秩估计及向量广义线性模型在风险投资中应用

从风险投资案例中整理发现内在变化规律,有助于把握投资方向和路径。以2001—2011年全球投资公司每轮平均投资数据为例,由于数据不具备正态性和方差齐次性,基于秩估计方差分析,结果表明,各年之间均值存在显著差异。假设平均投资服从伽玛分布,其形状参数和尺度参数是年份的二次函数,基于向量广义线性模型估计各参数。最后预测2015年伽玛分布形状参数为1．1959,尺度参数为5816．186。风险投资位于任何区间的概率都可以通过分布函数计算。     

论海洋形势与策略专题教育中新海权观的解读原则

培养具有海权意识的大国公民是实现海洋大国发展目标必不可少的因素。高校应利用海洋形势与政策专题教育积极引导青年大学生树立与时代发展相符合的新海权观。讲解当前海洋形势与海洋政策问题时应做到历史依据清晰、现实标准明确;对新海权观进行解读时应遵循四个原则,即用"综合"替代"单一"的原则、将中西海洋史相区别的原则、以国际海洋法为依据的原则、与海洋国防意识教育结合的原则。     

基于 RosettaNet 视角的商业银行金融服务能力跨组织协同流程研究

银行的信息系统原来以削减流程成本、优化流程结构为主要目的,现在需要转向关注应对灵活的商业模式,以及与各类企业的跨界无缝合作,进而能够使用IT优势影响与各类企业的合作模式,帮助银行创造价值。为了应对以上需求,提出了从金融服务嵌入的角度将银行产品进行解构并重构,以RosettaNet的技术经验和视角构建商业银行金融服务能力体系FSIF,并建立跨组织协同工作流模型。     

Social Return on Investment for Good Foot Delivery

This article provides reflections on a social return on investment (SROI) research process with Good Foot Delivery, a work integration social enterprise in Toronto, Canada, engaged in package delivery and employing people with developmental challenges. The article has three aims: (1) to assess Good Foot's key business inputs, activities, and outputs, and the social impact that these have had on its key stakeholders for the 2013 calendar year; (2) to critically reflect on how the research team arrived at the SROI’s inputs, outputs, outcomes, proxies, and other findings; and (3) to discuss some of the strengths and challenges of the SROI process in practice.     

Social Return on Investment Analysis

This article uses a social return on investment (SROI) methodology to analyze the social impact of a social enterprise offering a job and skills training program to an unemployed, largely female population. The social enterprise is based in Toronto (Canada) and run by a nonprofit agency dedicated to the advancement and empowerment of women, primarily immigrants, through access to employment. We focus our analysis on a job and skills training program that provides clients with the skills and tools that they need to successfully seek employment in their efforts to (re‐)enter the Canadian labor market. Our goal is to determine the tangible and intangible program outcomes by applying and testing the SROI methodology.     

宗教信仰、民族传统与金融发展——基于中国西部地区的研究视角

制度作为影响金融发展的重要动因受到广泛关注,但众多资料集中在正式制度（法律、政治、产权）方面,鲜有从宗教学、民族学、社会学、人类学的非正式制度视角综合论述其与金融发展的关系。本文在梳理总结国内外文献的基础上,创新性地从多学科交叉的角度出发,以我国西部普遍存在的多元化宗教信仰和多样化民族传统为研究对象,试图阐明其对金融发展的作用机制,并在此基础上指出重视宗教信仰、民族传统对于我国经济金融协调发展,对于维护民族团结和社会稳定的重大意义。

This paper provides a brief history of feminist contributions to the analysis of gender, poverty, and inequality in the field of international development. It draws out the continuous threads running through these contributions over the years, as the focus has moved from micro-level analysis to a concern with macro-level forces. It concludes with a brief note on some of the confusions and conflations that continue to bedevil attempts to explore the relationship between gender, poverty, and inequality.     

Moderate Deviation Principles for Empirical Covariance in the Neighbourhood of the Unit Root

In this paper, we consider the linear autoregressive model with varying coefficients θ_n∈[0,1). When θ_n tending to the unit root, the moderate deviation principle for empirical covariance is discussed, and as statistical applications, we provide the moderate deviation estimates of the least square and the Yule–Walker estimators of the parameter θ_n.     

传导机制·行为反应:兼论我国财政政策的有效性

财政政策的有效性取决于传导机制,尤其是传导机制中微观主体的反应及其行为调整,财政政策工具的有效性是体制约束、微观主体数量、消费倾向、预算约束、信息传递效率与政策工具作用时间的函数。在此基础上,我们重新解释了积极财政政策失灵的原因,并对稳健的财政政策工具选择问题进行了初步探索。
