曲线箱梁桥实用设计方法的研究

曲线箱梁桥目前还缺乏比较实用的设计方法．本文对曲线箱梁桥的现有设计方法作了研究，并推荐一种实用设计方法：采用空间梁单元，每个节点取六个自由度；等效梁格的模拟考虑了横向梁格附近有无横隔梁的情况．结果证明，这是一种简便、较精确的设计方法．     

Robust sparse regression and tuning parameter selection via the efficient bootstrap information criteria

There is currently much discussion about lasso-type regularized regression which is a useful tool for simultaneous estimation and variable selection. Although the lasso-type regularization has several advantages in regression modelling, owing to its sparsity, it suffers from outliers because of using penalized least-squares methods. To overcome this issue, we propose a robust lasso-type estimation procedure that uses the robust criteria as the loss function, imposing L₁-type penalty called the elastic net. We also introduce to use the efficient bootstrap information criteria for choosing optimal regularization parameters and a constant in outlier detection. Simulation studies and real data analysis are given to examine the efficiency of the proposed robust sparse regression modelling. We observe that our modelling strategy performs well in the presence of outliers.

Reputation spillover effects from grant‐providing institutions

There is a broad academic discussion about the impact of funding grants from a foundation or a government department on individual support intentions toward the nonprofit organization receiving the grant. However, the role of the grant provider's reputation has frequently been overlooked. In this study, we experimentally tested whether there is a reputation spillover effect of a grant‐providing organization. Based on a real‐life example, we asked citizens to rate their willingness to donate to a nonprofit organization, and we experimentally manipulated the available information on funding sources. We test this for both a government department and a foundation as a grant provider. Our results suggest that not the act of receiving a grant, but the citizens' awareness about the funding organization—at least in the case of a foundation—has an impact on support intentions. In contrast, for a prominent government department as a grant provider, we did not find support for a reputation spillover effect.

超长钢板桩围堰合理内支撑施工方案

钢板桩围堰合理的内支撑施工方案对施工安全、工期长短、成本大小均有一定的影响。以阜阳至六安铁路颍河特大桥深水基础超长钢板桩围堰施工实践为例，通过建立钢板桩、内支撑和土层相互作用的三维整体有限元模型，根据封底混凝土施工时机的不同，选择4种施工方案，对超长钢板桩围堰内支撑施工方案进行了探讨。结果表明：封底混凝土施工越早，对围堰结构的整体安全越有利；实际采用的施工方案要根据桥址处工程地质条件，结合实际工程情况，经方案比选和分析论证以后确定。

以泰州某大跨度连续梁桥的静动载试验为例，建立ANSYS和桥梁博士模型进行静动力有限元数值计算。将试验结果与模型计算值进行比较，试验结果表明,该桥结构刚度和承载能力满足设计要求。

柳亚子与新南社

南社社友虽然在辛亥革命中发挥了巨大的积极作用,但自民国成立后便开始消沉失落。新文化运动中,为了重振南社昔日的雄风,迎上革命的新潮,柳亚子与叶楚伧等共同发起成立了新南社,制定章程,选举柳亚子为社长。国民党改组后由于柳亚子忙于党内斗争以及国民党右派的反对,新南社只存在一年即告停顿,却在宣传新三民主义和动员群众投身国民革命方面发挥了积极作用。
