基于B／S模式的网络教学系统的设计与实现

随着计算机技术的高速发展,高校的教学方法和教学手段发生了很大的变化,教育形式网络化是教育形式变革的必然结果。充分运用现代信息技术,探索与实施数字化教育,构建网络教学平台,已成为一种发展趋势。文章介绍了基于B／S模式的网络教学系统的体系结构、数据库设计和关键技术。详细说明了各主要功能模块的设计与实现,最后归纳总结了网络教学与传统教学方式相比所具有的优越性及本系统的特点,并提出了需进一步改进的方向。     

我国出口跨境B2C电子商务代运营发展研究

出口跨境B2C是跨境电子商务发展的新热点,出口跨境B2C经营者在运营中面临远距离和经验等诸多难题。电子商务代运营可以服务模式、整合模式和代理模式等不同模式来推动出口跨境B2C业务的发展,在模式具体运作中面临核心竞争力尚未形成、定位和发展模式不清晰、跨国经营、国际物流和供应链管理等问题。解决上述问题,我国电子商务代运营商需要围绕消费者和卖方的核心利益点构建起核心竞争优势、结合目标市场及产品特征进行准确定位、依托资源整合和方案优化实现国际供应链管理,并注重现有海淘人才引入和培养,实现自身发展的同时推动出口跨境B2C的发展。     

The limits of imperial incorporation: Alternative sociological frameworks to study Asian American subjects

This paper argues existing scholarship on Asian American communities is limited by an assumption that incorporation into the US can productively address racial and economic precarity. As an alternative, we offer “Extinguishing Asian (American) Insurgency”, a theoretical framework that incorporates histories of colonialism, imperialism, and postcolonial politics of incorporation into contemporary sociological analyses of Asian subject formation. Applying Du Boisian sociology alongside Frantz Fanon and Joy James, the framework adopts a global, relational analysis of Asian Americans and the US state. We demonstrate the framework's utility through two case studies: anti-colonial Sikh diasporic politics through the Gadar Party and US state efforts to tie diasporic South Vietnamese identity to an anti-communist politic. As such, we encourage the study of alternative possibilities of Asian subject formation that are extinguished by state incorporation, particularly through imperialism and military serivce. Specifically, we address sociologists who extinguish the insurgent Asian American subject in their scholarship by assuming incorporation and pro-state politics as a natural end goal of migration, or those who simply do not name the US as the institutional force extinguishing possibilities of Asian Americans' insurgency.     

Contractors’ and Agency Decisions and Policy Implications in A+B Bidding

The focus of this study is on the A+B transportation procurement mechanism, which uses the proposed cost (A component) and the proposed time (B component) to score contractors’ bids. Empirical studies have shown that this mechanism shortens project durations. We use normative models to study the effect of certain discretionary parameters set by state transportation agencies on contractors’ equilibrium bidding strategies, winner selection, and actual completion times. We model the bidding environment in detail including multi‐dimensional bids, contractors’ uncertainty about completion times, and reputation cost. The latter refers to a private penalty that accrues to tardy contractors from increased cost of posting bonds and reduced prospects of winning future projects. Our model explains why contractors may skew line‐item bids and why winners frequently finish earlier than bid. It has several policy implications as well. For example, we recommend that agencies set the daily incentive, disincentive, and road user cost to be equal and not cap incentives. This is a departure from current practice, where incentives are often capped and weaker than penalties. Furthermore, we show that agencies may be justified in setting daily road user cost strictly smaller than the true cost of traffic disruption during construction.     

配送延迟时运费策略对消费者购买决策的影响

随着电子商务产业的繁荣,商品配送延迟现象愈发频繁。电商为了在配送延迟时实施有效的运费策略来吸引消费者购买商品,有必要研究配送延迟对消费者最优购买决策的影响。引用配送延迟时的消费者效用函数,构建消费者剩余模型。当消费者剩余最大化时,得到在给定的延迟配送时间、产品价格、免运费阈值以及运费条件下的消费者最优购买决策。研究发现:配送延迟与消费者最优决策呈负相关关系。较低的免运费阈值会促进中低消费欲望的消费者购买;合理的免运费阈值会阻止具有低消费欲望的消费者购买商品,但会刺激具有中高消费欲望的消费者增加购买金额,尤其是在配送延迟情境下会加强这种效果。     

响应面法优化固定化荧光假单胞菌磷脂酶B的研究

以脱胶油磷含量为响应值,采用响应面法和Central-Composite设计对制备固定化荧光假单胞菌磷脂酶B(PfPLB)主要工艺参数(海藻酸钠浓度、壳聚糖浓度和加酶量)进行了优化,并且采用回归分析拟合了三个固定化因子与响应值(磷含量)的回归模型.该模型预测最佳的固定化Pf-PLB条件为:海藻酸钠3%,壳聚糖1.14%,加酶量1000 U/kg.研究固定化Pf-PLB的酶学性质,结果表明其最适反应温度为40℃,比游离酶提高15℃;最适反应pH为5.5,比游离酶降低1个pH单位.固定化Pf-PLB具有较好的酶活稳定性,连续反应6次,其相对活性为初始值的51.6%,显示出良好的应用前景.

W.E.B. Du Bois and the ideology or anthropological discourse of modernity: the African Union reconsidered

Pan-Africanism is usually considered a progressive movement for black socio-political and economic advancement. This focus on activism alone sometimes occludes the profound philosophical issues that inform Pan-Africanist discourse. The last decade has witnessed tremendous changes in the ideological posture of the African Union (AU) as reflected in the change of name from the Organization of African Unity (OAU). This paper explores the historical and philosophical contexts for understanding the agenda of the African Union and highlights the consequences of such an agenda. The paper argues that the establishment of the African Union conforms to certain aspects of W.E.B. Du Bois's philosophy of Pan-Africanism that focuses on economic self reliance, at the same time that it uses Du Bois as a template for critiquing the neoliberal economic dispensation of the African Union implemented through its program, the New Partnership for Africa's Development. This it accomplishes with its emphasis on Du Bois's critique and skepticism of modernism and Western philanthropy.     

基于三角网格模型的多分辨率B样条曲面重建

利用三角网格参数化技术,对三角网格进行重新采样,将三角网格模型转化成四角网格模型,然后用B样条曲面插值四角网格模型。通过调整四角网格模型的分辨率,就可获得一系列不同分辨率的B样条曲面,并且容易计算出B样条曲面与三角网格模型的误差。最后通过实例证明了文中算法的有效性。
