网络思想教育的内质规定与表现特征

在网络思想教育中 ,应明确教育者主体地位与受众客体地位的内质规定及其表现特征。这对于积极推进思想政治工作进网络 ,更好地加强网络思想教育具有现实意义。     

社会转型期我国社会工作职业化的现实困境及应对策略

在社会工作大发展的背景下,客观认识当前我国社会工作职业化道路上的阻碍因素,探讨如何切实全面推进职业化是当前理论界和相关部门关注的热点问题。本文分析了社会文化、现有体制、教育制度以及社会公众态度对社会工作职业化可能造成的不利影响,并针对性地提出了若干建议。     

Advocacy for disabled children and young people: benefits and dilemmas

Recent policy has emphasized the need for advocacy services for children and young people, developments that have gone hand‐in‐hand with greater levels of participation of young people in decision‐making. Advocacy for disabled young people is especially important, as they are a particular vulnerable group and have, traditionally, been even more excluded from decisions about matters affecting their lives. This paper reports the findings, as they relate to disabled young people, from a study that investigated the role of advocacy for looked‐after children and children in need. The paper highlights some of the benefits of advocacy for disabled children, the dilemmas facing advocates between advocating and acting in someone's ‘best interests’, identifying the client and the boundaries between advocacy and social work. It argues that time given to establish a close relationship with a disabled child or young person is crucial if advocacy is to be effective and participation in decisions affecting their lives a reality.     

Differences in the Seriousness of Problems and Deservingness of Help: Swedish Social Workers' Assessments of Single Mothers and Fathers

In this vignette study, three hypotheses concerning differencesin social workers’ assessment off single fathers and mothersare tested: first, that single fathers with custody of theirchildren, who have problems similar to those often faced bysingle mothers, are assessed as having more serious problemsthan the mothers; secondly, that single fathers in such a situationtend to be assessed as being less deserving of support thansingle mothers in the same situation; thirdly, that the helpoffered to both sexes follows gender-traditional patterns. Theresults support the hypotheses. The overall problems and mentalhealth tended to be assessed as more serious in the case ofthe father than in the case of the mother. The single fatherwas assessed as being more responsible for his situation. Thesingle mother was assessed as being in need of assistance inmore areas and more varied social welfare measures were recommendedfor her than for the father. Finally, the results also showthat only support which could enable the client to obtain paidwork and be able to pay off the debts on his car was given higherpriority in the case of the father.     

Genericism and Specialization: The Story since 1970

Using the first three years of the British Journal of SocialWork, 1971–74, as a starting point, this paper tracesthe difficulties which have beset the social work professionin establishing a sound coherent basis both for a generic foundationand for subsequent specializations. It examines the factorswhich have contributed to these difficulties, in education,in practice and in relation to external factors, notably political.It concludes that social work has been blown off course butthat there are hopeful indications of a new impetus to restoreand regenerate the essence of good practice.

创伤记忆书写与自我灵魂救赎———解读《血色昏黄》创作与修改中文学与历史的复杂纠缠

通过对《血色黄昏》三个版本的详细比较,文章论述了其创伤记忆书写的意义（自我心理创伤疗救;历史启蒙、“引起疗救的注意”）、创伤记忆书写的方式（十分浓厚的私人化色彩和无拘无束的自由叙述）,长期无法出版的原因（意识形态与文学成规）和出版后的巨大轰动（实现了治疗心理创伤的巨大功能）以及小说在忠于记忆（治疗创伤）与忠于历史（历史见证）之间的犹疑。在此基础上,文章认为《血色黄昏》的创作与修改是一个矛盾体,其边缘缠绕着文学治疗与历史见证、历史档案与文学作品之间的复杂关系。因此,就创伤记忆书写及其与意识形态之间的关系、见证文学及其记忆的真实性这些纠缠在一起的复杂问题而言,《血色黄昏》是一个十分难得的研究文本：它不仅使我们看到了一代人对历史创伤的真实记忆,而且也让我们看到了他们走出创伤记忆的艰难历程。
