重要数据跨境流动背景下风险路径的识别与分级

重要数据的跨境流动引发了数据安全、国家安全等风险挑战。风险路径的识别和分级是对重要数据跨境流动进行预警管理的重要内容。本文基于复杂网络中的二分网络模型,对重要数据的跨境流动进行研究。首先,通过重要数据跨境流动的二分网络和关联网络识别风险路径;其次,构建基于网络结构和接收节点属性的目标风险路径方法以计算其风险值;最后,对我国某重要行业跨境流动的数据开展实证分析,验证算法的有效性和精准度。本文旨在为重要数据跨境流动的预警管理提供量化方法,有效预防重要数据跨境流动带来的风险,提升我国数据治理能力。     

乡村振兴视域下陶行知乡村幼儿教育思想的当代启示

乡村振兴是一项长期持久的复杂系统工程,全面助力乡村振兴,农村幼儿教育先行。近年来,我国高度重视农村幼儿教育发展,但因多种因素制约,当前我国农村幼儿教育发展急需解决关键问题,突破诸多困境。早在20世纪二三十年代,我国人民教育家陶行知先生就已独到地认识到我国乡村幼儿教育的重要性及其存在的问题,并在实验和探索中形成了著名的乡村幼儿教育思想,这一思想与乡村振兴战略中优先发展农村教育的思想高度契合。乡村振兴视域下回顾陶行知的乡村幼儿教育思想,对于当前我国农村幼儿教育发展及全面实施乡村振兴战略具有极强的现实启示。     

新中国成立初期干部理论教育制度化建设及经验探析

中国共产党重视干部理论教育,也注重干部理论教育的制度化建设。1949—1956年中国共产党既继承过去干部理论教育制度化建设的做法,又根据新形势、新情况进一步加强干部理论教育建设,完善干部理论教育制度。不断规范干部理论教育的组织体系、教育内容、教育方式、师资培养和考核等,使干部理论教育制度建设不断科学化、规范化,干部的素质和能力得到了较大的提高,为新生政权的巩固和发展起到了重要的作用。这一时期的干部理论教育制度化建设也形成了诸多基本经验,对新时代干部理论教育制度化建设有重要的启示作用。

Beyond the Preschool Years: Children’s Perceptions About Starting Kindergarten

This article describes a research study that investigated three‐ and four‐year‐old Canadian preschool children’s perceptions about starting kindergarten. Findings from 33 focus‐group discussions suggest that children begin to formulate ideas about starting kindergarten prior to school entry. Children’s responses were grouped according to three themes, play versus academic activities and homework; getting bigger but still needing help; and rules. Overall, the responses highlighted their expectations regarding continuity and discontinuity between the two environments. These findings support the position that children should be given the opportunity to contribute to the planning of transition practices.     

LAS for Mej，Pappa——瑞典的家庭读写项目简介与启示

近年来，亲子阅读正逐渐成为国际早期阅读的重要趋势，父亲参与早期教育的重要性也日益受到关注。 LAS for Mej，Pappa(爸爸，请读给我听)，是瑞典应对家庭中父亲读写能力的读写项目，致力于读写能力的发展成为关乎每个人的事情。通过为父亲提供图书资料以及进行阅读技能的指导，使参与的父亲及其孩子的读写能力都获得了发展。通过对该方案产生的背景、内容以及实施效果的介绍，笔者提出了对于我国家庭读写教育的启示。     

Early Childhood Education Centre Director Perceptions of Challenging Behaviour: Promising Practices and Implications for Professional Development

Given their key role in overall programme quality, it is critical to examine how early childhood programme centre directors in the United States perceive challenging behaviour. Participants completed a survey asking which behaviours they perceive to be most problematic, the number of children dismissed or expelled from the programme during the last year, and the most commonly used strategies for addressing challenging behaviours. Results point to several promising practices and highlight the variability in access to evidence‐based practices based on programme type. Areas that warrant more targeted professional development are discussed, and findings are situated within the larger early childhood context.     

Early stopping in seamless phase I/II clinical trials

In recent years, seamless phase I/II clinical trials have drawn much attention, as they consider both toxicity and efficacy endpoints in finding an optimal dose (OD). Engaging an appropriate number of patients in a trial is a challenging task. This paper attempts a dynamic stopping rule to save resources in phase I/II trials. That is, the stopping rule aims to save patients from unnecessary toxic or subtherapeutic doses. We allow a trial to stop early when widths of the confidence intervals for the dose-response parameters become narrower or when the sample size is equal to a predefined size, whichever comes first. The simulation study of dose-response scenarios in various settings demonstrates that the proposed stopping rule can engage an appropriate number of patients. Therefore, we suggest its use in clinical trials.     

Proposing a model for promoting Children's Health in Early Childhood Education and Care Settings

This pilot study was conducted in one early childhood pre-school nursery setting in an area of high deprivation in England to explore the under-researched area of how practitioners promote the health of children. The research used an original tool, Child Health Promotion: A Toolkit for Early Childhood Education and Care Practitioners, containing a 5 Step Programme as a model to guide practitioners in identifying and implementing a health promotion activity. The findings will help to set the onward agenda for a larger scale study which will foreground the voices of practitioners and highlight the role that ECEC practitioners can play in promoting the health of children.     

我国幼儿食育必要性及其促进策略

食育是饮食行为教育，是对孩子进行包括饮食观念、膳食营养知识和饮食卫生安全等一系列营养学的教育。食育的开展是一项利国利民，值得大力推广的事情。食育应当成为全民的教育，且越早开始越好。目前我国食育还处于萌芽阶段，幼儿食育的推进更是任重而道远，需要幼儿园、家庭、政府、社区乃至全社会的共同参与。
