高校场域中的位置是一种资本数量、质量、结构所带来的一个必然结果，同时，高校场域中的一定位置也会带来相应的资本，即经济资本、文化资本和社会资本。从场域的视角来看，高校要坡自己在竞争的场域中获得较为有利的位置，必须实施四大策略：明确位置，科学定位；建立强大的“关系网络”，积累社会资本；塑造大学精神，积累文化资本；积累经济资本。     

Empirical and simulated adjustments of composite likelihood ratio statistics

Composite likelihood inference has gained much popularity thanks to its computational manageability and its theoretical properties. Unfortunately, performing composite likelihood ratio tests is inconvenient because of their awkward asymptotic distribution. There are many proposals for adjusting composite likelihood ratio tests in order to recover an asymptotic chi-square distribution, but they all depend on the sensitivity and variability matrices. The same is true for Wald-type and score-type counterparts. In realistic applications, sensitivity and variability matrices usually need to be estimated, but there are no comparisons of the performance of composite likelihood-based statistics in such an instance. A comparison of the accuracy of inference based on the statistics considering two methods typically employed for estimation of sensitivity and variability matrices, namely an empirical method that exploits independent observations, and Monte Carlo simulation, is performed. The results in two examples involving the pairwise likelihood show that a very large number of independent observations should be available in order to obtain accurate coverages using empirical estimation, while limited simulation from the full model provides accurate results regardless of the availability of independent observations. This suggests the latter as a default choice, whenever simulation from the model is possible.     

Pierre Bourdieu and intercultural education: it is not just about lack of knowledge about others

In response to the current intersection of pluralism, globalization, the histories and persistence of inequality in society and schools, and in response to well intended but potentially dangerous tendency toward the romantic versions of everyone’s points of views are valid and let us respect each other’s viewpoints in intercultural education, some intercultural educators are adamantly arguing that the goal of intercultural education must be to work against inequality and inhumanity linked to the system of domination and to foreground social justice. Joining the commitment of such intercultural educators within the framework of anti oppressive intercultural education, this essay shows how Pierre Bourdieu’s sociological theoretical framework can help to problematize the psychologically based intercultural education that mainly focuses on benign differences. Using Bourdieu’s framework, the author demonstrates that the barrier to intercultural education is not just lack of knowledge about others, illuminates the process of intercultural exchange by at least partially unpacking the processes involved in representations and interpretations of differences in intercultural education, and suggests implications for anti oppressive intercultural education.     

Foundational Challenges for Advancing the Field and Discipline of Risk Analysis

Risk analysis as a field and discipline is about concepts, principles, approaches, methods, and models for understanding, assessing, communicating, managing, and governing risk. The foundation of this field and discipline has been subject to continuous discussion since its origin some 40 years ago with the establishment of the Society for Risk Analysis and the Risk Analysis journal. This article provides a perspective on critical foundational challenges that this field and discipline faces today, for risk analysis to develop and have societal impact. Topics discussed include fundamental questions important for defining the risk field, discipline, and science; the multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary features of risk analysis; the interactions and dependencies with other sciences; terminology and fundamental principles; and current developments and trends, such as the use of artificial intelligence.

陆机诗歌用赋考略

陆机诗歌用赋主要表现为用赋之法、用赋之辞、用赋之意三种形态。这三种形态既涉及外在形式又涵括内在蕴涵,是一种特殊的文学现象,构成一套完整的陆诗用赋体系。陆机诗歌用赋是在西晋崇儒尚雅的文化场域中形成的,彰显出修辞、劝讽、用事等多维的古代文学传统,更是陆机"诗缘情而绮靡,赋体物而浏亮"的文学思想的折射与实践,从一定程度上反映出了西晋太康诗风繁缛之成因。因此,陆机诗歌用赋具有鲜明的诗学与赋学、诗史与赋史等多重意义。     

油田回注污水处理剂研究与试验推广

长庆油田公司采油四厂的污水，主要采用现场回注与洛河层清水合注等方式处理。经过10个月的研究与试验，查清了污水水质状况，选择了合理的污水处理剂，达到了注水要求。在取得较好效果的基础上，对全厂有条件添加助剂处理的污水进行了推广试验，达到了水质改善的目的。     

“电磁场理论”课程教学改革的探索与实践
