国外产业安全经验、教训对我国物流产业的启示

在考察美国、日本、韩国、拉美地区等国家引进外国资本投资产业的实践基础上,分析和总结这些国家产业安全的经验和教训,并对我国物流产业引进外资出现的安全问题进行分析,提出了对我国物流产业安全,包括强化物流战略意识和发挥政府主导作用,完善和运用物流产业安全的法律法规,形成政府企业有效互动机制等启示.     

我国动漫影视走出困境的思考

我国动漫影视在世界动漫影视产业中起步比较早,在20世纪中期一度领先。但从20世纪80年代开始滑坡,落后于先进国家。其主要原因在于观念到实践尚未转型,人才缺少凝聚与提高,以及缺少市场化竞争与引导。走出困境的对策在于:科学规划,有力扶持;培育本土原创人才,突出创意设计;注重市场化运作,拓展衍生产品开发。     

Strategies of Stigma Resistance Among Canadian Gay-Identified Sex Workers

Abstract

The purpose of the current study was to explore how sex workers (specifically, gay-identified Canadian men working primarily, though not exclusively, as independent escorts) combat the pervasive negativity that surrounds their profession. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 9 men, a majority of whom were targeted through escort review boards. Interviews were transcribed verbatim and analysed for themes of “stigma resistance.” Four themes were identified: (1) escorting is volitional (i.e., one isn't forced to work as an escort, rather it is a choice one makes); (2) escorting is a profession (i.e., the client is a customer and the escort a service provider); (3) the escort is in control during client/escort interchanges; and (4) escorting is distinct from, and better than, street prostitution. Directions for future research and limitations of the current study are outlined.     

论社会弱者健康权的实现

社会弱者权利保护是实现社会正义的重要组成部分，而健康权是社会弱者行使其他人权不可或缺的一项基本人权，国际人权公约对此进行了明确规定。从健康权的权利属性和给付行政下行政权行使的目的分析，政府负有促进社会弱者健康权实现的义务。在法律规定的前提下，政府应主导我国医疗保障制度的发展，并通过行政给付诉讼为社会弱者健康权的实现提供司法救济。     

项目研究法在培养学生创新素质中的应用

如何密切理论教学与工程实践的联系是目前高等教育提高教学质量,提高学生实践能力需要思考的一个重要问题。以《工业通风与除尘》课程为例,采用项目研究法对这一问题进行了的讨论。通过设定具体条件,让学生在课堂学习过程中,将理论与实践紧密结合起来,并将课程的各部分内容有机结合起来,从而为应用创新型人才培养在课程教学上提供一些思路。     

两岸旅游类高校人才培养模式的比较——以高雄餐旅大学与南京旅游职业学院为例

江苏旅游职业教育集团通过考察高雄餐旅大学，对台湾旅游职业教育发展模式有了一定的了解，并从中获得了很多经验和启示。南京旅游职业学院作为大陆知名的旅游高校，其人才培养模式与高雄餐旅大学有类似之处，但也存在一定的差距。通过对两者的比较，笔者认为以南京旅游职业学院为代表的大陆旅游高校应进一步改革创新，加快与国际旅游职业教育接轨的步伐。     

Inference in Targeted Group‐Sequential Covariate‐Adjusted Randomized Clinical Trials

This article is devoted to the construction and asymptotic study of adaptive, group‐sequential, covariate‐adjusted randomized clinical trials analysed through the prism of the semiparametric methodology of targeted maximum likelihood estimation. We show how to build, as the data accrue group‐sequentially, a sampling design that targets a user‐supplied optimal covariate‐adjusted design. We also show how to carry out sound statistical inference based on such an adaptive sampling scheme (therefore extending some results known in the independent and identically distributed setting only so far), and how group‐sequential testing applies on top of it. The procedure is robust (i.e. consistent even if the working model is mis‐specified). A simulation study confirms the theoretical results and validates the conjecture that the procedure may also be efficient.     

戏曲行业语的词义演变探析

词义发展演变是一种复杂的语言现象。本文以戏曲行业语为研究对象，以新旧词义为比照，通过观察分析戏曲行业语词义演变的两种类型，发现第一种是增加新义项，即通过多种引申方式在特定语言环境中所形成的意义约定俗成而产生词的新义项；第二种是新义取代旧义，即通过词义扩大、词义转移等在特定语言环境中所形成的意义约定俗成而产生新义，旧义随之消亡。     

生态入侵视角的我国制药产业易入侵度预测

随着跨国公司大举进入我国市场,我国产业健康发展受到影响.本文借鉴生态入侵理论,根据产业入侵与生态入侵的内在相似性,在产业易入侵度评价指标体系的基础上,根据相关数据预测了我国制药产业未来几年的易入侵度,为维护我国制药产业安全提供参考.     

文化创意企业孵化器的管理模式

在全球金融危机背景下,文化创意产业已成为国家产业结构调整、拉动内需经济、扩大就业的重要组成部分,其集聚形态——文化创意产业园区应具有孵化企业、扩大就业、鼓励创新和汇集资源等特点。本文从平台组织的视角研究了文化创意孵化器创造和整合资源的开放式管理模式。
