从规到镜(鉴)及心和境——中国古算器具与道教思想观念初探

道教在天圆地方宇宙观的信念支撑下,把作为算具之规与道教法器之镜联系起来,从算具之规到法器之镜的转变背后隐含着合乎逻辑的思想依据。规、镜对道教产生持久影响的原因在于:镜天然地适宜于作为表征道教对长生久视、修道成仙之希冀的象征物;同时,规、镜在古代社会文化方面的象征意义已经深深融入作为道教之根本的修持法门之中。     

量刑情节单复数问题研究

量刑情节单复数的判断应当围绕具体案件进行,其要旨首先在于量刑情节的界定问题。派生的构成要件不应作为量刑情节;在综合性构成要件中,只能将其中之一选定为构成要件,其他剩余的要件则转换为量刑情节。当量刑情节之间呈现结合关系、包容关系或竞合关系时,应当按单一情节对待;在一人犯数罪时,行为人的一次立功只能视为一个量刑情节,而行为人的未成年人身份及累犯情节应当按复数量刑情节对待。     

Screening for Multiple Target Detection

We apply statistical selection theory to multiple target detection problems by analyzing the Mahalanobis distances between multivariate normal populations and a desired standard (a known characteristic of a target). We want to achieve the goal of selecting a subset that contains no non target (negative) sites, which entails screening out all non targets. Correct selection (CS) is defined according to this goal. We consider two cases: (1) that all covariance matrices are known; and (2) that all covariance matrices are unknown, including both heteroscedastic and homoscedastic cases. Optimal selection procedures are proposed in order to reach the selection goal. The least favorable configurations (LFC) are found. Tables and figures are presented to illustrate the properties of our proposed procedures. Simulation examples are given to show that our procedures work well. The log-concavity results of the operating characteristic functions are also given.     

Sample size determination of steel's nonparametric many-one test

We derive sample size formulas for the many-one test of Steel (1959) when the all-pairs power is preassigned. In this large sample approach we replace, similar to Noether (1987), the unknown variances and also the unknown correlation coefficients in the power expressions by their known values under the null hypotheses. We then obtain least favorable configurations for one-and two-sided comparisons. The reliability of our formulas is examined in computer simulations for different alternatives with various distributions.

Bayes minimax estimation of a bernoulli p in a restricted parameter space

In many estimation problems the parameter of interest is known,a priori, to belong to a proper subspace of the natural parameter space. Although useful in practice this type of additional information can lead to surprising theoretical difficulties. In this paper the problem of minimax estimation of a Bernoulli pwhen pis restricted to a symmetric subinterval of the natural parameter space is considered. For the sample sizes n = 1,2,3, and 4 least favorable priors with finite support are provided and the corresponding Bayes estimators are shown to be minimax. For n = 5 and 6 the usual constant risk minimax estimator is shown to be the Bayes minimax estimator corresponding to a least favorable prior with finite support, provided the restriction on the parameter space is not too tight.     

马克思总体生产思想的当代价值

在当代资本主义社会新的发展变化环境下，马克思生产理论遭遇到前所未有的挑战。国内理论界对马克思总体生产思想缺乏系统性研究，对不同层次生产含义间的整体关联性探讨得不够，对于一些具体的生产范畴缺乏准确的定位，对于马克思生产理论的核心内容还存在着许多模糊认识，缺乏深层次的理论辨析和与现实问题对接的哲学探讨。因此，深入研究马克思总体生产思想，对于构建马克思生产理论的当代形态、深化对马克思劳动价值论的认识、深化唯物史观研究、树立科学发展观都具有重要价值。     

农村中学留守学生英语学习现状调查与分析

本调查以江西省抚州市临川区某农村初级中学初二和初三两个年级四个班的211名学生为研究对象.通过对这些留守学生的家庭教育环境、学校的英语教育环境及他们自身的英语素质情况进行调查,了解农村留守儿童的生活、学习和英语教育现状及其英语学习的真实环境和状况,并分析产生这些状况的原因.
