SWAPCO is a nuclear fuel brokerage company which has managed to survive in a highly competitive niche market for fourteen years. The market is currently declining and the company must develop a strategy for survival and future growth. The case is designed to enable students to think about the effects of a rapidly changing market on a company's business and the effect of changes in the external environment on the company. It leads to discussion of market strategies, the role of government in business, the effects of competition and other external factors in the survival and growth of a business. 使用长期能源替代模型( LEAP ),对2012-2030年京津冀民用汽车的燃油消耗和主要污染物排放进行预测分析。研究发现:在政策情景下,京津冀民用汽车的燃油消耗相对于基准情景降低21?2%,污染物CO、 NOx、 PM、 HC的排放相对于基准情景分别降低63?2%、69?2%、51?7%、56?1%。新标准措施对燃油消耗的降低贡献率为71?5%,对污染物CO、 NOx、 PM、 HC的减排贡献率分别是89?8%、93?8%、91?0%、89?9%。京津范围内的小客车“限购”措施对京津冀燃油消耗的降低贡献率为28?5%,对京津冀污染物CO、 NOx、 PM、 HC的减排贡献率分别是10?2%、6?2%、9?0%、10?1%。政策情景中新标准措施的减排效果远远大于小客车“限购”措施的减排效果。  相似文献

以四冲程汽油发动机为研究对象建立瞬态工况下油膜模型,用最小二乘递推算法对油膜参数进行辨识计算研究;建立了发动机空燃比的仿真模型。将辨识结果模型进行某瞬态工况空燃比仿真,并和实际发动机试验采集的空燃比进行对比。结果表明,最小二乘递推算法所辨识的油膜参数精确度较高,能满足实际控制要求,证明该辨识算法辨识油膜参数的实用性。  相似文献

针对国外玉米化工产业发展现状及趋势,对比中国玉米产业发展状况及产业布局,提出了中国玉米深加工业应重点发展的几个方向:继续发展具有国际竞争力的柠檬酸、赖氨酸等传统产品,扩大淀粉、糖在食品工业等中的应用,适度发展玉米燃料酒精,鼓励发展纤维素酒精。进一步扩大变性淀粉的应用范围和领域,发展环境友好型的合成材料,代替石油生产化工醇、有机酸等产品。  相似文献

This note describes some of the safety and security concerns posed by the transportation of highly enriched uranium (HEU) from a nuclear research reactor located in Bogota (Colombia) to a port on the Colombian Caribbean coast. The operation was made at a moment of extremely high guerilla activity in Colombia, so that the decision-problem belongs in the extension of risk analysis known as threat analysis. By invoking a principle of dispreference for probability based on the concept of stochastic dominance, a qualitative risk comparison was made between the road and air alternatives.  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to develop and test a facility location model for the siting of a nuclear fuel waste disposal facility in Canada. The model is based on successful Canadian siting processes related to hazardous waste and low level radioactive waste facilities, as well as attributes of facility siting found in the literature. The proposed model was presented to a sample of participants in the federal environmental assessment review of the technical feasibility of the Canadian Nuclear Fuel Waste Disposal Concept (CNFWDC) held throughout Canada in 1990. Results demonstrate that despite the fact that over half of the survey respondents did not support the CNFWDC during the public hearings, the majority favorably rated the proposed facility location model. Components of the model that were tested included siting criteria and goals, decision-making groups, and siting safeguards. On the basis of these results, it is concluded that the siting of a nuclear fuel waste disposal facility must make the decentralization of decision-making authority to local communities and governments a priority.  相似文献

Economic transitions have the potential to displace workers and cause social unrest. Coal mine closures and the resulting employment losses in rural areas have become salient issues. Using data on coal mine and power plant operation, we model closure as a function of expected profits, which allows us to compare the effects on mine closure of specific demand and supply shocks to expected mine profits. Increasing costs of production have had a large impact on closures, but lower natural gas prices and lower electricity demand have played more recently important roles.  相似文献
