观性,减少了对教师评定过程的不一致性和不完备性。     

A primal dual active set with continuation algorithm for high-dimensional nonconvex SICA-penalized regression

The smooth integration of counting and absolute deviation (SICA) penalty has been demonstrated theoretically and practically to be effective in nonconvex penalization for variable selection and parameter estimation. However, solving the nonconvex optimization problem associated with SICA penalty in high-dimensional setting remains to be enriched, mainly due to the singularity at the origin and the nonconvexity of the SICA penalty function. In this paper, we develop a fast primal dual active set (PDAS) with continuation algorithm for solving the nonconvex SICA-penalized least squares in high dimensions. Upon introducing the dual variable, the PDAS algorithm iteratively identify and update the active set in the optimization using both the primal and dual information, and then solve a low-dimensional least square problem on the active set. When combined with a continuation strategy and a high-dimensional Bayesian information criterion (BIC) selector on the tuning parameters, the proposed algorithm is very efficient and accurate. Extensive simulation studies and analysis of a high-dimensional microarray gene expression data are presented to illustrate the performance of the proposed method.     

双循环驱动我国城市产业转移效应研究

基于201个城市的相关数据,利用动态面板模型和空间杜宾模型,实证分析了内循环、外循环和双循环对产业转移的影响。研究结果表明：前期产业转移在一定程度上会影响后期产业转移,前一期当地产业比例较大,其后产业转移受到的促进作用也较大;内循环、外循环和双循环均对产业转移起到显著的正向促进作用,东部城市受到的促进作用略高于中西部城市;要素流动在产业转移中发挥着重要作用,劳动力要素流动、技术要素流动和资本要素流动不仅受到内、外循环和双循环的促进作用,同时对产业转移也起到一定的促进作用;产业转移具有空间相关性,产业在空间上倾向于向产业转入较高的城区转移。为此,我国在政策上应进一步加快推动内循环,促进外循环,关注要素流动在产业转移中的重要作用,合理分配要素资源。     

"二元制"财务机构设置的理论与实践分析

管理学关于管理职能的理论是财务机构设置的理论基础,在对该理论阐述的基础详细地分析了会计属于企业的服务子系统,而财务属于企业的支持子系统,作为企业服务子系统的会计和作为支持子系统的财务有其各自的职能领域,所以应该在实践中将其有效地分开,即财务机构必须进行二元制的设置,并通过东西方企业实际情况的对比和所进行的社会调查,提出在市场经济环境下,财务与会计机构分设的二元制结构是当前我国大中型企业必然的选择,并且进一步提出了财务部门和会计部门各自的职责权限。     

“双碳”目标下农业生态效率测度及影响因素分析

农业生态效率是农业经济和生态环保协调发展的重要体现。文章首先引入农业碳汇效应,构建农业生态效率测度指标体系;其次,基于2010—2019年中国31个省市面板数据,运用熵权法改进的超效率SBM测算各地区农业生态效率;然后运用面板Tobit模型探究农业生态效率影响因素。结果发现：2010—2019年中国农业生态效率总体呈现平稳上升态势,空间上呈现东北地区最高、东部次之、西部较低、中部最低的分布格局;财政支农程度、工业化程度、农业自然环境、农业机械密度对农业生态效率产生负向影响;农业环境规制、科技支持力度、农业资源禀赋、农业人力资本和农业生产能力对农业生态效率产生正向影响。最后,提出合理投入农业要素资源;促进农业生产增长;加大农业科技研发和推广力度;提高农业劳动力素质等建议。     

浅议法律解释中的利益衡量法

文章从法律解释与利益衡量的关系出发,阐明利益衡量在民事审判中是有其存在的必要的。并在此基础上,探讨了法官在进行利益衡量时应使用哪些方法,排除哪些有碍利益衡量的因素,以及进行利益衡量时应考虑的利益原则和所负担的相当注意义务。
