基于夏普利值的居住建筑分布式光伏发电系统费用分摊分析

就中国居住建筑中采用分布式光伏发电系统的良好发展前景,以中国15个城市的自然条件及光伏发电补贴政策为背景,采用SAM、COBRA和MATLAB软件为研究工具,以外部性理论与合作博弈论作为理论支撑,对中国居住建筑分布式光伏系统进行费用分摊分析。结果表明,国家补贴不足以使居民获得合理收益,地方补贴在很大程度上决定了分布式光伏在该地区的发展水平。中国部分地区地方补贴额度不足,居民电价过低和电网公司难以获得补贴都导致各参与主体对投资分布式光伏的积极性不高,分布式光伏在中国发展速度低于预期的结果。     

解释学视域下的合作式音乐教育研究案例分析

随着教师教育、校本课程开发的广受重视，大学与中小学教师的合作研究模式应用广泛，但有时却收效甚微。本文在解释学的视域下，通过对合作式音乐教育研究案例的分析，提出如何在肯定参与者的“前见”的基础上，创建一个“理想的对话环境”，达到双方的“视域融合”，从而建立一种平等合作、互惠互利的研究关系。     

农民专业合作社的社员认同与内部人控制研究——基于博弈论视角的分析

社员对合作社的认同度低和管理者对合作社实行“内部人控制”是影响农民专业合作社效率的两个方面。合作社应该根据同类竞争企业的位置而对自己的最优位置进行相机抉择，并尽可能使社员的地理位置相对集中，这样才有利于提升社员的认同感。另一方面，只有通过减少社员监督成本和增加管理者目标偏离成本才能弱化管理者对合作社的“内部人控制”。

On the Decline of Marriage in Rural Ireland 1851–1911: The Role of Ecological Constraints and/or Developing Philopatry

The proportion of people who never married and the age at first marriage increased in rural Ireland after the famine (1845–1847). In 1851, 11% of the population were never married at 45–54 years and this percentage increased steadily over time to 34% for men and 25% for women in 1936. The period from 1851 to 1911 was marked by economic progress, and despite some bad years, production, incomes and standards of living increased steadily. Ownership of land, passing from landlord to tennant, thus fixed the population to specific geographic locations and made the rural population increasingly philopatric. The Ecological Constraints Hypotheses (E.C.H.). has been used to explain the low marriage rate. It asserts that delayed dispersal and reproduction are caused by constraints such as a lack of access to resources such as land or mates. However in rural Ireland, wealthy heads of households were more likely to be celibate than occupiers of small holdings. The low nuptiality that developed after the famine appeared first in the more prosperous parts of Ireland and was accompanied by a substantial rise in living standards. The increasingly secure tie after the famine between the rural population and its geographic location reflected a new ecological situation which facilitated a change in reproductive strategy that was characterised by delayed marriage and an increase in celibacy. This strategy is adaptive in a stable ecology without major threats to survival. The data are consistent with evidence from animals and human populations showing associations in a stable ecology between long life expectancy, low population turnover and low fecundity, yet a rate of reproduction that is sufficient to maintain the population in its environment.     

公平偏好视角下的“龙头企业+农户”供应链关系治理研究

针对"龙头企业+农户"供应链中由于不公平交易而导致农户生产投资水平下降这一现实,研究了公平偏好影响龙头企业和农户间博弈结果的机理,并有针对性地提出了供应链关系治理的建议。研究结果表明:当农户具有公平偏好时,龙头企业不公平的收购价格是导致农户生产投资意愿降低的主要原因;不公平的收购价格不仅会降低农户的效用,同时也会降低龙头企业以及供应链整体的效用;强化龙头企业和农户间交易的公平性,能够激励农户提高生产投资水平,最终实现供应链上下游的"双赢"。

针对有效推进产学研合作教育问题,采用实例分析方法,结合辽宁工程技术大学给排水科学与工程专业合作教育实践成果,客观分析了合作教育取得的成效及存在问题,并从政府、学校、企业、教师、学生等不同层面对开展合作教育提出了合理化对策.     

Is the Disposition of Constrained Maximization Chosen Rationally?

One of the most important issues in moral philosophy is whether morality can be justified by rationality. The purpose of this study is to examine Gauthier’s moral theory, focusing on the disposition of constrained maximization, which is the main thrust of his project to justify morality rationally. First of all, I shall investigate Gauthier’s assumption and condition for the rationality of the disposition of constrained maximization so as to disclose that the disposition of constrained maximization is not necessarily chosen by rational agents. Then I shall explore his other arguments including ones for the reinterpretation of rationality and the self-critical reflection of rational beings, which can be considered as his further efforts to make the disposition of constrained maximization a rational choice. By exploring them, I shall attempt to indicate that those arguments are not valid so long as he clings to the maximizing conception of rationality and thereby this conception of rationality itself is not enough to provide morality with a basis.     

民国时期中国农村单位合作社的发展概况——以四川省为中心的研究

单位合作社是民国时期中国农村基层合作组织的主体,种类较多,但各类单位合作社的发展极不平衡,尤以信用合作社数量最多,发展最快。抗战中后期,随着农村合作运动的开展,四川省的各类单位合作社因政策的调整得以不断完善和充实,呈现均衡发展的趋势,但信用合作社的畸形发展局面并未得到根本性地改变,最终影响到农村合作运动全面健康的推进。     

论社会治理的全球化境遇——读齐格蒙特·鲍曼的《被围困的社会》

全球化、后工业化已经是我们必须正视的现实运动,它促进了人类社会发生根本性的改变,也对近代以来建立起来的这一社会治理模式提出了严峻的挑战。全球化造成了国家与民族的分离,使社会治理赖以展开的民族国家框架失去了其应有的功能。在此过程中,近代民主政治所确立起来的公民身份也受到社会治理现实过程的冲击,社会治理的各个方面都不再严格地区分公民与公众。这是因为全球化使人们更为密切地联系在了一起,使人的共生共在成为一个最具有根本性的主题。在人的共生共在面前,对人们做出身份区分已经没有必要,而且也不再可能。这样一来,社会治理唯一可以选择的建构方向,就是走向合作治理。
