基于B／S模式的高校辅导员综合考评系统的设计与实现

利用现代信息技术加强辅导员队伍的管理，特别是抓好辅导员的综合考评，是推进高校辅导员队伍建设的一个重要课题。结合高校辅导员考核的实际需求，根据人力资源管理理论中的360。模糊评价理论，在进行总体结构和设计方案论证基础上，基于B／S（Browser／Server，浏览器／服务器）模式，通过ASP．NET技术，采用sQLServer2005作为后台数据库设计的高校辅导员综合考评系统，具有架构合理、操作简便、考评效率高的特点。

The graphical advantages of finite interval confidence band procedures

When presented as graphical illustrations, regression surface confidence bands for linear statistical models quickly convey detailed information about analysis results. A taut confidence band is a compact set of curves which are estimation candidates for the unobservable, fixed regression curve. The bounds of the band are usually plotted with the estimated regression curve and may be overlaid by a scatter-plot of the data to provide an integrated visual impression. Finite-interval confidence bands offer the advantages of clearer interpretation and improved efficiency and avoid visual ambiguities inherent to infinite-interval bands. The definitive characteristic of a finite-interval confidence band is that it is only necessary to plot it over a finite interval in order to visually communicate all its information. In contrast, visual representations of infinite-interval bands are not fully informative and can be misleading. When an infinite-interval band is plotted, and therefore truncated, substantial information given by its asymptotic behavior is lost. Many curves that are clearly within the plotted portion of the infinite interval confidence band eventually cross a boundary. In practice, a finite-interval band can always be easily obtained from any infinite-interval band. This article focuses on interpretational considerations of symmetric confidence bands as graphical devices.     

Some aspects of probability forecasting

The problems of assessing, comparing and combining probability forecasts for a binary events sequence are considered. A Gaussian threshold model (analytically of closed form) is introduced which allows generation of different probability forecast sequences valid for the same events. Chi - squared type test statistics, and also a marginal-conditional method are proposed for the assessment problem, and an asymptotic normality result is given. A graphical method is developed for the comparison problem, based upon decomposing arbitrary proper scoring rules into certain elementary scoring functions. The special role of the logarithmic scoring rule is examined in the context of Neyman - Pearson theory.     

Evaluation of scientific merit in col laboratories: A new look at an old question

What role can information science play in promoting public understanding of science and technology? In order to answer this question, it is important to understand the new perspective which is emerging for research in the information science field. Internet, and the information superhighways announced both in Europe and the United States, are increasingly focusing attention on computer‐mediated communication within research communities. “Collaboratories”; is the name given to work aimed at using computer‐based technologies to help promote the social processes of knowledge production. One goal of information science lies in efforts to measure the contribution of technical devices to knowledge production practices. This is called infometrics research; it requires a clear understanding of how the social system of science regulates information flows to promote these practices.     

注重高校教师工作特点 优化绩效评价体系

高校教师工作具有创造性、复杂性的特点，其劳动成果具有部分隐蔽性的特点。目前我国高校教师评价体系的内容和标准未能全面反映高校对教师素质的要求，评价结果的客观性、权威性和公正性有待提高，评价过程和结果对促进高校教师长远发展的作用有限。高校教师评价体系的优化应坚持以教师发展为本的评价理念，完善评价指标体系，重视评价的反馈环节，赋予教师充分的话语权。     

创业能力情景模拟训练测评方法及系统研究

随着创业能力学习论逐渐被大家接受,创业者的创业能力如何训练提高和评价成为人们关注的焦点.通过资料综述确定成功创业者拥有的创业能力特征因子,即动机、品质、自我认知、价值观和深层次创业知识经验与技能,根据5种因子特征,在E-prime测评软件平台上分别采用内隐联想测试（IAT）、镶嵌图形测试和斯特鲁普效应测试（Stroop）,可以建立一种创业能力情景模拟综合测评方法,设计其测评系统程序.两组被试测评结果相关分析表明：创业动机不同的两组被试IAT测评分在置信度95％区间存在显著差异;创业能力不同的两组被试总测评分也存在显著差异.     

Power Dynamics in the Aging Family:

The power reversal experienced by families of dependent elders may prove more important and difficult to negotiate than widely recognized transition such as divorce and retirement. Elders who must depend on their children for assistance fall from a position of power, independence and relatively high status to a dependent, inferior status in relation to their children. Family power traditions define the types of compliance that are expected of dependent numbers and the prerogatives accorded those with more power. Knowledge olf these and power dynamics will enable the social worker to conceptualize and intervene in problems of intergenerational conflict.
