略论新媒体时代广西非物质文化遗产的创新保护

在新媒体语境下,广西壮族自治区非物质文化遗产的保护工作应开辟新途径,让新媒体发挥其优势,承担“非遗”传承的重任。借助新媒体拓宽广西“非遗”的传播途径及加速广西“非遗”“活态化”的创新发展,以数字化技术推进广西“非遗”的产业化及其传承人的普及化培养,不失为有效的创新方法。在充分利用新媒体技术进行“非遗”保护工作时也应遵循主体性、优先性、本真性和整体性等原则。     

中国对中亚能源投资的法律问题及对策

中国与中亚在能源方面合作不断加强,逐步形成了更加紧密的能源安全共同体,然而在双方投资与合作过程中诸多相关法律问题也不断涌现,使中国对中亚地区的能源投资风险加大。文章对中亚能源投资中对投资的界定、投资准入、政治风险及环境保护等相关投资法律问题进行研究与分析,提出中国在中亚投资与合作过程中的相应对策,将对中国能源投资规避风险、保护投资利益大有裨益。     

能效标识对节能产品选择的引导效用分析——基于京东家电线上销售的实证检验

搜集冰箱、洗衣机、空调三种大家电的线上销售数据,通过描述性分析、组间差异比较、多元回归分析等方式分析能效标识的市场引导效果。结果显示消费者对不同等级家电产品的选择量存在差异,但不同能效等级间消费者满意度并无明显差异,能效等级并非是影响消费者选择和满意度的显著因素。     

The Pinochet case: cosmopolitanism and intermestic human rights

This article explores the Pinochet case, widely heralded as a landmark, as a case of 'intermestic' human rights that raises difficult normative and empirical questions concerning cosmopolitan justice. The article is a contribution to the sociology of human rights from the perspective of methodological cosmopolitanism, developing conceptual tools and methods to study how cosmopolitanizing state institutions and cultural norms are inter-related. The argument is made that in order to understand issues of cosmopolitan justice, sociologists must give more consideration to political culture.     

State transition modeling of complex monitored health data

This article considers the analysis of complex monitored health data, where often one or several signals are reflecting the current health status that can be represented by a finite number of states, in addition to a set of covariates. In particular, we consider a novel application of a non-parametric state intensity regression method in order to study time-dependent effects of covariates on the state transition intensities. The method can handle baseline, time varying as well as dynamic covariates. Because of the non-parametric nature, the method can handle different data types and challenges under minimal assumptions. If the signal that is reflecting the current health status is of continuous nature, we propose the application of a weighted median and a hysteresis filter as data pre-processing steps in order to facilitate robust analysis. In intensity regression, covariates can be aggregated by a suitable functional form over a time history window. We propose to study the estimated cumulative regression parameters for different choices of the time history window in order to investigate short- and long-term effects of the given covariates. The proposed framework is discussed and applied to resuscitation data of newborns collected in Tanzania.     

Disagreement over the immigration of low-income earners in a welfare state

This paper studies natives’ economically motivated preferences over different levels of immigration of low-income earners. Immigration affects natives through both intra- and intergenerational redistribution programmes and in the labour market. Our analysis suggests, in a welfare state that looks after the poor and the aged, economic motivation does not necessarily lead a native to have an extreme opinion on the preferable level of immigration, although it causes disagreement among natives. We find, regardless of parameter values, high-income earners prefer at least as much immigration as low-income earners who, in turn, prefer at least as much immigration as pensioners. The median voter is then likely to be a low-income native.

通过对土地承包责任制产生、发展及现状的考察和分析,论证了土地承包责任制是行之有效的制度形式,反驳了土地国有化和土地私有化的观点,指出正确的方法应是克服土地承包责任制的缺陷和不足,并予以改进和完善,以谋求社会和谐发展。

为探寻刑法中“国家机关工作人员”正当而科学的判断标准,我们提出了关于“国家机关工作人员”本质的“公职论”,探讨了“公职论”的法理根基与政治学基础,并进行了“国家机关工作人员”的刑法学释义与分类。

认知科学的心理表征是有机体环境信息的载体,认知系统具有一种承载信息的内部状态,即中介状态.这种中介状态具有五种特征,即持久性、差异性、抽象性、具有成分结构和受规则控制.讨论心理表征的深层次问题对于说明各种认知能力非常重要.     

西方新自由主义福利思想述评

新自由主义继承和延续了古典自由主义的政治和经济思想内核,同时在批判凯恩斯主义的基础上阐述了自己的福利思想。新自由主义者以政治自由和经济自由为基本出发点,对集权主义和国家干预的制度模式进行批判,反对福利国家的福利制度。20世纪80年代后新自由主义的福利思想渐渐在一些西方国家成为主流思想,以新自由主义福利思想为指导的社会福利政策改革开始实施。
