情境植入视角下第三人称指称形式的所指定位

由于第三人称不是言语交际的直接参与者,其指称形式的所指定位存在诸多复杂的情况。基于Langacker的情境植入理论,分析探讨英汉日常语言中第三人称指称形式所指定位的认知规律。研究发现,英汉日常语言中第三人称指称形式的所指会在形态、语义及范畴层次等方面发生变化,其具体定位需通过话语参与者共建话语框架并进行认知加工才能得以完成。

Imposing and Testing for Shape Restrictions in Flexible Parametric Models

In many economic models, theory restricts the shape of functions, such as monotonicity or curvature conditions. This article reviews and presents a framework for constrained estimation and inference to test for shape conditions in parametric models. We show that “regional” shape-restricting estimators have important advantages in terms of model fit and flexibility (as opposed to standard “local” or “global” shape-restricting estimators). In our empirical illustration, this is the first article to impose and test for all shape restrictions required by economic theory simultaneously in the “Berndt and Wood” data. We find that this dataset is consistent with “duality theory,” whereas previous studies have found violations of economic theory. We discuss policy consequences for key parameters, such as whether energy and capital are complements or substitutes.

对沅江话中五种"持续/进行体"的表达形式进行描写和分析,发现沅江话中主要通过在动词后加助词"着/哒/起"来表示各种持续或进行的意义,缺少普通话中于动词前加副词"正在/在"表示进行的方式。这五种形式及其具体意义分别是:表示暂且/短暂持续的"V下着、V哒(O)着";表示事物存在状态或行为伴随状态的持续的"一V起、V1起(O)V2";表示动作行为或存在状态或行为伴随状态的持续的"V哒O、V1哒(O)V2";表示动态行为的持续的"V餐V餐…、V餐(O)";表示动态行为的持续与进行的"在咯里/哦里+V"。

庙会民俗传承形态是庙会民俗表现形式及其功利性目标在传承过程中的变化,具体而言就是庙会民俗事象及其内涵和功能的变化。仔细辨识、分析庙会民俗事象的变化,发现庙会民俗的传承形态主要有四种,分别是庙会民俗事象的"消失"、"消长"、"更替"和"泛化"等。对庙会民俗传承形态的的探讨和研究,有助于更好地认知、理解和把握庙会民俗的传承规律及庙会民俗的历史发展轨迹。     

桂南"跳岭头"与"跳大排"初探

桂南“跳岭头”与“跳大排”在本质上都是一种驱逐鬼疫的巫术,在其历史延续过程中不断杂糅了当地民俗与道教等因素,与民间节庆融为一体,成为上古驱傩活动的变异形态,既娱神又娱人。二者都在农历八、九月间举行,流行地域毗邻,可相互观照进行对比研究。     

论合同的法定形式

形式自由是契约自由的必然要求。然而出于保存证据、促使当事人慎重考虑等因素,法律仍需对于某些形式的合同作法定形式的要求。问题是,对于不具法定形式要求的合同,应如何加以处理,我国现行立法存有缺陷,未能明确判定不具形式要求究竟会导致合同不成立还是仅仅影响合同的效力。另外,如果影响合同效力的话,应如何区分不同的效果?本文在比较法考察的基础上,探讨了法定形式的宗旨及类型,并着重从利益衡量的角度,分析不具法定形式要求的合同的三种后果,即:无效、经补正而有效及有效但内容依法律的规定而作调整。     

Aesthetic matters: writing and Cultural Studies

What would it mean to treat Cultural Studies as a project that has had amongst its accomplishments the production of new forms and styles of writing, and a generative approach to aesthetics? An initial answer to this question would be that this would recognize how Cultural Studies interceded in an academic environment not only through its concern with supplying ambitious questions and insisting on a broad range of objects of scrutiny, but also by showing how this often entailed reconfiguring the forms through which intellectual inquiry conveyed its cargo. This article doesn’t seek to provide a taxonomy of Cultural Studies’ forms and styles; what it seeks to do is to encourage a self-reflexive attention to aesthetics within Cultural Studies as a form of practice. It suggests that there are two guiding questions that might frame such an attention: how might Cultural Studies generate forms that are adequate to the complexity of the configurations that it seeks to register; and how might Cultural Studies generate forms that could reach the ear of new audiences not attuned to the cadences of scholarly writing? The tension between these two questions should be seen as an invitation to purposeful experimentation within Cultural Studies.
