学习型社会构建研究--思想体系构建

全民学习、终身学习,促进人的全面发展是学习型社会的基本特征。与之相适应,必须构建科学的理论、高尚的道德、新型的教育思想和先进的文化汇为一体的思想体系,为构建学习型社会提供政治方向、道德规范、思想先导和精神动力。     

中国的家庭结构转变--来自居住方式与人口因素的作用

基于历次人口普查数据,利用SOCSIM微观模拟方法将家庭转变的关键影响因素分解为人口因素和居住方式因素两个方面,并进一步将人口因素分解为人口惯性、生育率、死亡率和结婚率四个层面进行计量分析.结果发现,当前人口变动相对稳定,较小的波动使其在家庭转变中的贡献率相对较小,而居住方式的影响相对较大;对人口因素的进一步分解还发现,人口惯性及生育率水平的作用相对更大,生育率水平、结婚率水平带来的影响与人口因素的总影响方向是一致的,均提高了一人户、一代户、二代户的人口比重,降低了三代及以上户的人口比重.与之相反,死亡率的影响与人口因素的总影响方向是相反的.     

Construction of some mixed two- and four-level regular designs with GMC criterion

General minimum lower-order confounding (GMC) criterion is to choose optimal designs, which are based on the aliased effect-number pattern (AENP). The AENP and GMC criterion have been developed to form GMC theory. Zhang et al. (2015 Zhang, T.F., Yang, J.F., Li, Z.M., Zhang, R.C. (2015). Construction of regular 2ⁿ4¹ designs with general minimum lower-order confounding. Commun. Stat. - Theory Methods 46:2724–2735.[Taylor &; Francis Online], [Web of Science ®] , [Google Scholar]) introduced GMC 2ⁿ4^m criterion for choosing optimal designs and constructed all GMC 2ⁿ4¹ designs with N/4 + 1 ? n + 2 ? 5N/16. In this article, we analyze the properties of 2ⁿ4¹ designs and construct GMC 2ⁿ4¹ designs with 5N/16 + 1 ? n + 2 < N ? 1, where n and N are, respectively, the numbers of two-level factors and runs. Further, GMC 2ⁿ4¹ designs with 16-run, 32-run are tabulated.     

Karhunen–Loeve expansion for the additive detrended Brownian motion

In this article, we obtain the Karhunen–Loeve expansion and Pythagorean type distribution identities for the additive detrended Brownian motion. As applications, the corresponding Laplace transform and small-deviation asymptotic behavior for the L₂ norm are given.

创新型中外合作跨文化交际教学模式实验研究

跨文化交际是一门综合学科,近年越多的非英语专业的大学生开始学习这门课程。但是,目前跨文化交际这门课程还处于一个初级阶段,许多大学英语老师还没能摸索出一个完善的课堂模式。基于对这门课程为期四年的教学和研究,提出一个中外合作的教学模式,这个模式最大的优势就是能够让中外教师充分发挥优势,学生能更好地提高跨文化交际的实践能力。     

东北地区的制度创新分析

东北老工业基地的振兴是我国欠发达地区通过实施赶超战略缩小与东南沿海地区之间差距的又一重要举措。通过对制度创新初始条件的分析,可找准东北开发的切入点,将强制性制度变迁作为基本途径。东北地区的制度创新:1)中央政府的政策转换在体制变迁中起关键性作用;2)地方政府在体制变迁中具有特殊重要作用;3)培育真正意义上的微观主体是制度变迁的最终目的。     

城市经营的融资分析

"城市经营"作为一个热门话题正在为越来越多的城市所接受,而城市经营中的任何一项活动都离不开资金的支持。可以说,离开资金,"城市经营"寸步难行。由此可见,融资对于城市经营的重要性。随着我国社会主义市场经济制度的建立与发展,更多和更灵活的融资方式成为可能。企业或私人投资、共同基金融资、资产支持证券化等方式都突破了传统的政府凡事大包大揽的方式。这些投融资方式无疑会极大地促进城市的发展。文章介绍这几种融资方式,并试着结合我国的具体情况予以简要的评价。     

the Block–Block Bootstrap: Improved Asymptotic Refinements

The asymptotic refinements attributable to the block bootstrap for time series are not as large as those of the nonparametric iid bootstrap or the parametric bootstrap. One reason is that the independence between the blocks in the block bootstrap sample does not mimic the dependence structure of the original sample. This is the join‐point problem. In this paper, we propose a method of solving this problem. The idea is not to alter the block bootstrap. Instead, we alter the original sample statistics to which the block bootstrap is applied. We introduce block statistics that possess join‐point features that are similar to those of the block bootstrap versions of these statistics. We refer to the application of the block bootstrap to block statistics as the block–block bootstrap. The asymptotic refinements of the block–block bootstrap are shown to be greater than those obtained with the block bootstrap and close to those obtained with the nonparametric iid bootstrap and parametric bootstrap.
