打造我国“航母”级证券商的思路

我国的证券市场尽管只有12年的历史,其发展却极为迅速,但是,它仍未摆脱一些新兴市场的特点,突出表现为规模小、业务范围窄、抗风险能力差。我国证券商面临着极为严峻的内外竞争的压力。为此,我国证券商应当进行机构重组、资本重组、业务创新,打造我国自己的“航母”级证券商,应对面临的内忧外患。     

语用策略与交际行为的有效性

语言的使用总是策略的。言语行为理论为语用策略提供了理论基础,间接言语行为理论和格莱斯的合作原则为语用策略提供了实现的途径。交际中有条件的合作原则的违反为语言的选择和言外行为的实施提供了更为广阔的空间,是语用策略在交际行为中的具体体现。     

Assessing NGO Empowerment in Housing Development Frameworks: Discourse and Practice in the Philippines

Amid the rise of democratization movements since the 1980s, many governments in developing countries have proactively introduced the ideas of decentralization and devolution into the policy arena. In the pursuit of democratic planning processes where civil society is encouraged to be a part of the formal decision-making system, articles advocating the empowerment of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) have been included into a series of legislations. This shift was soon reflected in housing development frameworks for the poor, leading to the formulation of a new approach called "enablement." The Philippines' experience for the last two decades follows this line of development. Filipino NGOs are now prescribed as a catalyst to add further dynamism to the improvement of substandard living environments. Empirical findings of this study exemplify that NGO empowerment has been increasingly accelerated by the combination of NGOs' self-endeavors and governments' initiatives. By utilizing the paradigm shift under the enablement approach, NGOs are engaged in the attempt of alliance-formation and network-building to expand their influence. Contrary to ideals, however, NGO empowerment may reveal some adverse effects such as excessive dependency on NGOs and distorted representation by NGOs. Moreover, the professionalization of NGOs is an additional factor which generates hierarchization at the grass-roots level. This study suggests that further research analyze the depth and width to which NGO empowerment has been penetrated in order to precisely capture the processes and consequences resulting in disempowerment.

农业现代化进程中新型职业农民的培育研究——基于关中杨村的调查

论文运用实证调查的方法,阐述了农业现代化进程中,中国农业的发展应切实将目标转移到依靠科技进步与提高农民整体素质的轨道上来的重要议题.论文在描述当前农民职业分化现状的基础上,分析指出新型职业农民的培育应主要围绕科学文化素质、现代农业生产技能、职业意识三大方面展开.论文最后经过进一步的探讨,得出新型职业农民的培育养成可以产生显著的经济效应和社会效应的结论.

新权力范式对组织行为管理的影响及对策研究

当下一种由下而上聚集而成的具有开放性、共享性和分散性的新型权力范式已经逐步形成并涉及到社会生活的各个方面,从根本上改变着个体与组织、权威以及他人之间的关系,并对组织行为管理产生了深刻的影响,但学术界对这种新权力范式的基础性内容尚缺乏系统的整理。鉴于此,通过从权力的定义入手,基于对东西方古典政治哲学中权力概念的梳理,从不同维度对新旧权力范式进行了对比,分析总结了新型权力范式对组织行为管理在宏观和微观层面的影响,并针对具体情况提出了相应的管理对策与建议。     

多元主体协同参与乡村振兴的路径探索

乡村振兴离不开基层党组织、基层政府、农村居民、社会组织以及市场主体积极参与。但事实上,基层党组织没有能够充分发挥作用,基层政府的角色表现不明显,农民的参与意愿不高,社会组织的参与力度不够,市场主体参与积极性不高。为了充分调动各类主体积极参与并形成合力,必须探索以解决问题为导向,以互联网为依托,以协商为手段,以网络治理为平台的多元主体协同参与新路径。     

The effects of organizational learning climate,career-enhancing strategy,and work orientation on the protean career

The concept of the protean career has been discussed in the career development field over the last three decades. The main purpose of this study was to conduct an empirical assessment of the individual protean career attitude and investigate the relationships between the protean career attitude and other variables such as organizational learning climate, individual career-enhancing strategy and work orientation. The hypotheses were investigated through a correlation and a path analysis of data from 244 employees of a Korean financial company. The results provide useful information on the direct effects of career-enhancing strategy and work orientation on the protean career attitude. In addition, an indirect effect of organizational learning climate was identified.
