论大学生创新素质的培养

创新素质的培养是大学教育的核心问题。大学生创新素质主要表现为其个性心理中的好奇心、兴趣、求知欲望、拼搏意志、坚毅的品格和无畏的勇气等特质。通过学科的优化、课程的合理综合,创造有利于创新学习的环境,才能充分培养大学生的创新个性心理特质、发挥个体的创新潜能。     

现行养老社会保险政策解析

历经20多年的改革,我国养老社会保险已从单纯的"国家保险"或企业保险向真正意义上的"社会保险"过渡,"社会统筹与个人账户相结合"的改革政策正在走向完善并成熟,基本建立了与社会主义市场经济体制相适应的养老社会保险政策框架.然而,现行养老社会保险政策仍存在着保险基金入不敷出、保险面窄、替代率高、企业负担过重、社会化程度低、"空账"运行严重等诸问题.     

社会转型中的“集体主义”－兼评邓小平同志在集体主义的现代转型中所做的贡献

有人断言,集体主义会在20世纪末走向衰亡.在分析了这一预言所基的历史原因,并简述了旧模式下集体主义的负面效应后,阐述了邓小平同志为了把个人从虚幻的极左的集体主义中解脱出来,坚持用具体的历史的观点研究人,重视个人利益,进行了创造性理论构建.在充分肯定个人利益的基础上,小平同志站在集体主义立场对个人主义进行了批驳,目的是促进个人与集体走向联合,达到辩证统一,这也正是集体主义价值观在现代境遇中转型的根本着眼点和发展方向.     

产权公共领域与农地确权颁证

由于地区差距、产业差别以及社区差异,使得公共领域的结构差异较大,且存在差序格局.而公共领域的存在正是公共利益构建的基础,也是个人理性与村社理性之间的桥梁.确权颁证的重点并不是对于产权公共领域的分解,而是在公共领域之上构建合作视角的产权合约.从近郊与远郊两个不同的确权颁证区域,可以得出农户对于产权的诉求的偏重存在较大差异,而产权公共领域的治理也存在较大的不同.但是,确权颁证的关键依然在于对产权公共领域的合理利用.     

论清《公司律》对我国现行公司立法的意义

清《公司律》是我国最早的公司立法之一，在我国民事立法史上占有重要的地位，对我国公司制度的演变与发展有着深远的影响。文章对清《公司律》的立法背景、立法内容和法律意义进行分析与评价，以期对我国目前的公司制度改革提供借鉴。     

In memoriam: L. H. M. Ling

In the early phase of its rule in Turkey (2002–4), the pro-Islamic government of the AKP (Justice and Development party) and various branches of the state collaborated in a series of political and economic reforms. The democratization process has gradually moderated and integrated Islamic actors into the secular Turkish Republic. However, it has also had polarizing effects on social groups. Among many, the polarization of two groups of women, ‘pious’ and ‘secularist’, deserves particular attention. Instead of bringing Turkish women together, gender reforms, particularly the lifting of the headscarf ban in universities, have divided women and created disarray and confrontation in society. This article reveals and compares the two dramatically different patterns of political engagement by pious and secularist women in leadership positions in contemporary Turkey. On the one hand, it reveals the increasingly radical backlash of secularist women against the increasing visibility in public spaces of pious women who veil. On the other hand, it examines how pious women, who see the tumult their religious observance in the public space is creating, are increasingly turning to a non-confrontational mode of non-response. What is the prognosis for the future of a democratic Turkey?     

农民工返乡创业风险的生成逻辑

农民工返乡创业风险既有个体风险，也有社会风险。基于农民工返乡创业失败典型案例，利用风险感知、风险传递和风险的社会放大等理论，聚焦风险酝酿期、风险发展期与风险爆发期，深入剖析不同类型农民工返乡创业风险的相异阶段生成逻辑脉络。其中，农民工返乡创业个体风险生成大致遵循“个体层面因素驱动-风险感知直接偏差-风险传递扩散-个体发展损害”脉络；农民工返乡创业社会风险生成大致遵循“社会层面因素推动-风险感知间接偏差-风险的社会放大-社会发展损害”脉络。因而，针对不同类型农民工返乡创业风险治理，需强化精准思维和整体性治理导向，应以风险治理共同体为“翘板”,助推农民工返乡创业风险治理协作。     

Economic embeddedness and materiality in a financial market setting

The notion of embeddedness (Granovetter, 1985) neglects of the material dimension of economic relations. This paper contributes to the literature of market devices (Callon et al., 2007) with an exploration of the material dimensions of economic embeddedness in the case of the everyday market activities of a group of non‐professional investors in the UK. It examines the attributes of a materially embedded market through the categories of socio‐economic embeddedness specified by Uzzi (1997) and draws attention to the superficial and rhetorical nature of the face‐to‐face social relations encountered in this market. The paper seeks to invigorate the notion of embeddedness by expanding the mechanisms through which socio‐economic relations are understood to arise. The paper offers support to the literature of market devices’ assertion that a concept of materially embedded economic relations can accommodate politics, culture, and regulation, and that it offers a nuanced perspective on agency and identity in the marketplace.     

农业政策对农业上市公司股票价格波动的影响研究

分别运用描述统计、非参数统计推断、事件研究法以及时间序列的干预分析等方法,从不同角度研究了农业政策事件对农业上市公司股票价格波动的影响。结果表明,农业经济政策对农业上市公司股票价格波动有一定程度的短期影响。     

关于国有股减持的若干探讨

本文主要探讨了减持国有股的核心目的,国有股减持的比例问题,减持公司的选择原则和国有股减持与保证股市稳定的关系。
