学习视角下教师教育课程的认知困境

教师教育课程的安排是以学科逻辑结构为依据的,使得教育理论远离了学生的经验,人为增加学习难度,教师教育课程应该从学科课程与教学法为切入点。教师教育课程内部的知识结构从理论到理论,割裂了认知过程,应该通过对他人实践过程的学习来弥补这个缺陷。学生的教育实习与教育理论学习是脱节的,使得教育理论无法指导学生的教育实践,也无法通过自身的教育实践来检验教育理论的合理性。所以,教育实习指导教师应该有意识地加强这方面的指导,帮助学生最后完成教育理论的学习。     

在华外资法人银行经营发展动因研究——基于Orbis数据库的实证分析

利用从BVD公司的Orbis数据库获得的29家外资法人银行的资产资料，通过非平衡面板数据模型，对外资银行在我国经营发展的背后动因进行计量检验和分析。结果表明，中国的经济增长和外资银行母国对华非金融直接投资是促进在华外资法人银行资产规模扩大的主要因素，而母国和中国的双边贸易对外资银行资产规模的影响并不显著。

Gendered Leadership: The Effects of Female Development Agency Leaders on Foreign Aid Spending

This article examines the effects of gender on the leadership of bilateral development aid agencies, particularly their official development assistance (ODA) allocations toward gender‐related programming. Drawing on earlier research on gendered leadership, the article tests the hypothesis that female director generals (DGs) and ministers responsible for aid agencies will allocate more ODA than their male counterparts toward gender programming. This existing literature on gendered leadership is divided: some scholars argue that women and men have distinct leadership styles on account of their gender, while others argue that the only distinguishing factor is the institutional context in which they lead. Drawing on data collected on aid flows and agency leadership within the major Western aid donors of the Organisation for Economic Co‐operation and Development (OECD) Development Assistance Committee (DAC) over the period from 1995 through 2009, we use pooled time series analysis to examine the effects of gendered leadership on aid allocation. Our analysis reveals a tendency for female DGs and ministers to focus ODA on gender‐mainstreaming programs, while male DGs focus ODA on gender‐focused programs. We argue that these divergent priorities reflect the women's desire to reform gendered power structures within their respective aid agencies, and the men's desire to maintain existing gender power structures from which they benefit.     

Social Contexts and Coping Strategies of Foreign Wives in Korea: Using a Conceptual Framework of Social Identity Theory

This study aimed to address the social contexts of Korean society in which diverse social interactions of foreign wives take place and to identify coping strategies to construct positive social identities. Social identities are often reconstructed as a result of dynamic interactions with various situations. Using the conceptual framework of social identity theory, this study attempted to uncover the social contexts that shape foreign wives' social identities. This study, using the qualitative approach, selected nine Filipino and Vietnamese participants who were married to Korean men. The data were collected by in‐depth interviews, a focus group with three Vietnamese participants, field notes, participant observation, and photo documents. In the section on study findings, this study addressed Korean social contexts, in which Korean government has been providing a variety of multicultural policies and services for helping foreign wives successfully adapt to Korea. This study also found various forms of stereotypes and discrimination against foreign wives and presented their discrimination experiences. Diverse ways to cope with such negative experiences are presented in the last section. Given the findings, the researcher suggests that policies and programs should promote foreign wives' integration in Korean society.     

关注利益相关者与实现民营外贸企业成功转型的关系研究

入世后,我国民营外贸企业得到了迅猛的发展,目前已基本完成了"量"的积累,进入了全面转型和提升"质"的阶段。民营外贸企业要突破当前的发展困境,必须关注企业的内外部利益相关者,只有得到他们的充分理解与大力支持,才能成功实现企业的转型。     

外国新闻史教材存在问题及对策分析

外国新闻史是新闻传播类专业本科阶段的必修课,师生共同关心教材的选用。综观目前正规出版的教材,问题不容忽视,包括翻译不规范、基本史料表述不一、史观带有浓厚的意识形态色彩等。这些问题给学生带来困惑,给教学带来困难。解决的办法首先是要重视规范,遵守约定俗成的规则,其次要改变既有思维,学会客观、理性地对待他国新闻传播史。     

三元交互决定论对幼儿园新教师职业适应的启示

社会认知心理学家阿尔伯特·班杜拉提出三元交互决定论，认为个体、环境、行为三者之间互为因果，每两者之间都具有双向的互动和决定关系。幼儿园新教师入职过程是教师个人、幼儿园环境以及教师行为之间相互作用相互影响的过程。本文试图以三元交互决定论为理论基础，来探讨幼儿园新教师职业适应问题，并从教师个体认知、幼儿园环境以及教师个体行为三个方面分别作了阐述，以期对幼儿园新教师职业适应问题有所启示。     

跨文化意识的培养：问题与对策

在外语教学活动中，有效地培养学生的跨文化意识，增强学生的跨文化交际能力，既是教育工作者的历史使命，也是外语教学改革的一项重大课题。探索在外语教学中培养学生跨文化意识的主要途径，很有现实意义。
