银行监管组织管理体系的国际比较及启示

现行的银行监管组织体系可以分为三种基本类型,即:美国型、英国型和日本型,他们分别采用多元化管理体系、一元化管理体系、二元化管理体系。世界各国银行监管组织的特点和运作规律为我国的“分离式”管理体系的优化和改革提供重要的参考路径。     

高校要创建学习型党组织

针对高校学习型党组织的建设问题,指出创建学习型党组织是保持党的先进性的要求,也是党加强执政能力建设的要求。提出了高校加强学习型党组织建设的主要方式:要重视理论学习与理论武装工作;要加强党委中心组理论学习;要加强对基层党组织的理论指导工作。     

村（社区）党组织建设现状、问题与对策研究——基于重庆的调查与思考

加强和改进新形势下农村（社区）党建工作,是贯彻落实十八大精神、巩固党在农村（社区）群众基础与执政基础的重要举措。近年来,村（社区）党员与党务工作、党群干群关系、干部素质能力等各方面都受到严峻挑战。通过调查研究,摸清掌握了当前村（社区）党员与党务工作、党群干群关系、干部素质能力的总体状况,深入了解了其存在的倾向性问题,着重提出了探索解决问题的对策建议,对于我们在新形势下找准村（社区）党建工作的着力点与创新点,全面推进村（社区）党建工作走在全国党的基层组织建设的前头,增强党的群众基础与执政基础具有重要意义。     

Gender,the Body and Organization Studies: Que(e)rying Empirical Research

Even in organization studies scholarship that treats gender as performative and fluid, a certain ‘crystallization’ of gender identities as somehow unproblematic and stable may occur because of our methodological decision‐making, and especially our categorization of participants. Mobilizing queer theory — and Judith Butler's work on the heterosexual matrix and performativity in particular — as a conceptual lens, we examine this crystallization, suggesting it is based on two implicit assumptions: that gender is a cultural mark over a passive biological body, or is a base identity ‘layered over’ by other identities (class, race, age etc.). Following Butler, we argue that in order to foreground the fluidity and uncertainty of gender categories in our scholarship, it is necessary to understand gender identity as a process of doing and undoing gender that is located very precisely in time and space. Given this perspective on gender identities as complex processes of identification, non‐identification and performativity, we offer some pointers on how the methodological decision‐making underpinning empirical research on gender, work and organization could and should begin from this premise.     

Explaining Variations in the Nonprofit Founding Process

Although the organizational founding process is subject to various isomorphic pressures, significant variation is still found in the completion, ordering, and timing of founding events. Prior research on entrepreneurship suggests the importance of education and previous experience in determining who is best positioned to recognize entrepreneurial opportunities, which may explain some of the variation in the founding process. In this article the authors present an analysis of an original survey of recently founded religious nonprofits to better understand how founder, organizational, and contextual characteristics influence the founding process in this specific nonprofit context. Overall, the authors’ findings show that founder education and experience particularly affect the founding process as well as organizational characteristics; however, these effects vary across different dimensions of this process.

“得了／得了吧”是口语交际过程中使用频率很高的语言现象,在语用学相关理论指导下,研究该现象的语用功能为表达否定制止的功能、语篇组织的功能、语境顺应功能,努力使语言学理论更具有指导实践的意义。除此之外,结合大量汉语实例,梳理“得了／得了吧”发展演变历程,对尚未形成规律性的东西进行总结,进而概括话语标记的形成规律。     

系统论视阈下的慈善组织建设

慈善组织是慈善事业发展的主要载体,也是促进社会和谐的重要力量。对我国慈善组织进行系统论意义上的哲学向度思考,应用系统的相关性、整体性、开放性思想,探讨慈善组织系统与制约其存在的诸要素关系、慈善组织整体功能与其部分的结构优化问题,以及慈善组织系统对外部环境的选择利用问题,将有利于推进正在起步阶段的慈善事业及其组织的健康发展。

文章时近代以来广西商人组织的发展数量、规模及其对城乡经济发展的作用进行了初步探讨.认为近代商人组织在规范广西城镇市场秩序.完善城镇基础设施建设、倡导城镇工商实业、推动乡村经济的进步等诸多方面发挥了极为重要的作用,并由此对广西城乡社会经济由传统向现代的转变产生了广泛而深远的影响.     

对近代中国商品化农业发展历程的再审视——邹平棉作农业与许昌烟草农业的比较研究

以抗战前邹平美棉和许昌烤烟两种地区专门性商品化农业为例,重新审视近代中国的农业商品化历程,可以看出二者的共同特点、对乡村社会的不同影响及其产生原因。在近代中国,商品农业的需求市场是竞争性还是垄断性,在一定程度上决定了生产者的命运;而国家力量与社会力量如何引导和帮助农民,让农民学会自己组织起来参与市场竞争,才是推进商品化农业发展的关键。     

制度和谐是建设农村和谐社会的核心

建设农村和谐社会,制度安排和谐是核心.就当前我国农村实际而言,应该进一步改革和完善以农民土地承包经营权、宅基地使用权为核心的产权制度,尽快打破公社遗留体制,整合农村各种社会力量,建立农村基层和谐的组织制度和有效的治理结构.
