外国直接投资、产业转移与母国就业传导机制的实证研究

采用格兰杰因果分析和误差修正模型,基于中日数据分析了FDI、产业转移与母国就业之间的关系。经过实证检验发现:当日本对华直接投资时,转移了其国内的制造业产业,输出了制造业就业岗位,但是由于服务业对制造业的替代弹性大于1,使得日本对华直接投资在总量上增加了就业机会,在结构上促进了日本国内就业结构优化。     

The independent’s edge in an illegal drug distribution setting: Levitt and Venkatesh revisited

Popular imagery and scholarly research have differed significantly in their perceptions and understanding of the structure and scope of organized crime and gang settings. While the common image is that of the corporate-like or formal criminal organization, past research has been more likely to argue and demonstrate in favour of market and network flexibility. In this study, we pursue this latter line of inquiry by demonstrating the market and network features that shape illegal drug distribution settings. In doing so, we rely on the Quebec Hells Angels accounting books for a one-year period, which brings us within the same empirical domain as Levitt and Venkatesh’s (2000) study of the Black Knights in 1990s Chicago. Our study sways from the main premise that oriented the Black Knight’s case study—namely that performance within the illegal drug distribution structure was directly tied to that organization’s rigid hierarchical structure. While the Hells Angels can be analyzed as a corporation, this does not mean that Hells Angels members are, by definition, at an advantage because of their organizational status in the illegal drug distribution setting in which some members are active. What our findings indicate is that a participant’s ability to adapt to market dynamics and take on a core network position within an illegal drug market (cocaine, in this study) matter most. Overall, we demonstrate that: 1) Quebec’s cocaine market was structured primarily around traditional market forces; 2) the transaction network around the Hells Angels was not centralized around a single person or small group of people; 3) Hells Angels members were not the most active participants; and 4) being a Hells Angels member did not increase one’s volume of transactions within the network—quite differently, core network positioning did.     

材料力学课程的教学研究与实践

材料力学是高等院校工科类专业的一门重要的专业基础课程,是衔接基础理论课程和相应专业课程的纽带,在工科类专业学生知识体系中有着重要的作用。以河北工程大学材料力学课程为背景,结合国内外材料力学课程教学改革现状和多年材料力学课程的教学经验,开展了教学内容、教学手段及考核方式等方面的研究与实践,取得了一定的阶段性成果,为培养适应新时代要求的复合型应用人才提供了一定的课程改革方面的借鉴。     

Currency devaluation and trade balance: Evidence from the US services trade

This study aims to revisit the effectiveness of using currency devaluation as a policy tool to improve trade balance by estimating the exchange rate elasticities of services trade between the US and rest of the world with quarterly disaggregated services trade data from 1999 to 2015. Empirical results reveal that the impacts of currency devaluation on individual services trade are mixed and largely depend on the nature of services. Using currency devaluation to raise export services trade and reduce import services trade seems to be more effective in the long-run but not in the short-run. It is interesting to note that some individual services trades are insensitive to exchange rate changes. The estimates also reveal that most categories of services trade are income elastic and economic growth plays a key role in determining the imports and exports of services trade.     

新疆城镇居民消费结构分析

居民消费结构状况对一地区的经济发展和社会稳定有很大的影响。该文以新疆城镇居民的消费状况为研究对象,采用2005年的相关数据,建立扩展的线性支出系统需求函数模型,并对边际消费倾向、收入弹性和价格弹性进行分析,旨在提出扩大新疆城镇居民消费支出的对策。     

我国居民医疗资源利用状况的不平等

医疗资源利用状况的不平等,是指不同收入组的居民在利用医疗资源方面存在显著的差异。根据2004年的中国营养与健康调查(CHNS)数据,用多元logit模型估计出我国居民医疗支出的价格弹性和收入弹性,结果表明:低收入的居民偏向于到基础医院就诊,高收入的居民偏向于到高级医院就诊;与高收入的居民相比,低收入居民受到的收入约束更大,特别是在患重病的时候,低收入居民的医疗费用更高,经济负担更重。     

基于“卓越工程师”培养的工程力学教学改革研究

为了培养高质量工程技术人才,作为"卓越工程师培养计划"首批试点高校之一,湖南工程学院有必要对工程力学课程进行有效的教学改革。围绕提高教学质量这一核心工作,根据"卓越工程师培养计划"的基本要求,对工程力学的教学模式、教学内容和教学方法等展开深入的研究与实践,以提高教学质量,培养学生的创新能力和实际动手能力。     

探头式电磁流量计的理论研究和样机试验

本文分析了探头式电磁流量计的基本原理。根据电磁学和流体力学的理论求得了圆柱二电极、圆柱四电极、椭圆柱以及流线型柱体探头感应电动势的解析解。文中还讨论了边界层绕流圆柱探头和有限区间对探头输出信号的影响。从理论解可以看出,探头电极间的感应电动势与来流速度之间呈明显的线性关系。此外,文中还推荐了几种延迟或避免探头表面发生边界层分离的方法。对于圆柱和椭圆柱样机的实验证实了理论分析的结果。     

由机械专业招生就业现状谈人才培养和就业市场构建

通过对西南科技大学机械设计制造及自动化专业近三年招生就业状况的调查分析,提出该专业的人才培养定位应是面向生产线的高级应用型技术人员,培养的目标应是机、电、计算机相结合的“三位一体”的“一精多能,敬业爱岗”的高级专业技术人才;在人才培养过程中,要严抓质量,狠抓实践教学环节,加强和改进思想道德建设和创新意识、创新能力的培养;同时对开拓就业市场提出了合理化建议。     

科学素质和人文素质教育的发展及对力学专业课的影响

从历史的角度阐述了科学精神与人文精神哲学思想的发展过程 ,认为 2 1世纪大学教育应以科学精神和人文精神的教育为主导思想 ,人文素质和科学素质的培养应以专业教育为主战场 ,熏陶学生的个性与道德修养 ,培养学生的科学精神。并对国内外一流力学专业的培养方向、专业名称、课程设置进行了探讨。
