论教师非正式学习的理论基础

高质、高效的教师非正式学习需要相应理论的引领与支撑。而社会文化理论、自我导向学习理论、转化学习理论和知识管理理论从各自视域为探讨教师非正式学习的理论基础提供了核心思想。具体而言,社会文化理论创生了教师非正式学习的文化生态支持系统,自我导向学习理论达成教师非正式学习中自我实现目标的统整,转化学习理论揭示教师非正式学习中内在质变学习的发生机制,知识管理理论促进教师知识自组织系统的形成。     

The Political Role of Service Delivery in State‐Building: Exploring the Relevance of European History for Developing Countries

Concerns about failed and fragile states have put state‐ and nation‐building firmly on the academic and policy agenda, but the crucial role of public services in this process has remained underexplored. The 1960s and ‘70s generated a substantial set of literature that is largely missing from current writing. It identified state penetration, standardisation and accommodation as key processes in the state‐ and nation‐building sequence. This article analyses these three processes in Western Europe in the seventeenth to nineteenth centuries, and the role of public services therein, to explore how they may help us to understand the success and failure of state‐ and nation‐building in developing countries and fragile states.

This introduction to Lesbian and Bisexual Women's Mental Health reviews the need for research specific to lesbian and bisexual women's mental health. We also emphasize the need to provide research sensitive to the multidimensional nature of lesbian and bisexual women's lives. We provide a human ecological perspective consistent with lifespan developmental psychology and compatible with Clinical Social Work and Counseling Psychology as well as other interdisciplinary disciplines. With a strong emphasis on empirical research, this volume introduces readers to research that explores and reexamines the interactions between lesbian and bisexual women's mental health and the diverse social contexts in which they (we) live.

人类既不是自然的受惠者，也不是自然的主人，人类是与他物共存、共生的存在物之一，通过生死转化而与自然融为一体。东西方哲学和文学中许多关于昆虫的描述启示我们：人与自然的关系应当像蜜蜂与花的关系那样，相互依存、互惠互利；人类生存的意义既不在于存在本身也不在于思想，而在于人类对自然万物所肩负的责任。真正生态化的生存，应当是人性化的、甚至是神圣化生存，而不是回归纯粹自然性的生存状态。

本文通过回顾人类生态学研究城市过程的视角与方法,分析处于城市生态体系中的大众传媒的共生与竞争的矛盾关系,及由此引发的异化现象。论述了大众传媒在城市环境中的发展动因以及与其他各个层面的生态组织之间的关系,得出大众传媒应以社会功能角色的回归作为在整个城市体系中寻求良性发展途径的结论。

西北少数民族文艺理论研究刍议

21世纪,中国少数民族文艺理论研究取得了一定的成果,但也面临着巨大的挑战,西北少数民族文艺理论研究尤其如此。若要解决这一问题、进行深入的研究,笔者认为一方面应知其难、明其旨、得其法、定其体;另一方面应以马克思主义理论为指导,高度重视并正确把握少数民族文艺理论研究的民族化、世界化、当代化及文化生态等问题。     

论利益的尺度及其生态利益观的确立

当前人类所面临的全球范围内的生态危机,其所导致的原因是纷繁复杂的,生态利益观的缺失是其重要原因之一。有鉴于此,文章分析了生态利益观缺失带来的危害,进而论述了生态利益观的基本内涵以及生态利益观在社会主义和谐社会建设中的意义。
