中共十七大对教育做出了一系列重要论述。高等学校学习贯彻十七大精神,必须坚持用邓小平理论和"三个代表"重要思想为指导,以科学发展观统揽学校工作全局,转变和创新教育思想观念,以改革创新的精神加强高校党的建设。充分发挥高校在建设人力资源强国中的作用,为经济社会发展培养创新型人才。     

中国城市群经济和社会发展的经济法保障研究

城市群的经济和社会发展对一国的经济和社会发展具有重要意义,但如何为中国城市群的经济和社会发展提供法制保障是个新的法律问题。着重运用经济法来调整城市群发展中的经济社会关系,将是中国城市群经济和社会发展法制保障模式的必要选择。     

Bayesian Approaches to Nonparametric Estimation of Densities on the Unit Interval

This paper investigates nonparametric estimation of density on [0, 1]. The kernel estimator of density on [0, 1] has been found to be sensitive to both bandwidth and kernel. This paper proposes a unified Bayesian framework for choosing both the bandwidth and kernel function. In a simulation study, the Bayesian bandwidth estimator performed better than others, and kernel estimators were sensitive to the choice of the kernel and the shapes of the population densities on [0, 1]. The simulation and empirical results demonstrate that the methods proposed in this paper can improve the way the probability densities on [0, 1] are presently estimated.     

试论主权财富基金对21世纪国际经济关系的影响——兼论我国的应对策略

近几年来,主权财富基金迅速兴起,并以其雄厚的资金实力,庞大的数量规模及日益增强的国际影响力,成为世界关注的焦点。本文在介绍主权财富基金内涵、分类、特征及兴起原因的基础上,着重分析了主权财富基金对21世纪国际经济关系在经济格局的重组、贸易摩擦的加剧和发展中国家与发达国家未来发展方向的转变方面的影响。并据此提出中国应加强央行对主权财富基金的管理,制定长期、灵活且多元化的投资发展战略,适度提高透明度,严格准入条件和健全风险防范体系的应对策略。     

法经济学视野下的情势变更

情势变更原则作为一种分配意外风险的规则,可以节约与分配风险相关的交易成本。事实上,无论是理论基础、法律效果还是适用条件,情势变更规则无不具有令人信服的经济学逻辑,始终以提高资源配置效率为中心目标。     

The role of mothers in economic socialization of saving behaviour in Polish adolescents / El rol de las madres en la socialización ecónomica del comportamiento de ahorro de los adolescentes polacos

Abstract

The present study investigated the role of mothers in the economic socialization of saving-related attitudes, motives and behaviours in Polish adolescents. Research to date has shown that economic education in the family and parental models (especially the mother) are particularly important for the development of adolescent saving behaviour. Youth saving was hypothesized to be enhanced by active economic education (direct teaching) in the family and certain attitudes of mothers towards money (attitude modelling). A questionnaire-based approach was used and responses from 154 mother-adolescent (aged 13–19 years) dyads were analysed. Correlation and regression analyses showed that modelling of attitudes is more important for the formation of pro-saving attitudes and behaviour than direct teaching of children to engage in economic activities.

重交通道路水泥混凝土路面与沥青路面技术经济分析

随着公路运输的发展，运输车辆超载巳成为十分普遍的现象，超载是导致沥青路面结构早期损坏的主要原因。本文通过交通量调查，实测超载车辆的轴重，并通过技术经济对比，提出严重超载的路段，修筑水泥混凝土路面结构，可有效地解决沥青路面的早期损坏。     

Economic and Sociological Theories of Individual Charitable Giving: Complementary or Contradictory?

This article first sets out the principles of neoclassical microeconomic analysis and examines the advances in our understanding of individual giving to charitable organizations achieved within this framework of analysis. It then turns to sociology and considers alternative conceptions of sociological analysis, especially rational-action theories and the qualitative tradition. The contribution of these to our understanding of charitable giving is explored. The article concludes that rational-choice sociology can complement economic analyses in two ways but that qualitative sociology is contradictory to the economic approach.
