不辨家园何处寻——从《高兴》看对底层书写的灵魂关怀

《高兴》塑造了一个＂今日农村的另一种典型人物＂,贾平凹把底层书写深入化,在探索人物形象的精神深度上作出创造经典的努力。通过书写刘高兴进入西安后的经历遭遇和精神渴求,写出乡村文明在积极地融入城市化、现代化的进程中的艰难和执着。贾平凹试图寻找一条连通城乡文明的和谐之路,试图寻找到能安放作品中人物及自身灵魂的精神家园。

俄狄浦斯情结是儿童对父母的性欲望体验。在弗洛伊德的无意识心理学中,俄狄浦斯情结占据着核心地位,它是人类心理和人类文明的源头活水。俄狄浦斯情结所面对和试图解决的问题是人类千古不变、万古常新的问题,俄狄浦斯情结所凝结的情感能量是人类文明的动力源泉,俄狄浦斯情结所蕴含的强力原则是人类心理及人类文明的根本原则。     

Family is NOT an institution: distinguishing institutions from organisations in social science and social theory

This paper addresses the use, and potential misuse, of the ‘institution’ as a key concept in sociology. The concept of the ‘institution’ is interrogated using ‘family’ as an example and new institutional economics (NIE) as a crucible. The sociological understanding of family as an ‘institution’ is challenged by the distinction between ‘institutions’ and ‘organisations’ in NIE. The blurring of generic non-sociological terms with critical sociological concepts causes confusion between institutions and organisations. This is highly problematic for understanding social change in increasingly complex systems. I conclude that the contextual embedding of sociological concepts remains important to the appropriate use of the term ‘institution’ in the social sciences.

受"劳工神圣"、"平民主义"等思想观念的影响,五四新文学对人力车夫这一特殊社会群体给予了深切的关注和同情,形成了五四新文学中的"人力车夫情结"。人力车夫是五四知识分子与城市底层劳动者生活联系和情感联系的一条纽带和重要触点,五四作家通过人力车夫这个群体了解城市贫民的生活和思想,他们的平民意识、平民文学观念也在描写人力车夫的作品中得到明确的表现。同时,五四文学将人力车夫奉为道德楷模,也与"改良国民性"的启蒙主题存在悖论。     

透视女大学生“穿越热”背后的“灰姑娘”情结

“穿越”作品因其娱乐性、甜美的爱情主题以及能够让人“梦想成真”的魔力而深得女大学生的喜爱和追捧。这一情感倾向折射出女大学生对关的期待、对完美爱情的憧憬、对“梦幻”的热衷、对平等权力的追求和对长大的逃避的“灰姑娘”情结。这一情结对女大学生的成长成才同时具有积极的和消极的意义指向,要想发挥“灰姑娘”情结的正面能量,一方面需要教育者“以生为本”,关注学生的心理健康,做好心理咨询、救助工作;另一方面需要女大学生学会关照和协调好自己的情结。     

Coordination of teams,meetings, and managerial processes in construction projects: using a lean and complex adaptive mechanism

In a construction project, the ‘production planning and control’ function drives the deployment of construction operations. A reliable function is therefore essential. Currently, this function is supplied using economic/contractual and production processes. This approach, however, disregards the explicit regulation of teams, meetings, and the linkages between the function’s elements. Using Lean Management and Complexity theories, we studied a mechanism to address this issue. Using data from an 18-storey building construction project in a case study, this paper analyses a prototype system for driving the function using their linkages. A questionable behaviour beyond the function’s capability was found. This behaviour involves complex, flexible, and push features, focused on execution, where the linkages driven by teams, meetings and processes cause variation from 10% up to 54% in the failure reasons, the progress, and the reliability. These findings suggest a function driven by its complexity level. These new insights require further study.     

何处是吾乡——《同胞》中两代旅美知识分子家园意识对比研究

中华民族5000余年的农耕文化,铸造了中国人根深蒂固的寻根归家意识?家园是漂泊异乡的游子心之所系?神之所向的物质实体和精神寄托? 《同胞》中两代旅美知识分子代表人物梁文华?詹姆斯父子对于地理家园?精神家园都有着深深的眷恋和追求,却成了无家可归者?之所以无家可归,直接的原因是当时动荡的时局使梁氏父子成了地理上的无家可归者;深层的原因是尴尬?杂糅的文化身份使其在文化冲突中产生困惑,由此成了心理上的无家可归者;而最根本的原因是知识分子脱离实际的生活状态?无家可归的实质主要是在人与环境?角色与关系?主体与客体的适应上发生了偏差,使梁氏父子无法融入现实环境?角色关系混乱?主体性丧失,由此导致其身心无处安放,灵魂无处寄托?在社会流动性加大,越来越多的人像梁氏父子被迫或者自愿远离故土的当代社会,研究以梁氏父子为代表的两代旅美知识分子无家可归及其对家园苦苦寻觅的精神苦旅,不但具有历史的?文学的借鉴意义,而且具有现实的?生活的启示意义     

Precarious social inclusion: chronic homelessness and impaired decision-making capacity

This paper presents findings from an online survey of practitioners working in the homelessness sector in Australia, that explored practitioner perspectives of policy and service delivery to people with impaired decision-making capacity who experience chronic homelessness. This paper identifies from the research that unrealistic, inflexible and conditional policy, program and service responses from both the public and community sectors restrict positive outcomes for people with impaired decision-making capacity who are chronically homeless. These are significantly affected by sectoral silos whereby service types could not coordinate to facilitate adequate support. Supportive practices constructed of unconditional, flexible and wrap around support are needed along with “no exclusion” eligibility criteria for access to services. New approaches are needed in developing policy and delivering human services to people with impaired decision-making capacity that redress chronic homelessness, and enhance the prosperity of social inclusion for this vulnerable group of people.

“后理论时代”是人类在后现代盛行之后所进入的一个时代。在此时代,人类面临着环境恶化、过度消费、数字化生活等所带来的前所未有的困境。后理论时代人类面临着双重使命：既要重建理论,也要重建生活。理论要重振雄风,必须既要反对理论主义,也要超越后现代主义。具体道路可以有三条：坚持生活伦理,反对理论主义;坚持复杂思维,超越后现代主义;坚持思与诗合一,走向“活的理论”。
