移动商务中面向客户细分的KSP混合聚类算法

数据挖掘技术中的聚类算法是解决客户细分问题的重要算法之一。为解决传统聚类算法在客户细分问题中分类精度较低、收敛速度较慢的问题,着重对比分析传统聚类算法中K-m eans、自组织映射网络和粒子群3种算法的不足,提出融合3种算法优点的混合型聚类算法,该算法利用K-m eans和自组织映射网络对初始聚类中心进行优化,结合粒子群优化和K-m eans优化聚类迭代过程,并在迭代优化过程中设计避免算法因早熟而停滞的机制。针对移动电子商务环境下的餐饮业客户细分问题,建立移动餐饮业客户细分模型,并利用混合型聚类算法、K-m eans、层级自组织映射网络和基于粒子群的K-m eans等4种算法对实际案例进行对比分析。研究结果表明,混合型聚类算法的聚类精度分别比其他3种算法高,同时还具有最快的收敛性能,更适用于客户细分问题。     

残疾人两个体系建设创新研究

加快残疾人社会保障和服务体系建设,是目前和今后一个时期我国残疾人工作的中心任务。健全两个体系,目的是在维护残疾人生存权,满足其基本需求的同时,维护残疾人的发展权,促进其平等参与和全面发展。在取得很大成就的同时,残疾人两个体系建设还存在某些不足,需要研究并践行理念创新、制度创新、内容创新、方法创新及平台创新。只有做到几个方面的创新,才能进一步完善残疾人两个体系建设,在制度层面为残疾人提供良好的生存和发展平台。     

仿生系统视角下现代大学制度的内部治理结构研究

经过几亿年的进化与发展,生物体不断地优化与完善,形成其适应自然与外部环境的内部组织结构,各系统之间密切配合,形成和谐统一体,确保其运行过程的高效、有序,对人类社会组织的内部管理具有很好的借鉴作用。大学内部治理结构的完善,必须通过大学章程的建立,确保高校办学的自主权和相对独立性,真正落实党委领导下的校长负责制,实现指挥系统的统一性,理顺学术权力与行政权力的关系,通过权力中心适当下移和权力适当分散提高高校办学管理的水平与效能。

系统化、工程化、信息化与综合集成等四大趋势是20世纪初延续至今的天下大势,而且还将长期延续下去。天下大趋造就了系统工程,系统工程将永葆青春,人类社会在一万年以后仍然需要系统工程。     

江西省农业可持续发展能力评价

利用AHP和德尔菲技术构建评价模型,并采用2000-2009年的数据对江西省农业可持续发展进行实证分析。结果表明,江西省农业呈现可持续发展态势,从影响江西省农业可持续发展的准则层来看,社会子系统和经济子系统对江西省农业可持续发展具有显著性正效应,10年间平均发展速度分别为1.1974与1.1083;资源子系统正效应较小,为1.0230;技术子系统保持平稳,为1.001;而生态予系统出现负效应,为0.9772。针对结构性矛盾,提出了改善农业投入结构,加强农田水利建设,提高农业复种指数等政策建议。     

Alcohol and tobacco use among South Korean adolescents: An ecological review of the literature

This article represents a comprehensive review of the literature on the predictors, consequences and prevalence of alcohol and tobacco use among South Korean youth. A systematic review of the literature in Korean and English social science journals was undertaken. Findings suggest that processes at multiple levels may lead to problems with alcohol and tobacco among these youth. In particular, the literature suggests that risk factors at the socio-demographic (age, gender, and depression), micro- (family, peer, and teachers), meso- (relations between home and school), exo- (parent-related life events and media), macro- (parenting practices and academic stress), and chrono-systems levels (Asia-Pacific financial crisis in 1997) are associated with increased alcohol and tobacco use. Higher quality of relationships with parents, peers, and teacher can contribute to reductions in alcohol and tobacco use and may offer insights for developing prevention and treatment programs that are appropriate for this population.     

Acquisition of Mands,Tacts, and Intraverbals Through Sign Exposure in an Individual With Autism

Many children with autism communicate through the use of alternative communication systems, such as sign language. Limited research has been conducted on the situations under which sign language will be acquired across verbal operants without direct teaching. The purpose of the current study was to evaluate exposure to sign language on the acquisition of signed mands, tacts, and intraverbals in a male child with autism. Results indicated fast acquisition of mands, tacts, and intraverbals without direct teaching. Results are discussed in the context of future research investigating exposure without direct teaching in individuals who communicate with alternative communication systems.     

煤炭企业节能减排综合评价指标体系研究简

煤炭行业是我国节能减排重点监测行业之一。为科学监测煤炭企业节能减排工作效果,引导煤炭企业更加深入扎实推进节能减排工作,应从定性和定量两个方面构建煤炭企业节能减排综合评价指标体系,并在定量评价指标体系中引入工序耗能评价指标,明确综合评价指标指数计算的方法并确定各级指标的权数。按照煤炭企业节能减排综合评价指标体系构建的原则,定量评价指标划分为三个层次,可筛选出38个具体指标;定性评价指标则划分为四大类,可筛选出21个具体指标。     

The Packaging of Efficiency in the Development of the Intermodal Shipping Container

Abstract

This paper addresses different forms of spatio-temporal ordering in the stowage and handling of cargo on board cargo vessels, as well as docksides. Whilst the introduction of containerisation profoundly altered the urban geographies of many large port cities, as well as devastating the communities built around maritime labour, the core argument developed in this paper concerns the incremental development of spatio-temporal ordering strategies and practices. In particular, it situates the intermodal shipping container within a trajectory reaching back to earlier forms of unitisation such as crates and pallets. In doing so the paper outlines a genealogy of packaged efficiencies, arguing that the central thread linking maritime cargo handling practices in the twentieth century is the unitisation of shape. However, it concludes that the intermodal container achieved global hegemony through the packaged systemic efficiencies of standardisation.     

A Reflective Cybernetic Study on the Experiences of a Gay Male Teacher in the Free State Province

ABSTRACT

Sexuality education has become a core component in advancing the ideals of social justice and inclusivity within schooling environments. Its implementation has, however, been met with resistance as its sensitive nature often leads to conflicting messages, especially in relation to the myriad cultures and ambiguity thereof when placed against the contrasting values characteristic of multicultural South Africa. This article speaks to my experiences as a gay male teacher within the context of teaching at primary and secondary schools in the Free State province. I draw on the challenges and barriers I experienced, especially as a new teacher, and reflect critically on how this influenced my growth as an educator in the following years. Primarily, my approach and pedagogy were positioned within silence and uncritical reflection as to how my teachings can align with the ideals of social justice and inclusivity. Framed through a cybernetic perspective, I investigate how my pedagogy has adapted and transformed toward a less reactive approach and in turn aligned more actively with these ideals. This study is a self-reflective narrative that accounts for my experiences within different systems and how my presence influenced the systemic dynamics of the schools in which I taught.
