芦荻劲草：台湾成人解放教育的行动实验

保罗·弗雷勒长期致力于社会教育,主张透过教育使民众觉醒,透过实践改变整个状态.在他的教育思想影响下,台湾学者夏林清教授带领的团队,结合行动研究理论创建了芦荻社区大学.芦荻被视为“行动试验场”,进入芦荻的每一位都被视为行动者,在尊重主体性,建构和谐主体间性的行动实践中,芦获走出一条“我-他或群-社会”的学习发展路径,实现了助己助人,做公民的教育目标.     

侗族梯田构建智慧与生态安全

侗族梯田是侗族居民充分利用当地特殊自然地理条件开垦出来的生态农业奇观,在梯田的构建过程中,侗族居民积累了丰富的自然性适应成果和成套的本土生态知识。本文将侗族地区的梯田分为四类并分类描述其构建方法和特点,在此基础上介绍侗族梯田的制度保障及农耕习俗,探讨侗族梯田在区域生物多样性和水资源维护上作用。认为在现代化进程的背景下,侗族梯田所蕴含的构建智慧和生态安全价值愈加凸显,对今天的生态建设具有重要的借鉴意义。     

The curious case of case study: a viewpoint

Abstract

This paper focuses on microethical issues concerning interactions in which the process of informed consent occurs. It draws on research analysing the biographies and future hopes of 15- to 17-year-old girls and boys participating in targeted youth/educational programmes in the Helsinki area. The ethical challenge explored here is how to negotiate with the young interviewees on expanding the research setting towards a longitudinal and cross-generational approach, which also means expanding the data produced on their already well-reported lives. The paper highlights the power relations between adult researcher and young research participant, the contextual nature of gaining informed consent, and the conflict involved in trying to avoid hounding an over-surveilled group while still tracking their whereabouts and revisiting them for a follow-up interview.     

Voter Registration

Abstract

Historically, social workers have used voter registration to politically empower their clients. This paper describes the agency-based voter registration project of the University of Connecticut School of Social Work, Nancy A. Humphreys Institute for Political Social Work, including the project's implementation, and evaluation. Voter registration principles emerge from analyses of successful agency-based voter registration programs.     

从《金瓶梅》、《红楼梦》等看宋元明清汉语“洗涤”语义场

宋元明清时期,汉语“洗涤”语义场在所考资料中存有12个义场成员——“沐”、“浴”、“澡”、“盥”、“浣（瀚）”、“濯”、“洗,”、“涤”、“漱”、“淘”、“荡”、“涮”。义场格局发生了丰富的变化。有旧词的消亡、旧词的复出、新词的产生和原有成员的发展演变。     

三十年来司马光哲学思想研究综述

学界对司马光的研究大多集中在他的史学成就方面,而对其哲学成就的研究相对薄弱.《传家集》中收录了司马光大量的有关哲学方面的著作,这充分说明其在哲学方面有较深造诣.司马光逝世之后,虽然断断续续有零星的关于其哲学思想的研究,但是比较散乱.真正对司马光哲学思想进行研究是从20世纪80年代开始的.三十年来,关于司马光哲学思想的研究走过了由研究方法的改进到研究论域的拓展再到研究深度不断深化的历程.     

Developing an understanding of lean thinking in process industries

The research described in this article has set out to determine the extent to which lean thinking is being adopted as a manufacturing philosophy by process industries. It concerns the application and examination of key lean manufacturing principles, namely, the alignment of production with demand, the elimination of waste, the integration of suppliers (IS) and the creative involvement of the workforce in improvement activities, to a range of process industry types based on Dennis and Meredith's taxonomy of process industry transformation systems [Dennis, D. and Meredith, J., 2000a. An empirical analysis of process industry transformation systems. Management Science, 46 (8), 1085–1099]. Seventy-nine process industry product streams across 62 sites were studied. In addition, a five-site investigative field study was also undertaken. The findings demonstrate that lean practices associated with the elimination of waste are consistently used for improving manufacturing performance throughout the taxonomy of process industries but practices associated with other lean principles are inconsistently applied. In addition, explanations are provided on the appropriateness of lean thinking as a manufacturing philosophy and a strategy for improving manufacturing performance in different process industry types, and on the extent to which lean principles and practices are dependent on the characteristics of process industry transformation systems.     

复杂技术系统背景下技术体制新解

在解释技术体制、技术范式和技术轨迹间的关系,并指出原有技术体制在复杂技术系统下存在的缺陷的基础上,引入技术场网络作为技术体制的新维度,解释复杂技术系统中技术场网络主体间的技术联系,并区分了这种技术联系的强弱,讨论了技术体制的新维度与原有维度间的关系,提出了相应的假设。     

名优白酒企业在行业深度调整期的应对策略——以四川为例

2012年底以来,中央先后出台"八项规定"、治理"三公"消费等政策规定并大力开展作风建设;我国经济受多种因素影响由高速增长转向中速增长;中低收入群体和城市白领阶层收入的增加带来白酒消费升级;互联网技术的兴起带来了生产方式与消费方式的变革。受上述多种因素叠加影响,我国白酒行业己进入深度调整期,并呈现出以下特征:一是行业逐渐从高成长期过渡到成熟期,二是行业的产能结构呈现出"供过于求",三是行业的需求结构出现"价格降、品质升、消费群变化"的局面,四是行业的集中度不断提高。我国名优白酒企业尤其是四川企业,应充分发挥自身优势,积极采取深入挖掘并传播白酒文化价值、创新增长方式、有效整合内外资源、重构行业价值体系的应对策略,并在经营管理、品牌战略、市场营销、产品开发、科学技术等方面着力创新,努力实现产业转型升级与可持续发展。
