合理产业结构的确定方法及预测

本文根据技术矩阵决定产业结构的思想,给出了不编制投入产出表年份的合理产业结构的计算方法及预测未来年份合理产业结构的计算方法。并将该方法应用于山东省合理产业结构的确定及预测。方法简便,易操作,且计算结果较理想。     

我国工业创新分布模式研究

本文对我国工业创新分布模式进行了实证分析和研究,在此基础上指出U-A模式在解释我国工业创新分布上存在一些缺陷,揭示了发展中国家以及处于创新踉随状态企业工业创新分布存在的独特性,即"二次创新模式"的成因及其与"U-A模式"之间的转换条件.     

论南京国民政府的工业政策 (1927-1937年)

南京国民政府建立初期拟定的一系列有关工业建设的政策,其内政外交举措根本不足以言工业建设。“九·一八”事变后,为固本自卫计,南京政府更多地注意计划工作,有选择地实践孙中山有关工业建设的遗教,初步发展了国家资本,一定程度上维护了民族利益和资产阶级的利益,为抗日战争积累了一定的物质基础。但是,“攘外必先安内”基本国策的制约和日本帝国主义的侵扰,使南京政府的工业政策实施陷入举步维艰的自相矛盾之中。     

审美活动迈向价值观建构的历程

价值观的形成需要建构,而审美活动恰恰具有建构的功能,能够满足价值观形成的需要,审美活动是通往价值观形成过程中的桥梁──审美活动在观念上全面产生主体需要,主体又以自己的需要去接纳价值实体──从而构成价值体系,产生相应的价值意识,最后由价值意识的“自我”提升形成价值观。     

Socio-economic re-structuring and employment: the case of minority ethnic groups

The consequences of major changes in employment, due to the decline of manufacturing and the growth of the service sector, have not been well-documented, nor theorized, in the sociology of ethnic relations, even in recent studies. For example, Blumer's classic argument that economic development adapts to 'race relations', rather than the reverse as predicted by the modernization school, has not been either empirically resolved or conceptually applied to the UK. By adapting data from the Labour Force Survey and the Census, the paper begins to fill this gap with a detailed account of three main minority ethnic groups, and a separate analysis of male and female employment. It is demonstrated that, contrary to assumptions that members of the minority ethnic groups suffered most from de-industrialization, they actually did rather well, and in some cases did better than the majority population. These findings are re-conceptualized as collective social mobility, as part of a review of a number of conceptual frameworks in the light of the data.     

Supplier involvement in product development in the electronics industry: A case study

The movement of activities earlier in the product development process requires a re-examination of the total supply network. The objective of this paper is to determine the degree of early supplier involvement (ESI) that exists between a multinational electronics company and its key suppliers, in terms of depth of integration, information exchange and buyer–supplier relationships. The paper provides insights into the strategic factors that affect the dynamics of the ESI process. The research indicates that there are considerable impediments for those participants responsible for establishing and managing the implementation of ESI. A number of strategic insights are identified that explain the existence of the impediments to the ESI process. Finally, based upon the findings a number of lessons are highlighted for organisations considering the adoption of the ESI process.     

外语多媒体教学设计的科学性探析

教学设计是外语多媒体教学的灵魂 ,该设计能否达到科学性与实践性的统一 ,直接关系到教学的成败。本文首先从现代学习理论和语言教学理论的角度分析了其代表性理论对外语多媒体教学设计的指导性意义 ,进而探讨了科学的教学设计应涵盖的主要内容 ,最后就设计应注意的关键性问题提出了一些建设性的意见。     

论"低于成本价销售行为"的正当性

分析了反不正当竞争法对“低于成本价销售行为”的规定 ,以及企业的价格权和我国的基本国情 ,比较了“低于成本价销售行为”与国际倾销的区别。认为“低于成本价销售行为”是经营者自主行使其价格权的行为 ,具有一定的正当性 ,法律不应予以禁止。

在“深圳速度”的基础上,进一步创造“深圳效益”,是90年代深圳经济发展的中心。本文从第二次世界大战以后区域集团化的形成和发展出发,提出积积参与亚太经济合作,大力发展外向型经济,是提高深圳经济效益的重要方面。文中还结合深圳十年来的建设和大量资料,指出深圳参与亚太经济合作的有利条件、前景和对策。
