环教师资培训的途径与方式探讨

开展环境教育以唤起全民的环境意识是解决环境问题最基本、最长远的方法。而环境教育师资培训是实施这一方法的关键之一。本文调查分析了广州市中小学环境教育的现状和特点,对环教师资的培训方法和教学内容进行了探讨。

Factors that influence elementary school teachers’ attitudes towards inclusion of visually impaired children in Turkey

There is a scarcity of research on inclusion of visually impaired children in Turkey. Specifically, a gap exists concerning the attitudes of elementary school teachers towards the inclusion of visually impaired children in mainstream schools. This article uses data from two questionnaires, leveraging the responses of 253 teachers from rural and urban areas. The results demonstrate that elementary school teachers commonly hold positive attitudes towards the inclusion of visually impaired children and that teachers’ initial and in-service training about inclusion positively influenced their attitudes. Our findings are in contrast with earlier research which argues that teachers do not hold positive attitudes to inclusion, and highlights that a key barrier to inclusion stems from elementary school teachers feeling unprepared to teach visually impaired children. We conclude that greater post-qualification training is required to enable teachers to operationalise different approaches that facilitate the inclusion of visually impaired children.     

基于福建自贸区视角的涉外旅游人才培养研究

福建自贸区的建成给福建旅游业带来了新的挑战和机遇。随着福建对外开放程度的逐步提高,福建省对涉外旅游人才的要求将进一步严格,涉外旅游从业人员的素质也随之成为关注的焦点。从福建省高校涉外旅游人才培养的现状来看,存在结构不合理、专业化程度低、无法满足市场需求等问题,应从人才集聚战略、人才培养目标、师资队伍建设等方面采取措施。     

英语教育对蒙古族大学生的民族认同和语言态度的影响研究

以30名蒙古族英语专业大学生作为研究对象,开展了为期两年的英语绘本教学跟踪调查,对比分析他们在英语学习过程中的民族认同和语言态度的变化,探讨英语教育对于蒙古族大学生民族认同和语言态度的影响及二者的相关性。     

Two Teacher Educators Go to the Source: Teaching an Interdisciplinary Class in an Urban Charter High School

The authors of this article are two teacher educators who worked collaboratively to co-teach an interdisciplinary English and US history class to eleventh-grade students in an urban high school. They wanted to ensure the methods they were teaching preservice teachers were current and effective. The article discusses the foundational beliefs that influenced their teaching, the interdisciplinary curriculum they taught, some of the challenges they encountered, and a brief snapshot of the students' views of the curriculum. The authors discuss that putting their beliefs into practice outweighed the challenges they encountered—a culturally relevant, authentic, interdisciplinary curriculum can be effective in an urban classroom. The experience also assisted them in teaching their English and social studies methods classes.     

Compare Chinese with Americans: how trait comparisons shape public perception of Sino–US relationship and China policy issues

This study draws on social comparison theory and the spread activation literature to explore the effects of opinions about the personal traits of Chinese and Americans on the United States (US) public’s perceptions of the Sino–US relationship. The study also explores how perceptions of the Sino–US relationship predict the perceived importance of various Chinese policy issues. The analyses of the secondary survey data showed that comparisons of positive and negative traits had different effects on public opinion about the Sino–US relationship. The respondents who viewed China as a partner or as a competitor also thought that human rights, the freedom of Tibet, and economic issues were important. Those who viewed China as an enemy believed that the selling of arms to Taiwan was important. The implications of the findings for theory construction and national image campaigns are discussed.     

教师职业倦怠的自我消解策略探究

教师的职业倦怠如果得不到缓解,不仅会对教师的身心造成巨大的伤害,也会对学生和社会产生消极影响.教师的职业倦怠现象主要是由于教师自我角色定位不当、个体心理失调及性格局限造成的.建立合理的职业期望、培养自己较强的心理承受能力、合理安排工作和生活内容是解决这一问题的根本出路.     

外语教学中的文化因素导入研究

在阐述外语教学中引进文化因素的重要性和必要性的基础上,指出语言结构文化、背景知识文化和与交际有关的文化应是外语教师重点导入内容。按话语场组织教学,不仅可以解决文化因素导入的选择,也可以解决文化教学与语言教学有机结合的问题,文化差异教学的目的才能实现。     

国外教师差别行为的研究现状与展望

近年来国外对教师差别行为的研究取得了较大的成就。文章从差别行为的研究范式、结构与测量及研究内容三个方面对该领域的现状进行描述,并在此基础上对该现象的未来发展趋势进行展望,以期人们能更好地把握该领域的发展轮廓,推动该领域的研究与发展。
