Measuring credibility of compensatory preference statements when trade-offs are interval determined

This paper studies how an overall fuzzy preference relation can be constructed in the compensatory context of the simple additive difference model, when imprecision on the trade-offs has to be taken into account. Three credibility indices of preferences are analysed and illustrated by a numerical example. Arguments are presented supporting the use of the third index, for which an interesting transitivity property (which was an open problem) is proved.     

卫星光通信中平台抖动补偿技术研究

以卫星光通信系统为例,对空间光通信系统中光学平台的抖动进行了分析。研究了一种自调节前馈补偿技术,通过自适应信号处理或对前馈控制器进行直接优化,可对光学平台的抖动进行有效抑制。     

低碳视角下农业生态补偿的激励有效性

运用多任务委托代理理论模型,从低碳视角分析了农业生态补偿契约中的激励关系,进而采用调研获取的微观农户数据对这一关系进行了实证检验。研究发现：政府主导的低碳农业生态补偿机制呈现出弱激励特性,主要原因在于农户进行低碳生产努力的经济价值未能显化,以及现行生态补偿机制所呈现的刚性特征。通过运用农业碳计量模型核算碳产品产量后发现,并非所有农业项目的经营都实现了碳汇量盈余,部分农户在低碳农业生产过程中出现了“搭便车”的现象,如此长期来看,农户逆向选择风险较大;因子得分结果显示农户在碳产品生产任务上的努力程度不高,代理人农户以低碳为目标的生产性努力缺乏有效激励,进而导致农户低碳生产态度与低碳生产行为发生了背离;农户低碳生产意识、态度、行为是农户低碳生产努力程度的显著影响因素,以低碳生产态度影响的重要程度最高。实现农业净碳汇效益经济价值的显化、提升农户低碳生产的积极性是强化农业生态补偿机制激励有效性的两条重要措施。     

从现象学到生活艺术哲学

“作为生活艺术的哲学”已成为当代欧洲思想界的一个热点,对哲学的这种理解和实践与20世纪的现象学运动密不可分。无论是胡塞尔的生活世界,还是海德格尔的此在分析,都是以关怀人类生存、合理安顿人与世界的关系为根本动机的。现象学对理论和实践关系的倒置、对在场和缺席关系的倒置、对确定性和可能性的倒置、对必然性和偶然性的倒置,为生活艺术哲学做了充分的理论奠基,由此出发,生活艺术哲学在哲学实践、审美泛化等向度上得到了发展。现象学的“小零钱”精神、“前科学”立场、关注意义构建、重回古典哲学的精神和实践,都成为生活艺术哲学的基本立场。     

Weber Was Right: Death,Taxes, Working Capital,and the Excessive Propensity for Accumulation

It turns out that Max Weber was on to something when he suggested that it was not natural or automatic that wealthy individuals invest their capital rather than keep it or spend it on themselves. Patterns of economic growth and capital investment in the United States over the last century indicate that in general some inducement or pressure is necessary to convince those who control money to risk it rather than hoard it.     

房屋拆迁中的国有土地使用权补偿司法实证研究

房屋拆迁中的国有土地使用权补偿是我国城镇房屋拆迁中的主要矛盾点之一。通过对司法判例进行实证研究发现，法院判决多数认为原告诉请国有土地使用权补偿于法无据，抑或认为对于国有土地使用权的补偿已随房屋评估作价。房屋拆迁的重点在于“地”，若仅对房屋所有权人进行补偿，而忽视国有土地使用权人，无疑会引发诸多诉讼，乃至于阻碍城镇化进程。因此，在渐进式改革的背景之下，可以开展国有土地使用权补偿的试点，同时应当完善《国有土地上房屋征收与补偿条例》，并将合理补偿原则作为补偿的基本原则，以此为基础建立一套独立于房屋拆迁补偿的国有土地使用权补偿体系。     

Voluntary contributions and wages in nonprofit organizations

Voluntary work provides a major source of labor for many nonprofit organizations. Consequences of volunteers and paid staff working alongside each other in nonprofits are well documented. This article contributes to this strand of literature and investigates whether the presence of volunteer work influences paid employees' wages in nonprofit organizations. We estimated a multilevel wage equation accounting for personal characteristics of workers and characteristics of nonprofits. The analysis revealed that nonprofit organizations engaging volunteers pay lower wages to their employees. Our findings contribute to the understanding of wage‐setting behavior of nonprofits and improve the methodological approach of empirical research in this field.     

Children’s narrative story stem responses: Contributions of executive functioning and language proficiency to relationship representations

Story stem narrative tasks provide insight into young children's inner experiences. Little research has investigated how developmental capacities impact narrative content and process. This study evaluates the influence of executive functioning (EF) and language ability on children's narratives. Data were gathered from 210 low‐income children. EF and language ability were assessed at age 4 and EF was assessed at age 6 via direct examination, cognitive‐motor tasks, and examiner ratings. Children's responses to eight story stems were gathered at age 6; three latent narrative variables were constructed (Prosocial, Aggressive/Conflict, and Avoidance/Danger), and Narrative Coherence was rated. Results of longitudinal path analyses in structural equation modeling demonstrated age 4 EF significantly predicted all narrative outcomes. Language ability independently predicted Prosocial and Narrative Coherence, and had an influence on Aggression/Conflict when modeled with EF. Age 6 EF mediated the relationship between age 4 EF and narrative outcomes. Findings provide insight into developmental abilities that influence on children's narrative responses to challenging interpersonal scenarios. Future research should study parent–child relations, EF, and language abilities simultaneously.     

无产阶级政权建设规律的初步探索

马克思从揭示人类社会发展规律的角度,通过对世界上第一次出现的无产阶级政权——巴黎公社的分析和总结,阐述了科学社会主义政权建设理论,提出了一些基本政治原则。他指出:建立一个真正的人民国家是无产阶级专政的基础和前提;以责任制廉价政府代替官僚等级制政府是其主要形式;以议行合一原则取代分权制衡原则的权力分配形式可以保证国家机构的政治效能。中国共产党在长期执政实践中积累了丰富的执政经验,党的十九大提出中国特色社会主义已进入新时代。在此契机下重新研读马克思经典著作,对认识和把握中国共产党执政新飞跃、实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化有着重大现实意义。
